12/04/2026: One of the most authentic osterias in the area — you immediately feel that the cuisine is built on identity and respect for tradition. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and full of character: wood details, vintage objects, and an intimate setting that makes you feel comfortable right away. The food is the real highlight: classic Lombard dishes executed properly, without unnecessary twists. The risotto (especially with ossobuco) is among the best in the area, and the meat dishes are equally well-prepared and flavorful. You can tell there’s real attention to ingredients and a clear, consistent menu focused on local cuisine. The wine selection is also well curated — not overly extensive, but perfectly aligned with the style of the kitchen. Service is friendly and genuine: they make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. At times, service can be slightly slow, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. Prices are fair for the quality (roughly €30–50 per person), and fully justified by what you get. In short: a solid, authentic place with no unnecessary frills — just great food done right. Perfect if you’re looking for true Lombard cuisine.

23/04/2026: Where do I begin… This was the best meal we had in Milano and honestly it was down to fantastic food 😏 and being very well looked after by Fillipo. The food was exceptional, and different but so flavoursome. It was our best meal by far during our city break. Fillipo was so warm and welcoming to us Brits, he has a lovely charm and banterous wit that made the whole evening a lovely time. To top it off as he asked us about our trip and said if we needed any advice on where to go “ring him” which is such a lovely touch. It honestly will be somewhere I will always recommend to colleagues, friends and family and I wish him nothing but the best. See you soon for some more fantastic food 🤗

01/05/2026: We had a delicious pizza. The service was impeccable. The owner and staff were very kind. They also offered us a Prosecco as an aperitif and a homemade amaro after the meal.

09/04/2026: We were directed to this pizzeria by the manager of the B&B we booked near Orio al Serio Airport (BG), and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. The place is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and empathetic. I highly recommend it. P.S.: I particularly enjoyed the seafood first course. The pizza was also more than good, though not exceptional.

10/04/2026: A bistro where the dishes are delicious and generous, the servers are lovely and attentive, and the prices are more than reasonable. The atmosphere is warm and the place is very welcoming. Definitely not to be missed!

The place is small, well-maintained, and entirely run by Stefano (an incredible guy), who offers his own specialties, catering to your every need (all delicious). For those seeking an experience a little out of the ordinary, this is a must-visit; we'll definitely be back!

12/04/2026: Highly recommended. A small bistro in a private and welcoming atmosphere. The food is top-notch. I had a truly excellent raw fish prepared and recommended by the chef. The combination of flavors was excellent, and the quantity was generous. 5 well-deserved stars.

26/04/2026: The food was inedible. The restaurant has potential, being right on the lakefront, but it's in a terrible state, and everything is old and shabby. Unfortunately, as kind and friendly as the staff was, the food was inedible. It wasn't good at all, quite the opposite. It's a real shame. However, it does meet Varenna's standards; every restaurant I've tried here has been very disappointing in terms of food.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The staff were friendly and explained everything and gave great recommendations about the food. If you are in Milan and want to try authentic Italian cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🍕🇮🇹

14/03/2026: Highly recommend it! 💕 First and foremost, I’d like to praise the service! The waitress who looked after us was absolutely lovely 🥰: we felt very well looked after. She helped us choose our food – which is absolutely delicious there (we went for the seasonal pasta with broccoli – delicious! 🤤)- everything was fresh. Aperol for €3 until 20:00, the best I’ve ever had (and I wasn’t a big fan of it- until that day! 🤌🏼). If I’m ever in Milan again, I’ll definitely be going back there. A place well worth a visit. 🩷

29/03/2026: A mid-August lunch in an oasis of peace and tranquility, immersed in greenery and surrounded by old canals that exude freshness. The refined interior is a pleasant blend of ancient and modern. Refined dishes made with local ingredients. Excellent wine list. Welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Prices in line with the event. I will definitely be back.
