A lovely gem... On a side street away from the touristy restaurants in Sirmione. I highly recommend it. Excellent cuisine and very friendly and helpful service! We'll definitely be back. See you soon 🤗

It's a small osteria, and we really enjoyed the rustic atmosphere. The menu was extensive, which we appreciated, as that usually means the dishes are particularly good and the ingredients are fresh. The appetizer, pasta, and main course were all excellent. Even the cheese was excellent. The fish, a lake char in particular, showed that the chef is a master of his craft. A thick piece with crispy skin, cooked to perfection, but not overcooked. A true delight! There's no house wine, but the wine list leaves nothing to be desired. Many thanks to all the friendly staff; it was a truly enjoyable evening.

A small restaurant worth a visit, with very friendly service and excellent food. It's certainly not a place serving mediocre cuisine to unsuspecting tourists, but you'll find quality here. Unfortunately, the price is high; for two, a bottle will easily reach €160-180.

Nice little place. My partner had the spaghetti alla chitarra and it was very good. My paccheri with squid ink was a little less so, but that was my personal preference, not because there was anything wrong with them! I just chose poorly. The second course, grilled lake fish, was truly excellent, delicious. Fantastic tiramisu. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

14/03/2026: A very nice little restaurant, very good pizza 🍕, also suitable for children. We were there as a family and received a wonderful welcome.
26/02/2026: While exploring Tremosine, we stumbled upon this charming restaurant, where you can breathe in the air of Lake Garda and admire its colors. We ate excellent homemade first courses and gourmet second courses. The desserts were exquisite, with a wide selection. The price was fair. See you soon.

Pizzeria Ristorante La Macina

29/04/2026: The price-performance ratio is not right. The food was good. The service was friendly. The prices were far too high for what was on the plate, and we didn't even order pizza. What a shame! None of us will be coming back; there are better alternatives!
06/04/2026: Simply delicious! It's not always easy to find good food in Italy, as there are so many tourist traps. But La Machina is a delicious, authentic feast for the palate! The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable! The desserts are top-notch! The service is incredibly friendly! The only thing to remember is that it's not easy to get there. From the center of Toscolano, we had to navigate winding, steep, and narrow streets. This is definitely a route for experienced drivers.
