23/11/2025: I agree with what other reviewers have said. Casoncelli were good, the rest was passable or just adequate (skimpy ribs, greasy fries, minimal cold cuts). It's a shame that when it came to the bill (the total was written in pen on a simple piece of paper), they tried to overcharge us by €20 (that's not how you do it).

I confirm and reiterate that last night there were four of us, and you didn't explain to any of us that the wine we'd chosen was off the menu. If you had, we wouldn't have had any objections and would have written a positive review. We would have gladly returned... Have a good life.

23/08/2025: Good evening We dined at your restaurant this evening and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First of all, the waitress or owner failed to inform us that the Natura menu offered limited wine selection, so we ended up with an extra €22.00 on our bill for a wine that wasn't worth it, and the bottle of wine wasn't even deducted. As for the food, the main course was good, but the rice was a bit bland. I don't think I'll be back.

16/08/2025: Overall, the food was adequate, with friendly and courteous table service. It's a shame the braised beef was inedible because it was very dry and tough. Despite giving us a small discount, the chef's attitude was less than positive.

01/11/2025: This evening I stopped and ordered a ham and mushrooms. When it came out of the oven, it seemed a little burnt. The owner fixed it for a moment with his hand and boxed it. When I got home, I clearly saw that the pizza's crust was almost completely inedible because it was burned almost entirely. It's a shame because pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven is always the best, but if you work in a rush, you create a mess that the customer doesn't appreciate.

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the pizza. The quality is very low, and the price is still high. I ordered a Bruno with potatoes and sausage. It literally had four small baked potatoes and four pieces of sausage, so much so that it was practically a Margherita. The dough was heavy and the pizza was almost burnt. My celiac friend, on the other hand, received an undercooked pizza. It was a truly disappointing experience.

05/08/2025: It remains one of the best views in Bergamo, but since the California Bakery chain took over, the food has unfortunately been practically frozen, the service slow and indifferent, and it's also expensive. It's fine for a coffee.

15/07/2025: A bar that, given its location and ambiance, has potential for 100, but hasn't been exploited to the fullest. Mediocre service, with few smiles from the staff, as if the customers were bothering you. Planters with dead plants and vases full of cigarette butts. Clean bathroom, but the paper dispenser is broken and messy. Prices aren't exactly cheap, even for just an aperitif, and the selection isn't great. Bottom line: a place with a magnificent view, but one that, compared to the wide selection available in the upper town, doesn't really stand out!

24/06/2025: the bar experience was counting the fact that the very exotic the cashier doesn't know how to make a coffee and keeps complaining that she would rather go home and play valorant. If you are in the area and looking for an authentic bar, with great coffee and impeccable service, I will definitely be back!

30/10/2025: As for the aesthetics of the place, nothing to complain about. As for the service, let's forget it... an empty bar, a 25-minute wait sitting outside for a simple breakfast; rude and unfriendly staff. A more careful selection of staff wouldn't be a bad thing.

29/10/2025: I wanted to thank Valbona who works at this pastry shop from the bottom of my heart. I needed this cake for the evening of the same day I asked. I ordered at 9am and it was ready at 1pm. 100% availability, delicious cake, and I thank her for the excellent work done in such a short time.

24/09/2025: On Saturday, September 20, 2025, a friend and I went to the Gianpace Refuge. It's a beautiful refuge, a quiet, well-managed, and welcoming place, easily accessible to everyone with a simple walk. The trail is well-marked and not challenging. We ate and drank well. The Gianpace Refuge is featured in this year's Girarifugi della Lombardia (Lombardy Refuge Guide). It's a refuge I discovered this year, and it's worth a visit. The refuge is located in the Bergamo area, in the Orobie Park. You have to reach the village of Valgoglio, and then there's the trail. We visited the village and then took trail 232, which took us just over an hour to the Gianpace Refuge, stopping for photos and to admire the view. I've discovered other Bergamo valleys, as the Gianpace Refuge is located between Val Goglio and Val Sanguigno, in the Alta Val Seriana at an altitude of 1,331 meters above sea level. It was a pleasant trip that I recommend and we also found a beautiful sunny and warm day on our side.

16/08/2025: Private refuge. You arrive at the refuge after a hike on a sunny August day in a beautiful natural setting, but it has a sign saying it's private (only for friends of... and the association...). Another sign: bathrooms closed from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM (precisely during the time when people stop). I wonder what the point is... I'm writing this review so that anyone who hikes these trails can set out with no expectation of refreshments or use of the facilities. It would be nice if this were indicated on Google both at the start and along the trails, when the refuge sign is present several times.
