Salt Food Atelier In Milano

A nice discovery for a brunch in Milan. Very nice and welcoming place, good food and very beautiful and refined dishes. The only flaw is the service. Right from the start you have the feeling that you have to hurry up and eat your meal. Surely there are reasons for reservations/times, but I would try to organize this aspect better. Above all because brunch is generally a moment of Sunday conviviality in which it is also pleasant to spend a little more time at the table after a week of constant running. In any case I would go back.

Food is certainly the strong point of this restaurant. We found the eggs delicious and well done. The potato chips and fried courgettes are also delicious! The venue is nice but has terrible acoustics. It is almost impossible to speak, you have to raise your voice, thus contributing to creating even more noise. The service also needs improvement: slow, we had to call several times because they didn't come to the table and they got the orders wrong twice.

Per trascorrere una bella serata in un ambiente elegante ed accogliente è il posto giusto. Ottimi piatti , ingredienti di qualità ben presentati. Buona scelta di vini e particolari e selezionati i whiskey, il proprietario è scozzese. Le porzioni sono abbondanti ed è un piacere condividere, la chateauobriand super. It was a nice discovery. After the first time, I went back again, and I will go back. Harmony of original and very pleasant flavours. Just a small note: the aubergines parmigiana were soft because they were overcooked. Delicious veal with tuna sauce and an innovative sauce The French... with sautéed bacon, strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup offers an excellent sweet and sour dish. Excellent Tarte Tatin.

One of the best restaurants in the Porta Romana area. Excellent quality of raw materials, excellent combinations and a private and romantic environment. Right portions, obviously the quality is there and you pay for it.

Locale con formula brunch nel weekend in una zona centrale di Milano (Porta Romana). Ambiente ordinario con pochi tavoli. Menu variegato (bagel, avocado toast, pancakes, etc) senza una formula fissa di brunch. Abbiamo provato un avocado toast con salmone e un salt burger, entrambi buoni. Lo consiglierei per un pranzo piuttosto che per un brunch visto il menu alla carta e il costo. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Due piatti salati, una birra e un’acqua 65€.

Locale accogliente, ben arredato, vicino a Piazza Libia, tanto verde che non sembra di essere a Milano. Ogni piatto è ben presentato, gli ingredienti selezionati e ben cucinati. Dolci particolari, ottimi! Buona la lista dei vini, ho ritrovato un vino della fondazione Mach che avevo apprezzato in un viaggio in Trentino, giusto il ricarico , Da ritornare! Giorgia
