21/09/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept, aesthetically warm and inviting, with dining options both inside and out. I had a delicious seafood risotto, which was a bit reminiscent of a seafood paella in terms of preparation and appearance. And a refreshing mixed salad: plentiful and fresh. The staff was kind and helpful. An absolutely positive experience!

15/09/2025: My partner and I had dinner last night at this restaurant, which we discovered by chance. The friendly, courteous staff made us feel at home. Quality food at a fair price. We'll be back...Recommended.

08/09/2025: The place is average, but their courtesy, speed, and quality are worth it. When I go to Savona with my family, I like to go out and about, but when we want safety and value, we end up going there at least once or twice on vacation.

31/07/2025: We stumbled upon it almost by chance. The selection of beers is excellent, with a few different beers to choose from. The cocktails are excellent, but above all, the food is excellent, carefully prepared and truly tasty. If we add to this the warm welcome, the "almost by chance" becomes "often." My wife and I will return every time we come to Savona. It's definitely worth it; it's a short trip from Cogoleto.

21/09/2025: I've always been drawn to this place. But the one time we went, we were so disappointed and perplexed that we decided that appearances can often be deceiving.

20/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitif during a mountain bike ride; we didn't eat there. The view was superb, the restaurant's interior very pleasant, and the waiter very friendly. The service was a little slow. The prices seemed particularly reasonable.

07/10/2025: We visited Ristoro di Paolone and immediately felt at home. It's a family-friendly, welcoming, and warm atmosphere, one of those rare places where you can truly feel the heart and soul of the people who work there. We ate wonderfully: homemade dishes and exceptional pizzas, light, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. You can tell there's passion and love for what they do. A place that makes you feel good, where you don't just go to eat, but to feel welcomed. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon!

20/06/2025: Large, welcoming place...run by a truly exceptional couple, friendly, always kind and helpful, as is the staff...even when the place is full...fantastic pizzas, exceptional farinata and the restaurant dishes are excellent...everything is always clean and tidy...I go often and have always had a great time...ideal also for very large groups...also open for lunch

11/10/2025: SPECTACULAR seafood spaghetti, mixed fried fish, delicious squid. Delicate, non-greasy fried food. Lots of other dishes, with mushrooms, wild boar, etc... all truly delicious. If it weren't so far from where I live, I'd come here every week.

05/10/2025: Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. It has many strong points, starting with the beautiful dining room. The unique, carefully crafted dishes are excellent and plentiful. The owner and staff are extremely kind, the service is prompt, and the parking is convenient. The outdoor summer garden is also beautiful.

27/07/2025: I went to Trattoria Carlo e Fornaci – perfect service, friendly and professional. I ordered the tagliata, which tasted good but unfortunately was tough and sinewy. They kindly changed the knife twice. It happens. I'll gladly return, though; I know this area well. For dessert, I had one of the best tiramisu I've ever tasted. The house red wine, Dolcetto, was also excellent, and to finish, I had a coffee with Sambuca. I mentioned the tough meat, but I'll gladly give it another try – next time, I'll try the donkey stew or the pork shank.
