The restaurant is small, few tables and very intimate with an open kitchen. The restaurant's philosophy is based on a 5-course tasting menu with excellent products sourced only from local and SlowFood producers. The welcome was magical with a beautiful atmosphere. It certainly stands out from the usual restaurants. The food was good with particular combinations but at the same time with traditional products from Lake Iseo. The menu is often changed based on the seasons and availability of products.

A little treasure hidden in the middle of the village, a pure treat for the taste buds, real homemade and family cuisine for a result worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Very nice discovery!

Il ristorante propone un percorso che può avere 5, 7 o 10 portate. Ci siamo "limitati" a 5 più antipasto.
Tutto associato a sapori locali elaborati in modo originale. Ottima scelta di vini. Servizio impeccabile in una atmosfera amichevole.

Il posto è molto carino ed accogliente su una bella piazza.
Ti propongono un menù fisso con percorso di cibi di qualità a km 0.
Noi abbiamo scelto quello con 7 portate. I piatti erano buoni ma niente di eccezionale per come venfono presentati e non giustificano il costo.
Abbiamo preso anche una bottiglia di vino da 30 euro e il dolce e alla fine abbiamo pagato in due 180 euro. Un po' esagerato direi. Con quella cifra si mangia egregiamente e molto ma molto meglio in altri ristoranti.
La cosa più assurda è stato il dolce: una fettina di panettone con crema allo zabaione al costo di 10 euro: assurdo!!! Non ci rivedrai mai più!

A few evenings ago with my wife, like many other times. But apart from the friendliness of Hilda and Radu, the food, always exceptional, this time exceeded all my highest expectations, to the point that for the first time in my life I quickly wrote down the menu that was proposed to us: Port broth; Red apple and trout roe; Ricotta, stracciatella and persimmon; Pumpkin cube, balsamic vinegar and taralli; Sardinian, peppers; Perch, spinach, Franciacorta cream; Lake carbonara, chub, fatulì; Whipped pike and bloody Mary; Panettone and zabaglione. I won't add anything else. Seeing is believing!

Restaurant to choose for those who want refined cuisine without paying too much attention to expense.
The menu we chose was based on a tasting of 5 dishes.
Very small, modern location, but with a retro design and where the view of the kitchen immerses the customer in the preparation of the dishes.
The dishes were very well prepared, but personally not all lived up to expectations and some went from bitter/sour to others sweet.
Quick and courteous service, but little knowledge of wines and bitters. Excellent change of cutlery at each course.
A personally not satiating tasting and a price of €10 not suitable for every single dish tasted.

Stratospheric value for money. The cuisine follows a bit of an "omakase" model. In practice there is no charter, but intolerances are communicated and the kitchen is given carte blanche. What you eat is a cuisine with many local products, which obviously takes a lot from the lake, but not only. Direct and balanced flavours, ingredients interpreted in such a way as to extract the most from them. Honorable mention goes to the tagliolini from the lake, with a perfect balance between aromas, flavors and textures. Also mentionable for the super friendly service and the good advice on the wine to pair with.
