From the outside, you wouldn't know it, but once inside, a world of professionalism, passion, and flavors opens up.
The dining room has a few well-kept tables. Cristian pampered us with an aperitif with amaro, so much so that I repeated it the next day for lunch.
I'm not a big fan of lake fish, and I was pleasantly surprised by a truly interesting appetizer, from trout to carpione sturgeon, smoked pike, and char—all local products presented and prepared with passion.
The cured meats are equally as good, from prosciutto to lonzino, and donkey salami with excellent melted tomino. And what can I say about the Fassona tartare... spectacular.
First courses: risotto with perch and risotto with white asparagus, both very delicate.
I'm not a fan of fried fish either, but the pan-fried golden perch was truly delicious.
Homemade desserts, bread, and focaccia
Everything was truly fantastic, complemented by a pleasant atmosphere, friendly and courteous service, and each dish was carefully explained and narrated, with details about the provenance of each ingredient.
The outdoor terrace also has its place, offering a charming view.
A real surprise, and the price was also very reasonable.
I should point out that in the photos, the fish appetizer and risotto were shared, so the portions were small.

Cristian, the chef, welcomed us warmly, even offering us sparkling wine.
We were pampered with both the meat and lake fish menus, and were accompanied by excellent local wines. The desserts were also excellent. Highly recommended.
