An intimate and elegant place. Well-prepared food. A lack of atmosphere due to the limited number of tables. The dessert is pleasant, with a soft, creamy sauce. Attentive service, a bit slow. Prices are high for the fish portion, in my opinion. Good and very French wine list.

We gave everything 5 stars because the food was excellent, the atmosphere was refined, and the wine: an excellent recommendation. The experienced waitress could improve a lot, and we appreciated the chef's intervention between the tables. We will definitely be back.

Great food, fresh fish, quick and friendly service. Authentic Italian, honest price quality relations. The wines are excellent. The music was also the best! Please reserve in advance or won’t find a place in peak times.

Amazing oysters! Fresh and delicious fish. A very nice and quiet location, and very friendly staff. Even though we ate fish, we didn't spend much, so it was excellent value.

08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, a regular destination for us on every holiday. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, even during the busy August holiday week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Speed ​​and courtesy are among their strengths. The pizzas that Paolo and Lara make in the evening are also thin and delicious. Thank you again for this summer of 2023!!! p.s. To customers with pets who feel like they're being punished! because they're seated in the small room facing the counter, I recommend reading the regulations regarding this (in the photo section).
08/03/2026: It's always nice to return to Edelweiss. Typical Brembana cuisine, smiling service, a relaxed approach, and top-notch desserts. It's truly a wonderful place!

04/05/2026: The drinks were completely off the charts. We ordered two Aperols (one was very sweet, the other sour) and a Hugo Spritz, which tasted like prosecco. The food was very small, except for the carbonara, which was a normal portion. The ravioli and gnocchi were good, but the carbonara was very salty. For the price (€15 per portion, drinks €7), I wouldn't recommend it.
