25/02/2026: We stopped for lunch, completely unplanned. The place was half-empty, and the service was friendly (except for one young woman who was clearly annoyed by our presence). The first courses were average, the second courses were delicious. The downsides: side dishes from the day before were an unacceptable €6, a 700ml bottle of water was €3, and a cover charge was €3. 2 first courses, 1 second course, a side dish, and 2 waters: €60

10/12/2025: The food is good, but at 12:50 I can't order cooked side dishes from the buffet; out of 10 trays, only 2.5 are available. When I ask, I'm told it'll take at least 20 minutes for them to be cooked. Prices are average.

12/11/2025: What a charming hotel in a perfect location right on the lake! There are reserved parking spaces directly in front of the building. We had a lovely room with a small balcony. Not ultra-modern, but in excellent condition. We were the only guests in the hotel in November, yet we were still treated with great care. Breakfast was also excellent. The atmosphere by the lake was wonderful, both in the morning and in the evening. Clusane is less hectic than other towns on the lake, but has everything you need for a short break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

15/05/2026: Excellent location, good food despite slightly repetitive breakfast. Nice staff although they should employ people who speak fluent English. It was difficult to communicate sometimes with the receptionists, cleaning staff.

03/05/2026: The counters sold at the hotel are a disaster. The seller spoons the ice cream into the soup. It lacks flavor, is small, and is expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

23/04/2026: Hotel is fine but definitely not 5 stars, 3 at best. Location is good. The bed doesnt come with the cover, just a very thin bedsheet. Some kind of smoke alarm started renting at 7am and lasted for 30 minutes. It Didnt seem to bother the staff….

24/05/2026: A purely local menu, with mostly local ingredients. A typical trattoria with a traditional atmosphere. The cuisine is just as traditional: no fancy leaps in search of "special effects." Don't expect a written menu with ingredients, allergens, or prices: here, Piera herself explains the dishes, reading them from a tightly written A4 sheet and writing your order in a very romantic (but absolutely authentic, not tourist-themed) old-fashioned handwriting. Forget the prices: they're not even listed on this A4 sheet. But they're more than fair: Saturday lunch for two, cover charge (cloth tablecloth and napkins, not paper, and certainly not an American breakfast-style placemat), 2 first courses (nettle ravioli and tagliatelle with black Camuno truffle), 2 second courses (brains and capù with tomato sauce), 2 side dishes (polenta and radicchio), 2 coffees, 1 homemade tiramisu, water, half a red wine, total 60 euros. ATTENTION: CASH ONLY

17/05/2026: A typical trattoria where the food and Piera's kindness reign supreme! Found by chance after a search on Maps and then recommended by locals, we had the pleasant surprise of meeting Piera and enjoying her cuisine, which is nothing short of exceptional! Congratulations! We'll definitely be back.

24/05/2026: The cashier on the afternoon shift we stopped by at 4:30 pm. She's as friendly as a glass of bleach at 8:30 in the morning.

09/05/2026: Excellent food, both pizzas and pasta – we've been there several times. Friendly and attentive service. The Lugana was fantastic! Dogs are welcome and don't cause any disturbance. We'll definitely be back.

04/05/2026: Had lunch, spaghetti allo scoglio, €20, the pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was completely raw, the shellfish had not been cleaned of their innards and carapace, I pointed out and rightly so their response: we make them like this 🥴

09/05/2026: The location is fantastic, the food good and tasty. The fish menu impresses with its diverse flavors. Pleasantly quiet in the off-season. A lovely evening.
