29/10/2025: Welcoming place and refined food. I recommend it.

07/10/2025: Excellent osteria and location. The menu is limited but of exquisite quality. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and she personally takes care of table service while her husband is the chef in the kitchen. A plus for the turntable with its accompanying LP, which plays with the option of choosing your own record. We had lunch with the Eagles... The bill was also reasonable. The place is small, so it's best to book in advance. Ample parking.

02/11/2025: Easy to get to. It's also a hotel. Here you can rediscover the flavors of yesteryear, expertly prepared. A wide selection of first and second courses; I enjoyed the tripe, which was truly delicious, and the snails, which were delicate and delicious; others enjoyed the cod with polenta, a very pleasant delicate dish, and pennette with salmon. There's an extensive menu of homemade desserts, but the walnut cake is special. The friendly and attentive staff offers excellent service. The prices are fair and affordable. Worth a stop for both lunch and dinner. Bravo!

29/10/2025: The place remains unchanged since the 1960s and 1970s. They haven't changed anything, not even the chairs, which are now completely gone. The bathroom is missing hand soap. The welcome hasn't left the door. But let's get to the meal: the first course was completely overcooked pasta, while the second course was very good, based on fish. For a quick business lunch, it's okay at 15 euros, without any expectations.

09/11/2025: Terrible service, they lost our order. We weren't served after an hour and a reminder.

09/11/2025: I've tasted many cutlets in Milan. I wanted to try this rather commercial cutlet, and I have to say it's not the best. They're breaded pork chops fried in oil. Which makes this fake Milanese cutlet hard to digest. The French fries on the side, however, are delicious.

21/10/2025: The most disgusting burger, and they also added service and bread to the bill, which they didn't even give us.

10/10/2025: We ordered an iced latte, which wasn't good. Be careful, the tiramisu contains alcohol.

10/09/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, everything from pizza to fish, fabulous risottos recommended. Well-managed staff, always professional and fast. Customers for several years, never disappointed, I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

29/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, professional and extremely friendly staff. The menu features a variety of starters and main courses, all beautifully prepared. A wide selection of wines, beverages, and desserts. Unparalleled views of Lecco and its lake. Outdoor dining is available (in the summer months). I've been here at least five times and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: I visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, but I waited to pass judgment so I could gain a greater sense of distance. Searching for a place that offered quality cuts of grilled meat, the choice, among 4/5 appealing places, fell on the one that had the guaranteed name of the chef (Luca Brasi) and obviously... expectations at this point could only be high. A very discreet place, soft lighting, a soft atmosphere, minimal, warm and welcoming decor with a refined display of contemporary paintings on the walls. We opted for the Braseria menu for €68 (4 courses + dessert). The menu includes a tartare among the courses, but this was served, alas, flattened like a piadina, placed on a small plate (to be shared with a second diner). The meat was at times woody, dry, and flavorless... We had no complaints about the remaining courses, and we were also satisfied with the wine list (in our opinion, the bottle prices could use a bit of a price cut). For dessert, a creamy herb ice cream (excessively watery) on a bed of overly savory chocolate crumble. For a treat, we ordered two myrtle liqueurs and a limoncello, which were served in an unsuitable glass (suitable, as the waiter objected to in justifying its unusual use, also for holding fine whiskies). I don't know if our disagreement with this was reported to the chef, but it should be said, in fairness, that they were not included in the bill. The price was fair (in line with the nature of the restaurant). Overall, a positive opinion. I wouldn't rule out returning (only if invited).

16/09/2025: We go there often... Stefano and Lina are two friends who always make you feel at home. The Chinese cuisine, as far as I'm concerned, is the best in Milan. Nothing like the all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurants I've personally been to only once and won't be back.

11/09/2025: One of the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Family-run. Low prices, generous portions, quality, and always friendly service. I've been going there for over 20 years, both in person and through delivery from their website, where delivery is free in some areas. A sure thing!

21/09/2025: Despite the shop's name, I haven't tried the gelato (yet). I was drawn by a sign: Sicilian cannoli filled to order. And I was delighted! Delicious. Personally, I prefer the classic combination: candied orange peel on one end and chopped pistachios on the other. The next day, I returned with my wife and we had seconds. For Saturday, I sent a friend who was in charge of delivering desserts for the evening. Everyone was happy! Warning: since they have to be filled to order, if you want more than a couple of cannoli, it's best to make a reservation or expect a wait. Finally, we also missed out on a pastiera for Easter. Again: Great Success! When I return to Milan, I've promised myself I'll try the gelato (extremely tempting). And here I am... with the promised update: My wife and I had a couple of gelatos to go. She had orange and salted pistachio. I had salted pistachio and hazelnut. My wife found everything very pleasant, but I had some reservations about the salted pistachio. The flavor was good and decidedly "pistachio-like," but I'm not a fan of savory gelato (salty flavors, for me, are reserved for hot dishes). My fault (the flavor name is clearly "salted pistachio"). The hazelnut was very satisfying. And since we had guests the next evening, we ordered a cassata. Again, a very "Sicilian" product. Rightly so, and not overly sweet, with excellent flavors of candied fruit and ricotta. My wife, myself, and our guests appreciated it. Over time, Il Gelato di Bea has become a favorite among our friends, too. When we grill, what better way to end a meal than with some cannoli or cassata?

05/09/2025: I discovered this ice cream shop by chance, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The fig flavor is a true delight, sweet and refined, while the Bronte flavor captures all the intensity and creaminess of real pistachio.

23/09/2025: Unfortunately, I went to lunch on Sunday and sat on the toilet all night on Monday, and it still hasn't gone away. It must be a coincidence. 🤔 I only ate a plate of seafood gnocchi. But let's see how it is today, Tuesday.

29/08/2025: Excellent gelato. Excellent value for money. It's a great place to stroll and stop for a gelato to enjoy outside. There's also a small playground for children.

29/10/2025: A clean, modern bakery with a wide variety of high-quality products. Panzerotti, beautifully oiled focaccia, soft to crunchy bread... something for every taste! The staff is always smiling and friendly. I recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth and looking to indulge. 🥰

22/09/2025: I'm sorry, but for me it's a big no. What can I say? From the service, we arrive and the owner tells us table 4. Without any welcome, we go and sit down. Her daughter arrives later, as I understand it, and says, "Who made them sit there? It's not their table." The food? Lobster salad full of too many condiments: olives, cherry tomatoes, tomato carpaccio, avocado. Not to mention the scampi, scallops, and guanciale. I don't know the chef, but I respect him because he killed those scallops twice, overcooked. But we didn't let ourselves be intimidated and moved on to the first courses. The papardella was good, even if it was tasteless with the frozen mushrooms. But the horror was my companion's dish: calmarata with gurnard and red mullet. Then they brought us a pasta dish full of olives that tasted only of Tagalog olive oil. He didn't eat any of it. All in all? I didn't try the pizza, but maybe it's better. Indeed the wine is very good, compliments to the Vignola wineries.
