21/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa tenuta per la seconda volta. La proposta estiva di Gurmantico è stata apprezzata. Molto buona la qualità delle materie prime. Piatti estivi con ingredienti semplici, ma sapientemente utilizzati (anche a livello tecnico) per presentazioni curate e molto apprezzate. Il personale preparato e molto cordiale. Location bellissima. Consigliato.

20/07/2025: Bella location, ottima accoglienza tipica da location per matrimoni, aperitivo offerto in cantina, giro per illustrare i prodotti ( tutto finalizzato alla vendita), il ristorante si sviluppa sia in orizzontale che in verticale , abbiamo cenato al secondo piano , terrazza esterna coperta carina, nota dolente il menù, piatti singoli molto cari 25 euro cadauno, menù degustazione con prezzi più ridotti ed ovviamente fatti per far sì che si opzioni quelli, il menù scelto è quello del mese, piatti che sembrano già pronti tipicamente da matrimonio, qualità bassa. Carta dei vini limitati, puntano sulla scelta legata alla loro produzione. Esperienza deludente e posto non consigliato se si vuole mangiare bene.

11/04/2025: we booked 2 rooms on their own website, that got cancelled two weeks before our stay. This cannot be how you run an hotel. Never again !

24/08/2025: Good morning, I'm writing to you regarding your response to my husband. I confirm and reiterate that last night there were four of us, and you didn't explain to any of us that the wine we'd chosen was off the menu. If you had, we wouldn't have had any objections and would have written a positive review. We would have gladly returned... Have a good life.

23/08/2025: Good evening We dined at your restaurant this evening and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First of all, the waitress or owner failed to inform us that the Natura menu offered limited wine selection, so we ended up with an extra €22.00 on our bill for a wine that wasn't worth it, and the bottle of wine wasn't even deducted. As for the food, the main course was good, but the rice was a bit bland. I don't think I'll be back.

16/06/2025: Good food, friendly staff but a bit rushed, kitchen a bit slow, menu with only two first courses and two second courses is a bit "little", even if you eat well. Generally speaking, waiting more than 10 max 15 minutes is unnerving, also because at midday, people have to go back to work....

12/10/2025: The food and drinks are very high quality, and the service is top notch. The atmosphere is elegant, yet very relaxed. The staff is friendly and courteous.

04/10/2025: The Perfect Breakfast I tried this place for breakfast and was extremely satisfied. I ordered a cubic brioche filled with mascarpone, walnuts, and figs, and it was a true revelation. The cubic shape is original, but the flavor is what matters: the filling was exceptional, a perfect balance between the sweet creaminess of the mascarpone, the earthy and crunchy flavor of the walnuts, and the ripe, unmistakable sweetness of the figs. The puff pastry was impeccable, fragrant and light. The cappuccino was equally delicious, expertly prepared with a dense foam and an aromatic, intense coffee. You can tell they put care and attention into the selection of ingredients and the preparation. If you're looking for a truly pleasurable breakfast, don't think twice. One of the best pastry shops in the area!

05/09/2025: Terrible experience; the agreements made over the phone were not respected. The owner was rude.

16/08/2025: Overall, the food was adequate, with friendly and courteous table service. It's a shame the braised beef was inedible because it was very dry and tough. Despite giving us a small discount, the chef's attitude was less than positive.

27/09/2025: I visited this bar in downtown Bergamo for the first time, and since it was a rainy evening, it wasn't very crowded, so we sat at a table near the heat lamps, but we were immediately moved. Once we changed tables, we were immediately told they didn't serve hot drinks and that they would close at midnight (it was 11:30 PM). That's all well and good, but the way customers should be treated is certainly not the way the staff showed it. I'm disappointed to have had such an experience at a bar in the city center.

25/09/2025: Came for drinks in the afternoon. Staff were really attentive and helpful so we decided to return the following day for brunch. It was very busy but staff were not rushed yet seemed to be ignoring us. We finally ordered avocado on toast was very disappointed when it arrived as it wasn’t actual avocado but what looked and tasted like supermarket guacamole and cheap bread. It was very expensive for what we actually got! Also waited ages for drinks to arrive and when they did my latte was cold. We then tried for ages to get staff attention to ask for bill. Then were given a receipt and told to queue at the till to pay though we’d seen other people paying at the table and had paid at the table the day before.

09/06/2025: No, I'm sorry but we're not there....I didn't see a single menu, the waitress offered us a sort of business lunch that I had declined when booking...20 euros each, even a little girl....80 euros really badly spent... I absolutely don't recommend it.. It's a shame to give terrible reviews but you have to face reality.

18/05/2025: I went to eat on a Sunday at noon with my husband and daughter; the girl who served us was very nice and polite but with the cooking times we just didn't have it. We had to wait 40 minutes to eat a plate of pasta and two fresh and simple dishes to cook.

31/08/2025: We returned after many years, as a fallback because the nearby place we had in mind was packed... The outcome was the same as in the past, mostly the line... the gelato wasn't good, probably due to the lack of traffic, the Spritz could be improved, the service could be improved (5:15 PM... don't we serve appetizers before 5 PM?) or, "I don't know if we have mint." There's considerable room for improvement, especially since the location (aside from the mosquitoes, which the management could address...) is beautiful.

16/07/2025: Quick stop for a coffee and a sandwich. There's an indoor and outdoor smoking area. Fair prices.

19/09/2025: No praise. I was fooled by old reviews that praised the place, but in the end, what we got from this place wasn't much. We ordered wine and fillet steak, which were nothing special. The bill was definitely above average, where for that kind of money you could hope for much more. I've only just seen the disgusting responses the owner reserves for those who rightfully have the right to review based on their own experience. If I'd seen them before, I would have definitely avoided this place.

18/09/2025: It was the worst restaurant in our three days in Bergamo. Bad food, bad service, and bad atmosphere.

26/09/2025: A charming place inside Oriocenter, decorated in Neapolitan style. The staff is young and friendly. The pizza has a delicious crust.
