The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the saffron risotto – perfectly creamy, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s a must-try dish if you're visiting! Every bite was a celebration of traditional Italian cuisine done right. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. 12/04/2025: Very good dinner! Home cooking with a chef who is a real signature in the making. We particularly enjoyed the tatakis, the ravioli, the cheeses and the cheesecake (unfairly criticized in some comments, the concept is original and therefore surprising). The local wine list was also appreciable. The service is friendly and efficient, the wait between services at the gunshot is easily explained by the small team in the kitchen. The best is yet to come for this restaurant!

From start to finish a journey of sensations, aromas and a lot of quality of the raw materials that lead you to the splendid sea of ​​Puglia! A family-run restaurant arrived from Puglia bringing their creativity, courtesy and friendliness! There were 4 of us! Appetizers with cod, parmigiana, two octopus! 2off the menu spaghettonicacio and pepper in a bed of hacksaw to fly away! 2 trabucchi, one classic with orecchiette and one with gluten-free pasta for my partner! 3 Bavarian desserts with dark chocolate accompanied by a still white wine and finally 4 coffees! All this served recommended by guys with professionalism! The restaurant manager who I think is the owner brings Apulian cuisine to everyone's attention with friendly knowledge and friendliness! The sommelier boy represents the wine with due tasting with a lot of respect for the product with its history! 2 other guys at the service, in addition to their ease and professionalism, bring tranquility to the room which for customers is a sign of positivity because it makes them feel served and revered in a real palace! In the end, as always in my reviews I never say the price out of respect but everything reflects the proportionality between quality/price! I recommend it to all those looking for something different from the usual restaurant because here you will find the exception, the quality, the professionalism, the courtesy, the friendliness and the culinary knowledge available to every customer! Not being a pizza lover, the few times I eat it, mostly out of tradition, I hardly finish it and every time I regret not choosing something else. This evening I ate a really good pizza. Light dough, excellent ingredients and carefully placed, flavors combined to perfection. I don't consider myself an expert, but I liked it a lot. Compliments to the pizza chef.

14/04/2025: We stayed 3 nights, hotel and room very good and restaurant very good, breakfast is not included but they sell tickets to go to lunch in a pastry shop 1 minute from the hotel which is excellent, the welcome is very nice, I will return without hesitation to this establishment.
