15/09/2025: A very elegant restaurant, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and helpful from start to finish. We ordered four ossobuco with risotto and potatoes: tasty and beautifully presented. As a welcome treat, we were served some fried vegetables on the house, which were truly excellent. At the end, a complimentary dessert was also served with our coffee, which was very welcome. The prices aren't cheap, but considering the quality of the food, the service, and the cover charge, the bill was absolutely reasonable. An experience I highly recommend.

The menu is a gem: no ordinary dishes, but delicious, original, and carefully crafted dishes. Each course is a small experience, with interesting pairings and incredibly fresh fish. You can taste the passion in the kitchen and the desire to offer something different. Perfect for those who love fish but want to try something creative and new. 11/09/2025: Here, in a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, I discovered the authentic flavors of local folk cuisine. Risottos are their specialty, as are the surprising tortelli in three broths. But above all, the mixed boiled meats, served for one person (as are risottos, an increasingly rare occurrence) accompanied by mustard and salsa verde, are truly delicious. The giardiniera is homemade, and the flavor of the vegetables isn't overpowered by the vinegar and oil. It's truly a place to return to, with simple yet consistently friendly service and very affordable prices.

02/11/2025: Boiled meat night... Arrived cold, the tongue was tough, the meat cut into small, unappealing bites. Paid a lot. Too bad.

30/10/2025: A true gem discovered by chance. The collection of cows accompanies us throughout the restaurant, adding a touch of color, joy, and originality. Piedmontese meat is slaughtered on site (it started out as a butcher's shop), and at the entrance there's a display case where you can watch the meat being cut straight from the hook with surgical precision. For lunch, there's a very appetizing fixed-price menu, with a wide selection of first courses, second courses, and gourmet burgers. Water, a glass of wine, and coffee are included. For the amuse-bouche, instead of tartare, a delicious sample of hand-grilled beef sausage with a delicate and fragrant blend of spices. Even the dessert was truly delicious! The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming. We left full, satisfied, and smiling! I'll definitely be back!
