Nice place, good lunch, the only complaint is that there was a time limit for eating lunch (the good thing is that we were informed at the time of booking that we were between 12:00 and 1:30 pm).

A charming, rustic restaurant in a beautiful location, housed in an old crotta (wine or cheese grotto/rock cellar), very interesting. Typical local cuisine. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience in an authentic and very pleasant setting. I visited Crotto Belvedere on Saturday, June 13th, with a group of 12 friends from the Ticino Motorcyclists Association during a motorcycle tour. The location is truly beautiful and characteristic, immersed in a typical local setting. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a stop with friends. We ate very well: bresaola with sciatt as an appetizer, an excellent second course of first courses with Chiavenna gnocchetti and pizzoccheri, and finally traditional Prosto biscuits and coffee. Everything was meticulously prepared, tasty, and representative of the local cuisine. Kudos also to the service: friendly, attentive, and well-organized despite our large group. The price was fair: €29 for the menu (drinks not included), absolutely in line with the quality and quantity offered. A 5-star experience. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone who wants to savor authentic Valchiavenna cuisine in an authentic setting.

Lunch with friends after a wonderful motorcycle ride. And here's the surprise: the hostess welcomed us with a dazzling smile and suggested typical local dishes. What can I say? Everything was delicious, with a splendid view of the river. We'll definitely be back.

A great place that my family and I always try to stop by when we vacation in the area. Truly delicious traditional dishes and fair prices. They gave us a table next to the river, so the view was fantastic! If you ask, you can even go inside and visit the crotto, which serves as a cellar! Highly recommended.
