28/08/2025: A lovely crotto...although it doesn't have the historic look of others in the valley, it still has a contemporary look, faithful to tradition yet contemporary. The cuisine is truly noteworthy (wonderful Chiavenna gnocchetti), and the option of dining outside, overlooking the Mera, is also lovely.

26/08/2025: This is our second time back. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable! Fantastic pizzoccheri and gnocchetti. The place to eat in the summer is lovely, right on the river and the promenade. I discovered they also rent e-bikes.

In one of its most characteristic streets, I discovered, almost by chance, a true gem of taste. This is not your typical delicatessen: as soon as you step inside, you are immersed in an environment where passion, respect for conviviality, and attention to detail take center stage. The products are of the highest quality, the fruit of experience and selection, accompanied by carefully selected wines and derivatives. The experience is never improvised, but the product of years of dedication: each offering satisfies not only the palate, but also the eyes, with thoughtful presentation and authentic flavors. Perfect for a lunch break, an afternoon aperitif, or a memorable convivial moment. Authentic, high-quality products. Friendly, precise, and warm service. A simple, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere, with seating inside or outside. Parking right next door is a plus that makes all the difference. One small note: with such a caliber of food and wine, it would be ideal to always find matching glasses and a few bottles waiting to be chilled. That said, my experience was extraordinary. I highly recommend this stop to anyone passing through Caravaggio who wants to discover not only history and art, but also excellent flavors. Highly recommended!!! Compliments to the staff!!!

23/08/2025: One evening in August, two friends suggested Happy Hour at Tandy (an evening that sometimes takes place during the summer) and raved about it. I wasn't familiar with this "restaurant," if you can call it that, but I wasn't satisfied, even though the buffet offered a wide variety of appetizers, including pasta, savory, sweet, and fruit, with no limit on what you can eat. Good products and unlimited food. The restaurant is located inside the Ponteranica sports field, a quiet, green setting, but creating a summer space inside the ice rink is truly dilapidated! Sweltering heat, mosquitoes, flies, and a lot of clutter, including both full and empty water crates placed outside in 35-degree temperatures, and refrigerators in terrible condition next to the tables. Maybe using only the indoor space in the winter would be nicer, but it's not my style. Unfriendly staff.

21/07/2025: The food was delicious! We ordered the T-bone steak without realizing how big it was..it turned out to be 1.8kg for just €90, which was incredibly reasonable. The funghi risotto was excellent, and the potatoes were just as tasty. Highly recommended

29/08/2025: Only been to the restaurant but the food was shockingly tasteless (the veggies on top of the pizza were like out of the freezer)… and their focaccia was like a pizza!

26/08/2025: I was there in the evening just after returning from France, a very good dinner, friendly staff surprised my expectations, I also asked the price of the rooms which were really advantageous for the place, it's a shame that I had already booked,

16/08/2025: Family dinner, discreet and accessible staff for every request, being Saturday we chose the Paeilla menu, not exceptional but with lots of fish, fabulous octopus starter and also exceptional desserts. Thank you, we will be back to try other proposals.

26/08/2025: We've eaten at this restaurant several times and have always had a great experience. The quality of the service, the portions, and the prices are fair! I recommend it if you're in the area. The pizzas are excellent, as are the first and second courses.

12/07/2025: It looked better on TV at 4 restaurants... The food was still good, no buffet, everything had to be ordered for 15-18 euros per dish. Orange juice a glass was 5.50 euros, in short, sometimes overpriced. 🍔 Huge, delicious salmon.

06/07/2025: Very nice place, for the food I had very high expectations and, I was a little disappointed, Eggs avocado I had difficulty cutting it was hard, the French toast was good, fresh halloumi was very salty, the staff a little too hasty and even though we were with a stroller they didn't ask us if we needed a hand.

The restaurant is located in Ello, a charming and historic village with a splendid view of the lake. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is very beautiful and welcoming. The waiters are also kind and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Alessio is a restaurant owner who is very professional, offering both dishes and wines. The food is fantastic. If you want to try snails, this is the perfect place, as they prepare them wonderfully! The restaurant is located in Ello, a charming and historic village with a beautiful view of the lake. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The waiters are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

31/08/2025: Thin crust pizza...not like the one in Naples...the flavor is pretty good, but I would have preferred it to be more rustic...they all seem a bit similar. High priced, given that we're in Caiello, a hamlet of Gallarate, not Milan.
