15/12/2025: Yet another disappointing experience... with a group of friends, we booked a table... and we arrived with our little dog, a Volpino Italiano... and we were told, not even very politely, that the dog was not allowed in... (In 2025, these places still exist). And we're not even talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant. Anyway, we left our friends and went home, because we don't live very close. The dog couldn't stay in the car because the temperatures weren't suitable... But then I wouldn't have eaten, calm down. As we were getting in the car, a group of their acquaintances arrived, entering with the dog... NO COMMENT. Today we decided to get some take-out pizzas. We took them home, and two of the pizzas were completely burnt, therefore inedible... If anyone loves side dishes like me 🙂‍↕️. My dad calls and warns them... (As if they didn't see that the pizzas were burnt when they put them in the boxes)... No apology, much less any idea of ​​making up for it. One star is a gift. The biggest flaw is the lack of humility and the belief that customers will always come back. Not recommended.

03/12/2025: Business lunch. Spacious but always busy. Excellent food and excellent pizza. Good prices. Reservations are required, however, as it's always busy at lunchtime.

21/10/2025: Simple, honest pasta – the aglio e olio and arrabbiata were spot on: good bite, well-seasoned, no fuss, simply delicious. The ambiance is nothing special, but clean, tidy, and with potential for more comfort. Service is friendly and prompt, without being intrusive. Prices are fair for the location. Highly recommended for a casual pasta stop: walk in, grab two plates, water or house wine, and leave satisfied. Those seeking fine dining are better off elsewhere – those seeking honest pasta will find it here.

16/10/2025: It's the perfect place for those seeking authenticity. For those of us who want to enjoy venison stew with porcini mushrooms, accompanied by polenta and a delicious bagoss cheese, all surrounded by a stunning panoramic view and served by friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their dedication.

27/09/2025: We returned to Cavallino with our friend Agnese, a restaurant with a terrace and an unmissable view, excellent dishes, and professional and courteous service. We ordered malfatti alla bagossa, braised beef with mushrooms, good wine by the glass, and crema catalana. Excellent value. Thanks to the owner, Laura. We'll be back.

05/12/2025: A wonderful evening! The atmosphere is intimate and familiar. The manager, with his genuine warmth and friendliness, made us feel right at home, making the evening even more enjoyable. The cuisine deserves special mention: we enjoyed dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, "risotto with leek, parmesan, and white wine"—a true gem. We'll be back very soon!

23/11/2025: Homemade cuisine based on local tradition, using top-quality, certified ingredients, a family atmosphere, and excellent value. It's become our go-to for business lunches and Sunday lunches. Lorenzo, the owner, is a genuine, spontaneous person, always ready to offer the best recommendations based on the seasonality of their ingredients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

03/10/2025: Nice pub, German beers plus a few additional options, mostly bottled. The latest change in management has changed it a bit, especially by removing the homemade desserts and focaccia from the menu and adding fried foods, typical frozen products you find everywhere these days. I'm so disappointed I don't know if I'll ever return. If I do, I'll consider updating my review.

14/12/2025: Ineffective reservation system and staff unable to promptly address a system error. Accusing you, the customer, of not being able to book. The restaurant's offer wasn't a few minutes' wait, but much more than 30 minutes. I don't recommend it, and I don't think I'll return in the future. Unfortunately, when these unfortunate and inconvenient incidents occur, everyone involved is left with their own opinion and reason.

13/12/2025: Stopped by by chance, truly excellent dishes that even after eating, watching them pass by makes you want to eat them. I, who don't like apple pie, had a delicious apple pie. Friendly service and smiling faces, really good. Congratulations. I'd like to add that quality and professionalism are a free choice. If I want a sandwich in a blister pack, I pay two euros and after eating it, I prefer not to think about it. If a professional chef makes me a sandwich in the kitchen with healthy and excellent products, I don't pay two euros. I understand what I ate, and for the euros I paid, I have nothing to say: "I spent them well."

08/11/2025: Lunch in Sirmione. Before finding the Ristorante La Nuova Botte, we went to other restaurants that were rudely told they had no seats. The staff at La Nuova Botte welcomed us very kindly and courteously, even though it was full. Excellent food. Excellent value. Very generous portions. Great prices. Very, very friendly staff. At the end, a pleasant surprise: the focaccia we requested to accompany the appetizer was offered free of charge. Recommended restaurant!! We will definitely be back. Thank you

22/10/2025: An Italian restaurant offering seafood and meat dishes on a small, secluded street in the center, with a few tables outside. The pasta dishes and lake fish are beautifully cooked and plated, as are the homemade desserts, and there are often off-menu options. The hostess is welcoming and easygoing, but a bit overbearing. The location is average but pleasant, especially in the evening, without being overly elegant. Prices are reasonable for the quality, more affordable than many other restaurants in Sirmione. However, I can't give it more than three stars because, on both occasions we dined here, I was served a different dish than what I ordered. A little more attention to detail between the kitchen and the service could improve an already excellent standard.

20/06/2025: Delicious thin pizzas, you really come here to have a (quick) nice meal, for the atmosphere you go to the center afterwards. Best pizzas in iseo if you ask us!
