01/06/2025: Since the opening of this place I have always come to eat piadina. When I was at university it was smaller. Now it has grown, the prices have increased since Milan Bicocca is now a residential area no longer former factories and universities. I love going back to remember the old times.

16/06/2025: Beautiful place and really good food but waiting half an hour or more between appetizer and main course, with 5/6 tables besides us, is really exaggerated. The waiters were very rude to us while with the other tables, many of whom were regular customers, they were very polite. One course was even wrong and after reporting it, we were answered quite rudely. We also split an appetizer for €18, which for the split was charged €24… it seems exaggerated to me. A place that would become excellent if the service was the same for everyone!!

You immediately feel at home, pampered and loved. A special place, where you eat well and feel even better. An experience that tastes good, in every sense. We will gladly return.

03/05/2025: Spettacolare per chi ama una cucina ricercata. I piatti sono un mix tra prodotti nostrani e tecniche del mondo, che, a contatto con il palato, inondano la bocca di sapori! L’accoglienza e il servizio in sala sono impeccabili: lei è super attenta ai bisogni del cliente, molto gentile e preparata! Possiamo dire che questo ristorante conferma la regola del.. “l’apparenza inganna”. Da fuori è poco visibile, una sola porta-finestra che da sulla strada e un insegna non troppo evidente. Ma, una volta entrati, si viene avvolti da un’atmosfera amorevole e tranquilla! All’interno del locale si perde la cognizione del tempo!

Complete peak composed of a first course based on cereals, a second course with proteins and a super balanced side dish, it fits without weighing you down and everything is always very tasty! Macrobiotic cuisine almost entirely vegetarian, with some exceptions of fish and with many vegan options Spectacular vegan desserts in terms of technique and taste!

13/02/2025: Family dinner to spend some time together and the El Calderin Restaurant always proves to be a safe place. The table located near the fireplace is perfect for the cold and rainy evening. The menu is interesting with excellent mainly seafood proposals. As always, well done and see you next time

Hotel with spa service upon reservation, truly excellent and very intimate. Varied buffet breakfast. Area outside the hotel with sofas and well designed. Experience to be redone

25/03/2025: We have just spent a weekend at the Tremoggia hotel, an enchanting experience to say the least. Everything was perfect from the location, to the cleanliness of the room, to the welcome of the staff, in particular Fernando, Marco and the ladies at the reception who treated us divinely, always with a smile and super available for any request, even the kitchen offers amazing dishes, made by them, of extreme goodness and quality. We will return and highly recommend.

11/06/2025: This was without a doubt the best restaurant of our entire Italy trip (spent 12 days among Milan, Como, Garda, and Venice). Easily 1 of top 5 restaurants lifetime. What a gem. The chef is amazing. The experience was incredible. Had a cevice pasta that was incredibly unexpected and incredible. As well as meats, and then a vegetable dish that was simply divine. So many fresh garden vegetables, impeccable sauces... NO words can describe how good this place is. If you're in Garda, you MUST go.

11/05/2025: La Ganea nel Bosco Incantato C’era una volta, nel cuore di un grande bosco tranquillo chiamato Parco dell’Oglio, un palazzo antico che tutti chiamavano il Castello Martinengo. Dentro quel castello viveva una fata gentile di nome Ganea, che amava cucinare piatti magici con gli ingredienti più freschi del regno. Ogni giorno, la fata Ganea raccoglieva erbe profumate e chicchi dorati di riso dal suo giardino incantato. Con un tocco di bacchetta e tanto amore, preparava risotti cremosi al taleggio, ravioli danzanti chiamati "casoncelli", e un piatto speciale con carne di manzo parlante e burrata che rideva quando la si tagliava! Insieme a lei lavoravano gli elfi del pane e della pasta, che impastavano e cuocevano con allegria, e un folletto sommelier che conosceva ogni segreto dell’uva. Il castello aveva stanze luminose con pareti che raccontavano storie, e un giardino dove farfalle e uccellini accompagnavano i pasti con dolci canzoni. I viaggiatori che arrivavano da villaggi vicini restavano incantati da tanta bellezza e bontà, e dicevano: “Questo è un posto davvero speciale!” La fata Ganea apriva le porte della sua cucina magica solo dal mercoledì alla domenica, perché il lunedì e il martedì riposava e sognava nuove ricette. E così, tra profumi deliziosi e sorrisi sinceri, il Bistrot della Ganea divenne il luogo più amato di tutto il regno. E vissero tutti felici… e ben sazi!
