Yet here, in this corner of Brianza where Silvio Berlusconi has chosen to build his empire and his villas, there's an osteria worthy of a secular pilgrimage. It's called Osteria del Tempo Perso. Small, bright, welcoming. No frills, no Instagram bait. Just substance. The staff is kind, courteous, with that perfect measure of discreet presence that only those with a proven track record possess. They don't harass you, they don't disappear. They're there when needed. I start with the Valcalepio and goat's cheese risotto. And here everything is clear. The risotto is superb—that's the only word I can use.
