24/10/2025: It's like going to grandma's house for a meal! The day we went, there was a set menu. We arrived and the appetizers were already waiting for us on our plates, along with wine, water, and bread. This was followed by two traditional seasonal first courses, a mixed three-course meat dish with polenta, all delicious, and a trio of desserts. Incredible value for money: €25 per person, all-inclusive, and the owner's warm hospitality, who welcomes you and treats you like family. We'll be back!

14/10/2025: A good risotto restaurant just outside the Isola area. Generous portions and excellent flavor, with a wide selection of risottos and ingredients. The meat, appetizers, and desserts are also good.

19/09/2025: I won't lie when I say it's the best Italian pizza I've ever had! After a day of sightseeing, we decided on a pizza place near our house to relax and enjoy it on the terrace. It was the best choice! The handsome and very kind gentleman, who spoke fluent English, answered all our questions, even though the menu was only in Italian. We also added tiramisu and a local beer, Blondie, to our order. It was delicious! 3 pizzas, a beer, and tiramisu - €38

13/10/2025: Walked up about 1915 and asked for a table outside (inside kinda smelt funny). Got a table, gave menus and forgot us. Literally. Waiter hugely apologetic once he realised. I wanted to try local dishes which is why we picked here, most not available. Ok. Food came. Nice enough but not great. Used the bathroom. I’m so over no toilet seat and/or no toilet paper here in Italy. Seriously, how difficult is it? We had 2 mains, 1 salad, 2 x 1/2 litre wine and 1 dessert and water €60. Value???? Tasted ok but not fabulous compared to previous nights dinner. Yes we chose to sit outside bcoz inside was stuffy and smelt odd. But then we had to contend with outside traffic and smokers. Mmmm

11/10/2025: In addition to the impeccable service and very friendly staff, the food was really good, the cold cuts and cheese platter was exquisite and the pici were delicious!! We will definitely be back!

03/11/2025: I was there the other evening with friends at a restaurant with good food and a friendly atmosphere. The dishes are traditional, and you can tell they're made with top-quality ingredients. The service is kept to a high standard, and the attention to detail is perfect. One small sore point about the service: on the one hand, there are young, friendly, and competent waiters who explain what they're serving, offering a few interesting facts about the dish, attentive to the service and the customer's needs. On the other hand, there are the waitresses, ladies, who, while they may be part of the restaurant's history, are simply inadequate. Their service suffers due to some health issues: it's slow, inaccurate, and it's best not to have them serve the ruby ​​soup. Furthermore, it's clear that even if they aren't attentive to service, their attendance doesn't change. In my opinion, and in order to further enhance this splendid establishment, the service should be left to healthy, competent waiters like the young waitresses.

31/10/2025: We stopped at this trattoria for lunch almost by chance. Everything we tried was excellent: meat agnolotti in broth, a plate of mixed boiled meats, and trofie with pumpkin and sausage, and finally the nougat semifreddo. Everything was delicious and homemade! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Very friendly staff.

06/10/2025: I really liked it. The staff is friendly and professional, and the dishes, mostly seafood, are delicious and reasonably priced. The chef is very friendly and quick. We'll be back and will recommend it.

05/10/2025: Dinner with friends last Friday. The food and service were good, but the atmosphere was disappointing due to the deafening noise from the table behind us. In some cases, the management should intervene and moderate extremely rude and disrespectful patrons.

04/09/2025: We had a delicious meal. The service was very attentive and quick. You're served with a smile, and they kindly check to see if everything is okay and if you'd like anything else. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and immediately given a bowl of water 🐶. The seafood salad is excellent, and the pizzas 🍕 and the lasagna were first-class. We're thrilled with the desserts. We'll definitely be back.

01/09/2025: We were there once on vacation. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, we didn't find the service particularly friendly. The location is beautiful by the water, and there's a children's playground right next door. Parking is available.

24/06/2025: Il locale è molto bello, curato, dentro e fuori, pulito e ben arredato. Ogni tanto io e il mio collega abbiamo cenato o pranzato, ci siamo trovati bene anche per la qualità e la varietà dei cibi. Però dopo ieri sera non credo che ci torneremo. Porzioni scarse: due antipasti, gnocchi alla romana fuori menù veramente miseri, due dolci ( che fatica seguire il modo in cui il cameriere lì elenca, glieli ho fatti ripetere tre volte), due calici di vino servito aperto, senza nemmeno assaggio. Il totale di 99 euro è stato veramente il colmo. Ho mangiato pesce di alta qualità in località marine di livello e non ho speso mai questa cifra. Mi dispiace, si può fare di più nelle porzioni, di meno nei prezzi e parlare un italiano comprensibile.

31/10/2025: Thank you so much for the wonderful party - everything was excellent! Granai Certosa's offerings are excellent in every way. The location is spacious, well-maintained, and original. It offers a variety of options depending on the weather and ensures spaces suitable for all types of guests. The products are excellent, all locally sourced and deliciously cooked. The service is attentive but not intrusive. The waiters and waitstaff were always top-notch, even capable of handling a very international group of guests (14 different nationalities!), who all appreciated the quality of the food and the beauty of the location. The open bar and wine selection are also definitely worth mentioning. Elena, Sabina, and Alessandra were excellent from the first visit, always ready to accommodate our requests and clarify any doubts. They guided us through this experience with professionalism and availability. Thank you so much again! We'll be back soon to try the delicious risottos again!
