12/01/2026: Business Lunch I found the atmosphere well-maintained... the staff courteous... My order arrived quickly, and despite it being a "simple" business lunch, I must say everything was well presented and excellent!... Fair prices... well... Absolutely recommended!

23/12/2025: I'd like to but I can't, I could but I don't want to? Crazy prices for average-to-low quality dishes and extremely slow and informal service. Truffle-scented tagliolini cost €30, not even in high-end restaurants, and if I say scent, it's because it was the only tangible thing. €200 for four with two dishes each? It's still a "business lunch" restaurant. Let's scale back a bit. Is a customer even free to write a review without having to shoulder the burden of "four families who make a living from this job"? I don't think being presumptuous and not admitting the mistakes the customer points out is the right choice. A bottle of wine brought to the table ALREADY OPENED, without even letting me taste it. Thrown on the table in a plastic tray in a restaurant that offers me a first course for €30? No, that's not normal at all, I've never seen anything like that, not even in a pizzeria. Spaghetti with seafood had a handful of capers and a handful of olives inside, which completely covered the flavor, and perhaps there's a reason for that. The appetizers (3, not 4), by the way, were ALL THE SAME. They arrived cold despite the 30-minute wait that started AFTER ORDERING, of course, I emphasize this because I felt like I was speaking different languages ​​at this point. I'll conclude by saying that the dishes weren't returned because they were edible, but as with everything, everything has to be commensurate with the price, and then the castle collapses.

29/12/2025: On Sunday, I had lunch at the Full Shade restaurant in Demo Brescia. I have to say it was a real pleasure! 🌟 The food was simply delicious, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and love. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The establishment is warm and welcoming, with a family atmosphere that makes you want to return. The service was fast and efficient, with a touch of class and professionalism. In particular, I'd like to praise: - the appetizer: gnocchi with herbs and pancetta, the venison steak, the wild boar salmi served with excellent polenta, and finally the horse steak, which were simply divine! 😋 - The staff, always ready to offer advice and accommodate my requests. - The atmosphere, which makes you feel like you're in a real Italian restaurant. If you haven't tried the Full Shade restaurant in Demo Brescia yet, I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed! 👍

18/03/2026: We went here for lunch during a family event, and were greeted very warmly. The place isn't large but it's comfortable, beautifully lit; the staff is very friendly. The meats are excellent, especially the fillet steak, their signature dish (if you'll pardon the pun), and the spit-roasted skewer. The price is fair. Update: Even returning years later, the quality has remained consistent. It's worth mentioning that, by booking in advance, you can also have a spit-roasted skewer in oil (for those with lactose intolerance), which is also excellent. The house wine is good.

04/01/2026: We entered with a reservation at "The Fork," which included a 20% discount. Part of the menu was blanked out (the risottos), and it wasn't marked on "The Fork." When we went inside to tell them about our reservation, the owner wasn't aware of the reservation. The discount wasn't applied to our bill. The dishes were completely different from the original recipes (amatriciana made with cooked ham). Avoid!
