04/09/2025: Looking for a place open for lunch, craving traditional dishes, I set out "reassured" by the good reviews. When I arrive, however, after almost a quarter of an hour of waiting (it was packed), I discover that for lunch they only offer the daily menu, which is fine, unfortunately without anything traditional. I opt for the ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, a basic dish. I receive a plate, or rather a terrine, of clearly reheated ravioli, in two different shapes, drowned in melted butter. A real shame; it's probably better to go there for dinner. The price is good: €12 for a first course, side dish, water, and coffee.

13/07/2025: Saturday, July 12, 2025 Positive experience, found by chance while looking at a sign on the main road. The location is truly quiet and free from any noise. The food is good and typical of the area. We will definitely be back.

12/08/2025: My experience is that I won't be returning. I asked for risotto with porcini mushrooms, and the risotto was brothy and not creamy; the mushrooms weren't all small. I asked for tartare, and the tartare came in three small piles; the meat was sweetish. They also added oil and vinegar, perhaps to season the sweetish meat. I won't comment on why.

23/07/2025: Il locale, in posizione strategica affacciata sulla valle di un torrente, è stato ristrutturato l'ultima volta quasi cinquant'anni fa, pulito, ma davvero da rimodernare. Servizio cortese, piatti non più che discreti, non presentati, menu decisamente ordinario, dolci deludenti. Va bene come ristorante dell'hotel, ma non lo consiglio affatto come ristorante a sé soprattutto perché i prezzi dei piatti e del coperto sono davvero inadeguati e troppo alti.
