22/03/2025: Ho cenato alla Trattoria Il Merlo con un’amica e siamo rimaste piacevolmente colpite. Il personale è molto gentile e il menu offre una vasta scelta tra antipasti, carne, pesce e piatti vegetariani. Abbiamo iniziato con un’insalata di carciofi squisita, seguita da una tartare che si scioglieva in bocca e una tagliata deliziosa con salsa al pepe verde. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. L’ambiente è accogliente, perfetto per chiacchierare dopo cena, ed è consigliato non solo d’estate grazie al bel dehor, ma anche d’inverno per l’interno accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente!

20/03/2025: I go there every year several times a year. I feel at home as well as the apartments are comfortable warm welcoming clean and Mrs. Gabriella is very kind not only her all the staff. You eat typical and high level dishes of the area with local cured meats etc. It is attached to the mat for the sled from which you can reach the slopes with skis or snowboard. There are two three routes to do in mountaineering or with snowshoes. There is also the ice skating rink which however this time was not opened due to so much snow. An ideal place for a mountain holiday.

I highly recommend it. I think we will return to try other dishes. Prices slightly above the norm but, quality has to be paid for.

03/04/2025: Staff not up to the task of being absolutely recommended by Michelin I have visited the best restaurants in Italy and have never received this treatment 1. Made to sit at a table without a remover, a glass table different from all the other tables, a table near the door, near the embers and near the cabinet where the staff came to take, every thirty seconds leaning on our table, cutlery, tablecloths and other things for the room 2. Rude in the welcome, rude in the order and rude in repeating that the dog (1.5 kg) had to be kept under the chair, with no possibility of the dog moving even 1 cm outside 3. No dog water bowl was provided after requesting it 4. We requested some minced meat for the dog (3g) for a fee but were denied 5. Order taken in a nervous, hasty manner and after the order the waiters talked to each other complaining and pointing at us in a really annoying way It's the first time in my life that I've gotten up from a restaurant and left before I've even tasted any dish! 05/04/2025: I am now a regular customer and I say this to prove the goodness of this restaurant and its staff. The food is really good, both meat and fish (I absolutely lean towards fish), offering a varied and quality menu. Undoubtedly the mushroom appetizer, the raw fish, the sliced ​​tuna on a bed of pumpkin cream and the beef fillet with parmesan and wine are, in my opinion, among the delicacies that should never be missed. Even their desserts, homemade, deserve a note of praise with the ricotta and chocolate cake which is truly delicious! The quality/price ratio is right. Well done, keep going!
