The service and hospitality are truly amazing, but the piada is truly amazing! A light dough that melts in your mouth, top-quality ingredients, and combinations that create an explosion of EXCEPTIONAL flavor! I absolutely recommend it!

14/03/2026: The pizza was very thin and light, and good because it wasn't overly topped. The place is simple and the service was friendly. The only problem was that the strong smell of pizza and fried food got on our clothes and hair, which was quite unpleasant.
11/03/2026: We stopped for lunch and ate pizza: really very good, thin, crispy and well-filled.

26/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Christmas lunch at the L'Aquila Solitaria farmhouse in Serle. Excellent, tasty, and authentic dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great passion. The chef's delicacies were a real surprise, each course better than the last. The location is wonderful, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always attentive and helpful. It's not our first time here, but each time is a new discovery that confirms the exceptional quality of the cuisine and hospitality. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
18/11/2025: The restaurant is impeccable in every way. Not only do you find simple traditional recipes, but also constant culinary innovations that look to the future. A place with great potential; I'll definitely be back!
