21/01/2026: It was just okay, I expected more given the location. The waitress was as cold as a bone, and the weather wasn't great either; since it was a Champions League match day, they weren't serving alcohol. Really bad.

12/01/2026: I went to this café for breakfast. The service was fairly quick and the croissants were good. I found the prices a bit higher than average.

25/05/2025: I booked my 18th birthday party for 31 people for the end of June. I've been trying to get some information about my party for weeks but it's always closed and they don't answer calls or messages!! I've already paid the deposit and I don't want my 18th birthday party to be ruined like this because I think it's a nice place and then it's too late to book other places!!!!

26/04/2025: Disaster. It doesn't even feel like the same place anymore, it's really bad and unfortunately it's a place we're unlikely to return to, it pains me to say this because the first time I went I had a really good time and we're talking about five years ago. We had already had less than exceptional experiences but we still went back several times but yesterday it was a total FLOP. I saw that there was the possibility on their website to book a table but since it was a holiday (April 25th) I wanted to send a message, no response, I tried again and they told me that the place will be open, at this point I booked. We arrive at the front and... closed. Nothingness. Empty. We didn't want to believe it... I'm honest in saying that two hours after booking, it was cancelled, but since an email arrived that I don't always open and since I was at work, I didn't have the opportunity to read it. So I wonder, since you request all the data, couldn't you have called to let them know? You could have sent another message to those who asked for information on social media and said that the place would be closed. Lots of disorganization. I'm very sorry.

02/01/2026: Today for lunch, I visited your restaurant with five other people. Since I'm pregnant, I kindly asked the girl at the counter if it was possible to heat the cured meat on the grill for a few seconds. The request was initially refused, and after checking with the kitchen, I was told it wasn't possible due to the large amount of toast being made. I pointed out that the staff had always granted the same request on other occasions, as it was a really quick process. Unfortunately, I found the response rather rude. First the refusal, then the story changed, telling me I'd have to wait about twenty minutes because there were other toast being prepared. I made it clear that I absolutely didn't want to skip ahead of anyone, but just heat the cured meat. I decided to leave. At that point, the employee commented that, if I didn't want to wait, it was my problem to make do. I'd like to point out that my decision to leave wasn't due to the wait, but rather to the manner and tone in which I was treated, which I found disrespectful. I work in the restaurant business myself, and I know what it means to manage busy times, but I've never dared to address a customer like that, especially for a very simple request from a pregnant woman.

28/09/2025: Ordered through Deliveroo. Delivery was missing products, the delivery driver claims they haven't received anything else from the ice cream shop. I've tried contacting them several times, but they don't answer or call back! Zero professionalism, when you make a mistake, you have to fix it! I at least asked Deliveroo for a refund, which they gave me as app credit... credit I don't really care about. Amid all this, the ice cream (the only thing delivered) isn't even particularly good. First and last time!!

21/12/2025: I had a beer so I don't know about the food. Nice people are working here.
