06/01/2026: Le Cascate Da Dumme ... restaurant via Piemonte 35 .. Cisano sul Neva province of Savona. It is now already open and closes at 2:00 pm .. to reopen at 7:30 pm .. here you eat truly abundant and excellent quality dishes, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the place is suitable for groups and families .. there is no waiting and as soon as you show up they make you sit at the table ... here I tell you right away the prices are very fair and affordable for everyone .. and it starts with good bruschetta ... excellent meat .. excellent grills ... first and second courses ... and good wines at the table .. mixed fried ... and farinata . I recommend it .. if you pass by these parts stop for a pleasant break.

It was an experience worth sharing...the Cappon Magro is a work of art, the layering of fish and vegetables is impeccable. Beyond the excellence of the dishes, what made the evening truly special and unforgettable was the hospitality; we were made to feel like guests of honor from the first glass to the dessert finale. 23/02/2026: We found this restaurant by chance, but we were immediately pleasantly surprised: The owner is a very kind woman with great attention to detail. The food was sublimely cooked, with a mix of meat and fish to suit everyone's tastes. They welcomed us with a small appetizer offered by the kitchen, and we finished with coffee and biscuits, which were also offered. It took another €3 off our total bill, making us want to return the next day for lunch to enjoy a light, non-greasy fried dish. Definitely worth a try. Book in advance if possible, as they don't have many seats.

08/03/2026: They wear gloves to learn how to make ice cream, then they go to the cashier and collect the money... the staff is deaf and distracted, then we see them clean the tables with a sponge, then they go to learn how to make ice cream and collect the money. Think about it, people. Absolutely avoid it.

08/02/2026: Excellent, artisan ice cream. High quality ingredients. Refined creations, but also the classics are excellent. Whipped cream is also high quality and not too sweet. Attentive service. The small portion for €3 is an exceptional major flaw.

15/02/2026: Beautiful venue, lovely Valentine's evening, and a delicious dinner. The dishes were carefully prepared and of truly high quality. Well done! However, there are two small observations that limit the rating a bit: in one of the two starters, while still good, the garlic was a bit too strong, probably because it had been overcooked... and the outdoor patio wasn't the perfect temperature. Overall, however, we had a great time and plan to return! Recommended

12/03/2026: We had the evening with the farinata tour, to say the least, delicious and the minimum, very good farinata and light, the flavors and seasonings inside just right and perfect, quite balanced, because you feel both the flavor of the farinata, very important, and then the flavors of the ingredients that can be used and are perfect.

28/10/2025: Excellent food and atmosphere! This is a family-owned restaurant. The owners and waiters are extremely friendly and welcome dogs. The price is absolutely reasonable! They speak Italian and also a bit of Spanish, French and German and English.

The food is outstanding – high-quality ingredients and classic dishes with fascinating, creative twists. On top of that, the service is superb: friendly, professional, and excellent at recommending the perfect wine. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

16/01/2026: Wonderful food that takes you on a journey not only through Liguria's history but also through its flavors. Thanks to the friendliness and expertise of the staff and the cuisine, we had an incredible experience. The only downside is the temperature in the dining room, both due to the excessive heat and the decision to keep the windows open, thus making the air conditioning unnecessary, but we gladly overlooked this!

05/03/2026: Food was really poor quality and very overpriced. I couldnt finish my pasta course because it was so incredibly salty, and my partner finished his because he was so hungry but struggled. The ingredients did not taste fresh or well prepared. Our mains were also really poor, I had the fish of the day and was told it was going to be either red snapper or sea bream but was given croaker with no explanation. It was not well cooked and I could not eat it. The owner came out at this point and told us that he had never had any complaints in his 22 years, which is hard to believe given the standard of our meals. With some pressure, they did agree not to charge us for my two meals, but we still ended up paying over €50 for hardly any edible food. To add insult to injury, I was clearly paying, but the waiter handed the card reader to my partner, and gave him the receipt after I had paid, without even acknowledging me. Would really not recommend. The playlist also contained only about 7 songs, which were covers of popular songs, on repeat. It was tedious.

18/02/2026: Restaurant in the center of Finale Ligure. Fish ravioli made by the chef are truly delicious. The croaker with mashed potatoes and dried olives is as delicious as the one at Borghese. Desserts: the chocolate mousse with hazelnut crumble is delicious. The wine cellar offers a wide selection; we drank a good, well-kept Delamotte vintage.

22/02/2026: I absolutely can't give even one star, but if I don't, it won't let me publish the review. Mixed Tuscan cold cuts covered in who knows what concoction, and we were told it was the salami coating... First, pici cacio e pepe? Watered down, precooked, overcooked, and the owner's excuse that if you want them with cream, you have to eat them in Rome, taken off the bill. Polenta and wild boar??? The stew is fine, it doesn't taste like wild boar, but the polenta??? It didn't even taste like polenta!!!! Disappointing, and I'd say not enough.

05/03/2026: We're giving one star because it's impossible to give a lower rating. When we arrived at the pizzeria, we found that the business was closed and the website wasn't up to date. We find this unacceptable, especially in the current technological age.

26/02/2026: A very friendly and welcoming team. Excellent wood-fired pizzas, delicious desserts! In short, a truly excellent evening, both literally and figuratively!
