This place is a true gem in Sirmione! After a disappointing experience elsewhere, Al Torcol completely restored my faith in Italian dining. The relaxed terrace, warm hospitality and authentic atmosphere made it feel incredibly special. Great aperitif choices and excellent wine tasting. The pasta was so delicious and full of flavour. This was by far my favourite meal in Lake Garda. Highly recommended if you value great food and genuine service.

A must go special place! Michelin needs to visit this restaurant. Such amazing food and hospitality. By far the best dinner we’ve had in Sirmione and incredible wine suggestion for our meal. We were sad leaving Florence and the fantastic family cooked meals there for the tourist trap dinner we had here the first night; wow did Al Torcol lift our spirits and make it all good. Already decided that we will be back for lunch.

If all you listen to is this, then you will be in good hands. EAT HERE. Amid the chorus of “wow” and “spectacular”. I even heard a “perfect” thrown in the whole patio that evening was loving it. Tranquil, delicious, and an absolute treat. We recommend the ravioli, tiramisu, and we had their beef carpaccio special- which was the highlight of our evening. Please, I reiterate, EAT HERE. You will not regret it.

We discovered this restaurant almost by accident, but it was a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere is very welcoming and refined, the food delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise in Sirmione!

Great food and service was fantastic. The waiter kindly recommended wine pairings for the food and they were delightful. Would highly recommend for the food alone but a bonus that it’s tucked away from the busy streets

03/05/2026: Excellent osteria in the center of Brescia! The place is beautiful, spacious, and quaint; it offers a variety of dishes, mostly local and traditional Brescian fare. We opted for the cheese platter as appetizers, which was generous for €15 (contrary to the reviews). Everything was delicious. And then I had the spinach and cheese meatballs, which were also delicious.
