Visited during lunch time at Oriocentre near Bergamo Airport. The restaurant was very busy, but we only had to wait around 5 minutes for a table, which was impressive considering how crowded it was. After a flight, it was really nice to be able to sit down, relax and enjoy a proper meal. The food was amazing and reasonably priced as well. We even treated ourselves to a bottle of Sauvignon, which made the experience even better. Service was a little slow at first and we had to wait some time before someone came to take our order, but the staff were clearly very busy. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and honestly one of the places that made me fall in love with Italian food.

I had a truly pleasant experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was clean and well-kept, and the food was truly excellent. There was a young woman working there; I asked her, and she told me she was Iranian. She was very elegant, professional, and always smiling with us. She made us feel welcomed and at ease throughout the evening thanks to her kindness and attentiveness. She also explained the dishes with great patience and precision, offering us helpful advice. Whenever we needed anything, she was immediately present and attentive to the table, without ever being intrusive. It was clear that she worked with passion and great respect for her customers. The food was also truly delicious, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. Kudos also for the cleanliness and organization of the place. The dessert I posted in the photo was recommended by this beautiful Iranian woman, and it was truly delicious. Excellent advice! People like this really make you want to come back. I recommend this place with pleasure and will definitely be back.

I went to eat here yesterday with my dad because we needed a good pizza. Positive notes: The pizza was really good, we were very satisfied, and I highly recommend it. It's a shame about the limited selection (they don't have capers, for example), and the large glass of beer was very good, and the place is clean. The prices for the food are fair and not high, except for the wine, which is to be expected. Negative notes: The fries, in fact, we regretted ordering them (I strongly advise against them), you could smell so much oil from the fryer and you could even tell it was used up, so it needed to be changed. Finally, the service was fine, thanks to a single, very good waiter who did everything. But if you're like me, who doesn't like seeing all the other waiters in the room in a corner talking or sitting around each other, or occasionally four at the cash register who didn't touch a single thing during the entire service, then I don't recommend it. In fact, we won't be returning because of this; it really made me nervous.

It is a pity for the quality food and drink options for not having a better service especially for cleaning and maintaining the place clean

Everyone was fantastic, from the manager to his staff. The place was spotless and the food was excellent. I recommend it to everyone who comes.

I ate Pizza with a capital "P." A Margherita made as Neapolitan tradition dictates. Bravo to the Pizzaioli!
