21/08/2025: I stayed in Milan for one night and, after hearing excellent reviews, decided to dine here with my wife. The restaurant is cozy and family-run, with only the mother and her son taking care of everything, which gives it a very personal and authentic touch. Before I mention the food, I want to highlight the hospitality. In many touristic places in Italy, we felt that if you don’t speak the language, people can sometimes be unfriendly or impatient. However, this was a wonderful exception. The son was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always trying to explain and help, which made us feel at home right away. Now to the food — simply the best we had in Italy. As a welcome, they served us bread with extra virgin olive oil, and I can honestly say I had never tasted oil of such high quality in my life. We ordered the tuna tartare with lime and mint, the tortelli with cheese and pear, and the spaghetti with fresh lobster. Each dish was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. This is not the cheapest place in Milan, but it is absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. If you love good food and appreciate genuine hospitality, I strongly recommend visiting — you will not regret it.

08/08/2025: Having just arrived in Milan we took a recommendation from the Man in Seat 61 and tried this beautiful little restaurant near to our hotel. We were not disappointed because the food was delicious and the service was very friendly and welcoming. If we return to Milan I hope we will be able to eat here again. I had the Milanese risotto it was gorgeous and everyone else in my family also loved their meals.

04/09/2025: An excellent place for lunch if you are catching the train in Milan. I had a tuna salad with bread and sparkling water. Fresh and delicious!

04/09/2025: After being there several times, for dinner and snacks, I have to give it a decidedly positive review. The food is delicious, featuring typical Lombard dishes including sciatt, polenta, and tzigoiner. Their desserts and cookies are also truly delicious. The only drawbacks are the bathroom being outside and the slightly higher-than-average price of the desserts. Highly recommended.

16/08/2025: Excellent food. Attentive and attentive service. Nice wine list. I live behind this restaurant, and if I want to bring guests and be sure of something, I bring them here. The outdoor seating in the little square in Cavenago is lovely.

30/08/2025: The view is just stunning. The food was also excellent! The pizzas are made to order and you can watch them make it as the oven is outside near the tables. The vongole was really good, the spaghetti was the right firmness and the sauce was exceptional. They make their own gelato in house, I got the lemon flavour and it was nice and refreshing. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: Perfect lakeside enjoyment! The CO.MO Bar & Bistrot is the ideal place to enjoy a drink or a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere right on Lake Como. A great selection, excellent service, and a stunning terrace overlooking the water. An absolute highlight of our stay—we'd love to come back!

EVERYTHING PERFECT would already be enough, but let's delve deeper and say: Efficient staff (you don't have to repeat what you need), Delicious dishes, even when it comes to pizza, Superlative atmosphere with an impressive number of seats; they manage to keep everyone happy without leaving any diner feeling lost. And only (it often happens that the staff doesn't take you into consideration), the price is still a bit high, but that's because you're going to eat pizza or something else near Mount Everest (if you want to spend less, go closer to home ::)) ) Summary: Four pizzas, one water, two beers (craft), two coffees, €92.50. I'd argue about the €0.50, but whatever!!! What can I say? Keep it up, you're a runaway train...

10/07/2025: Questo posto gode di una vista eccezionale sul lago di Como. Se pranzi in terrazza ti ritrovi sopra Bellagio godendo una vista unica. Penso che la vista sia nel conto finale non proprio economico. La cucina è curata, il servizio gentile e veloce, il menù non ampio ma sufficiente per gustare le specialità lariane. immancabile il risotto col pesce persico e i missoltini con la polenta. Il conto è risultato piuttosto caro considerando i piatti e che abituati ai conti dei ristoranti di Milano ci ha fatto pensare che la vista sia inclusa nel prezzo.

12/07/2025: Giardino della Triennale (Triennale Garden): The outdoor setup for the concert was a real let-down. The grass was water-logged, which attracted swarms of mosquitoes and left an unpleasant smell in the air. Having to stand for roughly two hours in those conditions made the whole experience pretty miserable.

11/07/2025: I was here for the Christian Löffler concert and I have to say that the garden location is really beautiful and welcoming for this type of event, I would love to be able to return in the future!
