In the dining room Irene, with her competence and kindness, can advise you on how to choose the wines from their very assorted cellar. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

26/03/2024: Such a nice place to come. Think about booking before because when we went it was full, fortunately one last spot was for us. Everything is delicious and as a dessert you should try the chocolate cake with strawberries.

26/02/2024: Locale bellissimo che si distingue da tutti gli altri un po’ troppo turistici che si possono trovare in FinalBorgo. Ottima cucina rivisitata ligure, ma con un occhio innovativo e vegetale. Delicatezza estrema nel piatto ma soprattutto nel gusto. Ambiente molto romantico, caldo. La proprietaria super gentile e carina, servizio giusto bei tempi e non troppo invadente. Consiglio il menù degustazione (a sorpresa dello chef) perché si assaggia un po’ di tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

18/02/2024: An absolute favorite restaurant, every weekend getaway to the seaside is accompanied by a dinner in Petricore. Good and innovative, excellent quality of food and km0, very nice staff. Dishes rich in vegetables combined in an original way. I recommend the tasting menu to be able to taste many dishes

30/03/2024: Still my favorite restaurant in Finale. Starting with the cozy rustic atmosphere and moving on to the unique focaccias made with stracchino, olive paste, parma, gorgonzola or other delicious toppings, everything feels just right. The mains range from grilled steaks and chicken dishes to squid stew and homemade pastas. Many herbs and local vegetables are used. Everything is savory and perfectly seasoned.

02/04/2024: We have had dinner here before and food was fine. We came back for a coffee and we brought some cards to have a small game with 2 other people. Immediately the staff came to tell us that playing card games was completely forbidden. At the same time the other 4 people at the otherwise empty restaurant were watching a football game on a big screen tv with volume very high. 🤔 I changed my review to 2 star from 3 stars due to the owners response. It's illegal to gamble and certains card games. But we had a UNO deck wich is a kids game. We would have stayed and consumed more if we wouldn't have felt so unwelcome to your business. But thanks for taking the time to reply to my review.

16/01/2024: Everything was fantastic: perfectly prepared and delicious dishes, excellent service, welcoming environment. The guys (kitchen and dining room) are very kind and nice. I highly recommend. I'll be back.

29/02/2024: Went specifically to try it, and we did well! Genuine dishes, with generous portions but above all of excellent quality. You can see that the tagliolini have a good number of yolks and are cooked to perfection. Not to mention the game: the well-matured and balanced wild boar, the spectacular roe deer ragout. The courteous staff is never over the top. It will definitely become a regular stop.

18/03/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant recommended by local friends. I thank them because I ate really well. The menu mainly offers Ligurian dishes based on fish and seafood. I found them very fresh and cooked very well. There are also some traditional land and meat dishes. Two or three proposals have Brazilian influences. Table service was quick and very courteous. The environment is a bit small and noisy (but given the season the outdoor terrace was closed). Several car parks are available a short distance away. Prices more than correct taking into account the quality of the raw materials used.

16/03/2024: Simple, clean place with a quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive and quick in service. Fish menu with classic dishes and very fresh raw materials. Fried dry and not heavy. Prices in line with the quality offered and in any case not expensive. My final opinion is that it is absolutely worth going and seeing it! It is not mandatory but advisable to book.
