27/10/2025: We celebrated my daughter's confirmation. Chiara and Angelo, the owners, are top-notch. She is very kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive in her approach to guests. We were already customers, but this was a chance to get to know each other better and further confirmed our commitment. As always, the food was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommended.

03/11/2025: I'm sorry to give such a low rating because the food is very good, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The waiter wasn't capable of managing a table of 15-20 people and immediately showed signs of being unhelpful, starting to pressure us from the very first minutes (by making a gesture of checking his watch). We couldn't have house wine except in glasses, or water except in 500ml bottles. When we asked for a wine list to choose from, the response was "I don't have any, I'll tell you." One dish was wrong, and despite reporting it, the correct one never arrived. A bottle of wine was returned due to a strange taste (which wasn't present in the others), and again, the waiter made faces at us, refusing to accept our opinion. A small mention of merit goes to some colleagues who were helpful in asking us if everything was okay. A terrible experience.

03/11/2025: Let's say 2.5 stars... An ancient and charming inn from the late 19th century, located in the historic center of Pavia, right next to the city's cathedral. Entering the restaurant feels like entering another dimension: tables and furnishings from times gone by, but at the same time, right next to the entrance door, there's a pinball machine... the question naturally arises: what the hell does it have to do with that place?... uh... Then, entering the two small rooms—one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor—you feel like you're entering a flea market, where you can find all those knick-knacks from days gone by; it's certainly a way of showing off the fact that this is a historic inn. But, alas, too much can be bad, especially all those dusty glass chandeliers dangling above your head... maybe not? The food, however, isn't bad, even if it's nothing special, and the staff is friendly and polite, if a bit aloof...let's just say the experience was definitely not a "wow!" experience. Anyway, we ordered an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, with a bottle of water and three glasses of wine, and we spent more than €81. Not exactly a bargain, let's just say...

12/10/2025: We were with Sicilian friends and wanted to introduce them to some typical Neapolitan dishes. It was a terrible experience, one I won't repeat and would never recommend to anyone (so as to avoid making a bad impression on traditional Neapolitan dishes). The Genovese was practically inedible, saltier than ever, so much so that it made you sick. During our visit, all the customers who ordered the Genovese left almost everything on their plates. Despite this experience, the owner remained silent. I personally pointed it out to the waitress, who changed my dish, but the second one was even saltier than the first. When it came time to pay, they justified themselves by saying the pecorino cheese was too salty. As a true Neapolitan, I told them not to talk nonsense and admit that the dish had been completely wrong that day and perhaps it would have been better not to offer it at all. At least he should have deducted the three Genovese dishes we couldn't eat from our bill, but he didn't. I thought it was dishonest. I will never go back there again, nor will I recommend it. DO NOT GO THERE!!

22/10/2025: Well, what can I say other than TOP! We've been going to this restaurant for years and it has NEVER disappointed us! The food is always good, the service simple yet efficient and punctual. The location is unique and unparalleled. Whether it's for a dinner with friends, a business dinner, a special occasion, or a family lunch, Vederta is always the right choice.

09/11/2025: We queued for like 20-minutes for this restaurant before they open as it suppose to be very good (4.3 google rated). 2-minutes before the restaurant opened, they suddenly placed a sticker on their board and informed everyone that there will be no pizza tonight. Went ahead to eat anyway. Turns out it’s the worst spaghetti I’ve ever eaten — and the worst part is, I found the worst spaghetti right here in Italy,not in some random third-world country.

18/09/2025: We're not there!! Honestly, I thought it would be much better, but I was disappointed. I went with my 15-month-old son, and for him, there's only a little pool with a mushroom and a small slide, a small play area where it was freezing! It's like making kids sick. They're doing some renovations, so there was very little; the Turkish bath had a bad smell inside, and there's no clarity on how to get back to the parking lot, we got lost twice. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it; the real spas are elsewhere, I'm sorry.

13/09/2025: They don't accept reservations, and because of this, during holidays and public holidays, lines can form for hours just to get in, regardless of the time. The spa area has a limited number of places (with a turnstile to count people), so after waiting in line for more than an hour, you might still not be able to access the spa until someone vacates their spot. As a municipal swimming pool, however, it's well-maintained and pleasant, and the spa area is equally well-maintained and pleasant. Obviously, during public holidays, things can get chaotic, as managing the spa without a reservation causes inconvenience.

09/11/2025: The atmosphere is deliberately spartan. The best pizza in Voghera and the surrounding area by far, perhaps among the best I've ever eaten. An original selection of German beers.

17/10/2025: The pizza is light, but nothing special; you can eat two to be full. The desserts are good, made in small quantities. A special mention for the super-fast service.

05/11/2025: An experience to forget.. last night my mother, together with my aunt and two friends, came there for dinner...an experience to forget...as they ordered a plate of gnocchi with artichokes and my aunt and my mother felt sick, to the point that, when they got home, I had to give them Maalox for their stomachs...never again

12/10/2025: For Sunday lunch, I wander around Trezzo d'Adda. I ask my guide, and he recommends this pizzeria. I order risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco: phenomenal. The meat can be carved with a fork, and the rice is truly superb. Unfortunately, I was too full from the single dish to eat anything else. The lady who served me was very kind. The place is a little old, but it fits the context. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant for the first time. Soft lighting and background music complement the cozy, yet small, atmosphere. Ideal for those looking for a quiet and pleasant evening. The dishes were spectacular and surprising, with an excellent combination of flavors. There were four of us, and we chose the tasting menu. The table service was very attentive, with cutlery changed after each course. Highly recommended, especially if you want to share the experience with someone special, who will surely compliment you on your choice. My compliments go to the kitchen and the staff. Well done!
