08/03/2025: Very kind managers. They also brought us water for the dog (Lady). I had coffee on the pier, a truly unique moment of pause after the trekking we did. Definitely coming back. ❤️🐾

16/03/2025: Buonasera sono stato oggi pomeriggio posto bocciato le coppe di gelato non erano capaci di farle la ragazza a chiesto più volte come andava fatta né a preparata una per fare la seconda ci ha messo 10 min e mentre faceva la coppa toccava i soldi delle persone in cassa, aperitivo ordinato da mia figlia si erano dimenticati e ricordati dopo 10 minuti che avevano portato le coppe la panna del gelato mia moglie l’ha lasciata tutta perche non era buona ci siamo trovati malissimo infine in cassa non cassa non sapevano come e farmi pagare ci hanno messo altri minuti due persone ci sono volute prima e ultima volta mi spiace pensavo era un bel posto magari il posto sì ma l organizzazione io do zero

20/03/2025: Un ristorante in pieno centro a Brescia, dal nome strettamente locale e dove è possibile gustare la corrispondente cucina. L'arredo è gradevole, il servizio cortese. Abbiamo così assaggiato i tortelli al "Bagoss", una zuppa di legumi, il manzo all'olio, la torta bresciana, piatti tradizionali sicuramente soddisfacenti. La cucina è quindi discreta, il giudizio complessivo è comunque positivo e permette di consigliare il locale.

19/03/2025: Cozy place, friendly staff but pay attention to the prices!!!! For lunch they offer a "Brescian menu" for €23.00 which has surprises in store. As the owner says, it is half a portion of first course and half of second course, with a slice of cake. All good and well served. Too bad that to the €23.00 you have to add €3.00 for the cover charge, €2.00 for the water and €2.00 for the coffee..... and you get to €29.00. If we talk about the menu, the cover charge must be included. Water and coffee are also usually included in the lunch menus. Doing the math... half a first course is €6.00, half a second course is €7.50, dessert... let's say €6.00 ​​with cover charge, water and coffee are €26.50. Even if the location is central we are not there with prices and above all with transparency.

23/02/2025: sono venuta per una semplice colazione , sono entrata nel punto di ristoro e mi sono sentita quasi attaccata dal cameriere, visto che ho semplicemente chiesto se potessi gustare dei pasticcini e quest’ultimo mi ha risposto in maniera estremamente scortese “aspetti!!!”. Sono uscita senza consumare la mia colazione.

18/02/2025: I stopped by on my lunch break for the first time but I will definitely be back. I had a San Francisco piadina: excellent ingredients and generous doses, courteous and welcoming staff, clean place with no signs of neglect; large parking right in front. I was a little skeptical because it's a franchise: I really think that the difference is made by the people who work there!

13/04/2025: Tolles und bezahlbares Sandwich! Sparen nicht mit Zutaten und alles ist sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich.

20/03/2025: More and more convinced (today because Vinessa closed I ate the same disgusting lunch in another place in Sirmione): the best snack-bar in Sirmione. A place where you can still drink a good coffee, a glass of good wine, also the menu of sandwiches made on the spot, excellent hamburgers and bruschetta. The staff is young, local, polite and kind even with tourists. A 'gospel' in Sirmione. Very good, keep going like this, please.

04/04/2025: A bit on the expensive side. Food wise a 7 out of 10. Fixed menu pasta was aight but small portioned while the dish with trout and pumpkin was phenomenal. The white wine I got was a solid 5. As for the service, they forgot about my water which was supposed to be included in the fixed menu. They also took away the table bread sans asking if I finished. Overall still not a bad experience, especially if you think you got money to spend lol

02/03/2025: We went to this lovely restaurant for lunch. Tables overlooking the lake, wonderful view. We took a menu consisting of first course, second course and dessert for €38. Everything was exceptional, the quality of the food was very high and the dishes were prepared with care. Excellent service. It was a pleasant discovery. Highly recommended.

12/04/2025: Siamo entrati accolti dal sorriso caloroso di un cameriere: gentile, disponibile, ci ha subito messo a nostro agio, offrendoci anche una seggiolina per la nostra bimba – un gesto davvero carino che ci ha ispirato fiducia. Poco dopo, però, viene a servirci un altro membro dello staff e, da lì, inizia il mio "ni". Il signore si avvicina e ci riprende in modo piuttosto plateale perché la nostra bimba di un anno stava "forchettando" il menù. Una bimba piccolissima, senza molta forza – una scena innocente, tutto sommato. Mi scuso, perché in quel momento ero distratta a legare il cane, ma il tono e il modo in cui è stato fatto mi hanno sinceramente messa a disagio davanti agli altri clienti. Proseguendo, chiedo un consiglio su un vino non dolce. Mi aspetto un suggerimento, invece ricevo una risposta generica: “Van bene tutti”. Non essendo un'esperta, finisco per scegliere un vino che non era quello che cercavo. Il primo, tagliatelle al ragù, nella norma. Nulla da dire, ma nemmeno qualcosa che lasci un ricordo particolare. Al momento del conto, la sorpresa: ci viene addebitato anche il coperto per la bimba di un anno, che avrà assaggiato sì e no due patatine e un grissino, senza l'uso di posate e tovagliato (abbiamo usato il mio) Nel complesso, un'esperienza iniziata con buone premesse, ma conclusa con un senso di delusione e amarezza. Un vero peccato.

23/11/2024: During our trip to Northern Italy earlier this year, we stayed at the Hotel Relais Mirabella for several days, in the vicinity of Lake Iseo. It is truly an amazing place! You open your room balcony door to overlook Lake Iseo, with the Swiss Alps in the distance. Our viewed was tainted a day or so by rain, but often that rain was followed by beautiful rainbows over the lake. The visuals are stunning, breathtaking! The staff at the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurants and bar, was impeccable. No matter what was requested, or need was expressed, it was instantly provided with smiles and cheeriness. The food at both restaurants was amazing. The rooms are big and clean, all modern amenities provided. The beds huge and very comfortable. The daily room rate is shockingly reasonable for all that's included. Our stay at the hotel included a boat tour of Lake Iseo, as well as tours of several attractions close to the hotel (separate reviews on those outings). We could have stayed for weeks... perhaps someday! Highly recommend Hotel Relais Mirabella Iseo. If you're ever close, you need to stay and enjoy the hotel!

04/01/2025: I ate the pizza with venison ham. Excellent. I drank red wine from Vallecamonica, a wide selection of wines, and the menu also offered a variety of choices. Good desserts. Good value for money.

02/01/2025: Esperienza terribile per il cenone dell'ultimo dell'anno. Premetto di essere celiaca e di aver avvisato alla prenotazione della necessità di mangiare senza glutine. Entrèe: non pervenuta. Antipasto: arriva il piatto con brioche di pasta sfoglia e crostino di pane, faccio presente di essere celiaca, mi riportano lo stesso piatto togliendo pasta sfoglia e pane lasciando le briciole sul piatto. Forse non vi è chiaro che essere celiaci non è una scelta, mettere a rischio la salute dei clienti invece sì, ma la cosa che mi domando è: se ci avessi trovato un capello avrebbero fatto lo stesso!? Primo: stanno per lasciarmi la pasta, faccio presente di essere ancora celiaca, dopo 10 minuti arriva il piatto corretto. Pasta che sarebbe dovuta essere capesante e scampi praticamente una pasta al pomodoro con rari pezzi di gamberoni. Sorbetto al braulio: imbevibile, ma essendo gusto personale non commento. Secondo: grigliata di pesce quindi tutto ok se non fosse che era praticamente immangiabile con pesce avariato. Dolce: anche qui lo stesso cameriere prova a lasciarmi il piatto "normale" e faccio presente di essere sempre celiaca, non arriva più nulla. Unica nota positiva il vino di discreta qualità unito all'animazione. Il tutto ovviamente pagato lautamente con caparra e saldo all'arrivo. Al di là della questione senza glutine la qualità del cibo e del servizio è stata pessima. Ero già stata in precedenza trovandomi bene, ma è decisamente decaduto e non ci tornerò più.
