04/01/2026: I'd been there years ago and had a great time, but this time the experience was decidedly disappointing. The parking lot was full, and the valet wouldn't let me wait for a car to exit. Unfortunately, the pizza was inedible: you could already tell how heavy it was from the first few slices, and it lingered in my stomach all night. I don't know if I'll be back.

16/02/2026: Up until 5 years ago, you were my #1 pizzeria. The best was there, so much so that we'd come 3 or 4 times a month... we were always there in the summer. One damned day, we found the pizza soaked in low-quality cheese... and as a result, WE DIDN'T COME AGAIN. Then, some friends had booked at ERCOLE, so we went back with the idea of ​​a rematch... the rest was good, but the pizza, forget it, was out of place. We tried to explain to friends near the beach that we weren't thrilled about eating at this pizzeria... the next day, there were a lot of negative reviews on the beach. We were invited by friends while we were passing by the place on our way to the seafront... no, no thanks, then we sat down to eat Fugasin with Nutella, to be noted, the quality was excellent. Don't knead any more flour for the pizza, you'll lose customers.

09/01/2026: Excellent pizza, well-cooked, with simple but very tasty ingredients. The atmosphere is casual (no table service), but the staff is friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend it.

20/12/2025: I stayed in Savona from December 9th to 14th for work. The bar is very nice from the outside, located in one of Savona's most beautiful squares. Unfortunately, I'm giving it 2 stars for the service and the cappuccino I had for breakfast one morning: UNDRINKABLE. I asked for a cappuccino at the counter from a young man with short hair, who was probably his first job given his agitation, and he made me a scalding cappuccino, without foam. I left it and paid for it without returning in the following days. A bar this well-kept should probably pay more attention to what they serve to their customers.

23/02/2026: We went on the recommendation of friends. You need to book, especially on weekends, even in winter, because it's always busy. They have two sittings, but the wait is definitely worth it. The menu is rich in meat and fish. The dishes are generous and excellent, and the presentation is also very thoughtful. Everything was delicious! We ordered several different dishes and I was amazed at how good and plentiful they were. Many pasta dishes with fresh homemade pasta, very fresh fish, even just the bread served at the table is special, mixed with unique focaccias. They also have pizza by the slice, served by the meter in a very original way, with trays raised in front of the diners. Don't expect to have a quiet or romantic dinner or lunch on weekends, because it's crowded, but it's an excellent place for friends and family. The desserts are also unique, the homemade tiramisu served in a real coffee maker. I will be returning very soon and very often, also because, in addition to the affordable prices for the quality of the food, you practically eat with a spectacular sea view.

28/12/2025: I went there for dinner during a relaxing weekend at the beach. The place is cute and uniquely decorated. They have a good selection of meat cuts and burgers. I opted for a Florentine steak, and I have to say it was very good. The prices are obviously in line with the quality of the ingredients. If you're looking for a good grill restaurant in the area, you've come to the right place!

I often wonder why so many of the more fake and low-quality places on the Vado coast have packed tables, while La Botte seems to thrive on local aficionados, when it deserves more recognition. But then again... We're in a country going astray.

In person, he confirmed everything, demonstrating his ability to make customers feel truly welcome. 03/10/2025: When we finally arrived at the hotel after a long drive, we were warmly welcomed by Bruno and Mara. During check-in, we were offered espresso and then went straight to our rooms, all of which were very cozily furnished. The beach is also just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Bruno was always available to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be back :)

I ordered the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, which were simply delicious, and I finished the meal with a slice of delicious chocolate cake, a perfect finale. For those who seek haute cuisine and criticize every detail, I say that dining in Osiglia is an experience in itself: it's about enjoying the moment, the setting, and the authentic flavors, not about seeking out a Michelin-starred chef. Special praise goes to the staff: everyone is kind, friendly, and always smiling. You can clearly sense that they do their job with passion, and this makes the service and the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is another strong point: the restaurant is beautiful, perfectly complementing the mountain setting of Osiglia and offering a rustic and welcoming atmosphere. One detail I really appreciated was the many historical objects on display throughout the restaurant, such as old radios and hanging ladles. These elements add character and tell a story. I'd love to know more, perhaps next time, about when and why they were used (though the reason for the ladles is clear! 😉). A highly recommended experience for anyone seeking a pleasant, authentic meal, served with great care and passion in a charming setting.

24/08/2025: A real discovery!!! I always pass through Osiglia on my way to or from Liguria, but my dear friend Steü's happy idea to stop for lunch at Tavernetta was truly a pleasant surprise. Hospitality, quality, and a wonderful homey atmosphere... simple, fresh, and well-cooked ingredients. The trout, both grilled and meunière-style, are simply delicious; I had a tender and flavorful tagliata, and the pizzas are numerous and high-quality. Finally, a very special joy: they served me a perfect bonet. A real bonet, not a chocolate pudding like many do, believing they're serving the classic Piedmontese dessert. This was absolutely perfect!!! And I say this with good reason, as I'm an ambitious and meticulous devotee. Well done!!! Truly a place to return to often.

31/01/2026: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was very good, made with quality ingredients and served on a board. It was soft and thick, but much better than the typical pan-fried pizza. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. We'll definitely be back.
