08/10/2025: If I could, I'd give the service a minus 1. There was a table with two seats available when we arrived. We waited outside for a bit, looking for another place, and a table in the back with three chairs became available. I went in and sat down. The waiter, who was the only one there, came out, stopped at the door, and gestured, "What are you doing sitting there?" I then asked, "Do you need a reservation?" He said he didn't, but the table was for two. I questioned why there were only three chairs, and he said one of them was only for bags. By then, everyone was already staring, because the restaurant is extremely small. It was very embarrassing. I had to leave the place, I felt really bad, and I don't recommend this place to anyone. The waiter is super snobbish and arrogant.

06/10/2025: Excellent food and service. They made us feel very comfortable. I asked in advance if they could arrange a gift for my boyfriend's birthday, and they made it very special. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

17/10/2025: I came for a family lunch at midday, welcoming interior and impeccable service, I must highlight the specialty, namely the pizza by the slice, I have never eaten such a good pizza by the slice, soft dough, perfect toppings and cooking, I took the xl but the normal is also sufficient, highly recommended place to return absolutely!

15/10/2025: Excellent pizza by the slice, very light dough. Very well topped. Interesting pizza options on the menu, with intriguing combinations that we'll definitely try. We'll reserve the missing star until we try the restaurant. Attentive, friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere, relaxed vibe. The desserts were also excellent. We loved the coffee. Last detail: why the unusual name? What does it mean? The area was originally a major cotton mill, whose founder was named Poss. The owner of the pizzeria wanted to keep the name linked to that place.

21/09/2025: The food is excellent, home-cooked, and at a great price. The fixed-price menu is available, except on Sundays. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: I was looking online for a place to have lunch today in Bracca during the chestnut festival. Intrigued by the positive reviews, I immediately called a few days ago, but it was fully booked! I tried again on Friday and luckily I found a table! A delightful Sunday! A simple place, packed! Excellent food and incredibly plentiful. There were two of us, so we ordered a lasagna and a plate of casoncelli (very generous). Two typical main courses arrived, two plates of stringy taragna polenta arrived, which were delicious, three sharing plates with shin, roast, braised beef, and venison bites, and a large plate of fried potatoes. A quart of red wine, a liter of water, two coffees, and a grappa...€30 each (€60 total). We left feeling full and satisfied! We'll be back. Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: We apparently made the mistake of just wanting a drink. The service was limited to the bare minimum, bordering on the rude. It's a shame, because you can sit quite nicely there, a bit off the main road.

21/10/2025: We had an excellent time at Tredes! The owner/s were friendly and welcoming. We went for an aperitivo and such fantastic cocktails 🍸 a must try!
