We only stayed one night, but it was enough to give our opinion. The owner, who was very kind, greeted us at reception. The room and bathroom were spotless, a good size, and despite being in a busy area, very quiet. The restaurant inside the hotel is also excellent, but it's open to everyone.

Renovated rooms. Complete with everything you need. Very good breakfast. Cleanliness is excellent. Located just off the highway, Orte exit on the A1. Nothing of interest in the area. The closest town is the historic center of Orte. Prices are average.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the highway exit and a stone's throw from Orte. Convenient and spacious parking. The rooms aren't large but are basic and clean, with a full bathroom with a shower. The price is fair. The staff is very friendly. It's an excellent option for a few days.

This hotel-restaurant is located at the Orte highway exit, but don't be fooled; it looks like a typical seaside establishment with a large semicircular staircase and a nice parking lot surrounded by well-kept flowerbeds. The menu is well-stocked and offers excellent value! A must-try.

A wonderful surprise. A 3-star hotel, but definitely worthy of a 4-star rating. A little gem near the Orte highway exit. Perfect. All the comforts and the utmost professionalism. Extremely friendly staff. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

For travelers, it's in an excellent location, right at the highway exit. Friendly staff. Small but modern rooms with all the comforts. A bit pricey. They accept dogs, but charge a hefty €15 per dog.

Well-located near the Orte highway exit. The hotel offers convenient on-site parking. The breakfast is good, both continental and Mediterranean. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and upon returning in the evening they are already heated and very welcoming. Thanks to the very kind owners. Recommended!!

Perfect for a short highway stop, but also for longer stays. Cleanliness and comfort are paramount, as is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Excellent breakfast and on-site parking!

20/04/2026: Had lunch with friends with a fixed-price menu for €12, including wine, water, and coffee. Nice selection of first courses (4) and second courses (6), all reasonably good. Service quite fast. The four of us were all satisfied. We'll definitely be back.
14/04/2026: Simply try it and then return! I went tonight on a Tuesday to try the €12 fixed pizza menu. The pizza was delicious, and the included dessert (tiramisu) was truly delicious. My friends and I had a great time. The staff is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

07/04/2026: Let me start by saying that I live in Carpi, in the province of Modena, so the restaurant isn't far, but not close either. That said, my husband and I often ate here under the previous management. We always had a great time. Yesterday, Easter Monday, we tried the new management. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is now brighter and more welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful in explaining the various dishes. We had the seafood appetizer and mixed grill. It was worth it. For dessert, I had the seadas. Very good! I will continue to frequent and recommend it.
08/03/2026: It's under new management, so it was a real pleasure to try their cuisine, with some new features compared to the previous management! The service was very good and fast, and the kitchen was able to handle the large number of people present! The dishes were generous and well-prepared! We will definitely be back!
