18/02/2025: Trattoria well known among locals and tourists for the authenticity of the dishes with some excellences (roast veal with baked potatoes and polenta...the famous aletta). The pizzas are in great demand and also the starters which alone make a dinner. The only problem is the noisiness of the place which leads to raising the tone of the voice to be heard with an inevitable domino effect.

11/04/2025: Wir haben ausgezeichnet gegessen. Ich hatte das Tagesessen, Tagliolini mit Schwertfisch und Garnelen. Es war sehr lecker! Mein Mann hat klassisch Spaghetti Bolognese gegessen. Auch das war sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach dem Essen bot man uns noch einen Limoncello, aufs Haus, an.

22/03/2025: Great business lunch. Appreciate the set menu, saving decision making for the conversation. I enjoyed the pasta and the cod. Attentive service, and high-end feel all around.

02/03/2025: 5-star staff and hospitality, elegant but overall cold environment. Service not very fast. Dishes that are certainly instagrammable and well made but which do not amaze the palate or at least do not cause the wow effect. In particular their signature starter for example, nice but only tasted like peppers. Sufficient wine list with a negative mention for the Molise passito which I would never have put on the list (a real shame). With the world of Italian sweet wines an inexplicable choice.

25/03/2025: È la seconda volta che vengo qui pur non essendo della zona..Ho notato qualche passo indietro.. Capisco che fare ristorazione non sia semplice oggigiorno, ma trovo che vi sia un po' di stanchezza nel servizio e nella cucina.. Necessiterebbe un po' più di empatia e professionalità nel servizio, una cucina un po' più generosa nelle portate, come si confa' al tipo di ristorante e alla zona. Ciò detto, riconosco che la carta dei vini sia molto buona, che il conto sia corretto, che il menu che predilige giustamente l'oca sia pure corretto nella proposta.. Ciò che abbiam mangiato è stato complessivamente valido (tranne il rago').. Il mio giudizio vuole essere uno sprone, viste le potenzialità..

02/04/2025: Everything is fantastic. Although it was the first time in this place, the welcome was as if we were regular customers. We had dinner (both pizzas and first courses) and all the guests were enthusiastic. Account appropriate to the environment and quality of the products served.

26/02/2025: Excellent tavern that makes you feel at home and pampered, trained and professional staff... a guarantee! The Locanda in Capriano del Colle also recently opened and I must say that it was an excellent discovery! Beautiful refreshment of the place... Well done Lorenzo!

06/04/2025: Staff to review. They couldn't answer every question. We asked for a variation on a sandwich and they responded as if we had asked for the moon. They tell us shall we send the orders forward? But we hadn't taken anything else. We order a coffee and they bring us two but at different intervals. You have to keep asking for cutlery, napkins or glasses because they don't bring them (if I got water, how do I drink??) Ask for pasta from the children's menu (€7!!!): I think that at one year old children eat that portion! Mine is 6 and obviously he was still hungry! Place to go with company but don't expect super service or to spend little.

15/03/2025: Very well looked after location immersed in the heart of Franciacorta, internal parking and another parking area immediately outside, external dehors with tables and gazebo, view of the Franciacorta hills, various internal rooms based on the number of diners. Typically Brescian meat and seafood menu according to seasonality and requests and from the lake, zero km with local suppliers is preferred. Very well furnished, family run, very kind staff. Delicious dishes, takeaway available, I recommend booking.
