06/02/2025: Pranzato in questo bel locale sulle alture di Molassana non proprio di strada ma ben raggiungibile.Buona accoglienza gentilezza disponibilità ed educazione da parte del titolare che prontamente ci fa accomodare ci consegna il menù spiegandoci un po' i piatti in questione,che sono particolari e ricercati spaziando da tipicamente liguri a pesce a carne.Optiamo per brandacujiun,piccagge al pesto e un bel tris di dolci, tutto di ottima qualità e di buon livello,apprezziamo la filosofia del locale del fatto in casa con buone materie prime e della buona presentazione dei piatti,prezzi non popolarissimi ma adeguati allo standard del locale che sicuramente merita un ritorno,lo consiglio....

15/06/2025: Absolutely avoid. ordered pizzas at 8pm, to be able to eat them on the beach. Delivery time, according to them 9.15pm, at 9pm we showed up and had to wait until 10.10pm to have the burnt pizzas since they couldn't keep up with the orders taken. Avoid like the plague.

15/06/2025: We bought some take-out pizzas for which they told us we would have to wait until 8pm (already 40 minutes after purchasing, which is quite a long time). However, the pizzas were delivered to us at around 9pm, and when we asked for information about the remaining wait, which was always polite on our part, the answers were very rude and unprofessional. People who arrived well after us received their orders first (and we had ordered a very limited number of pizzas). All of this could have been forgiven with a simple apology, I won't say a courtesy, but they treated us as if it were our fault, even when the pizzas were delivered the girl at the counter exclaimed "come on, come on, go".

02/05/2025: Very characteristic place with old barrels still walled up (no longer in use) with many period objects. You have to wait a bit, but there were a lot of people and the two waitresses, very nice, ran from one side to the other, very good and helpful. The food, both pizza and dishes are worth the wait, I was delighted with the generous portions, don't miss a visit to this corner of times gone by. Returned 5 months later: Very nice waitress, generous portions and great taste. Huge pizzas, very well made and delicious, we will return again with friends to make a good impression.

26/05/2025: Credo che sia la quinta volta che "raggiungiamo" L'Ulivo... e questo la dice lunga! Il posto, scusate la "location", appaga la vista sia in esterni che all'interno. Classico locale informale ma ben tenuto, esterno da cartolina. Il cibo è ottimo, il servizio presente ma nono ossessivo, il principale un simpaticissimo Oste con la passione per la caccia. Si mangia bene, cose genuine fatte in casa e bene, cosa non scontata. Probabilmente nell'entroterra ligure si possono incontrare molte trattorie, alcune ottime altre un po' meno: qui si ha la certezza che, alzandosi da tavola, si è soddisfatti! Rapporto qualità / prezzo direi molto buono. Mangiando in quattro, due antipasti, tre primi, quattro secondi, due dolci e un formaggio con marmellata, litro di vino della casa e passaggio di alcolici fatti in casa, abbiamo speso 35 eurini a testa. poco più che in pizzeria, poco meno che all'Autogrill! buon appetito a tutti.

25/05/2025: Sono stata a cena con mio marito in questo bellissimo agriturismo a Barassi. La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è la meravigliosa vista sul mare....abbiamo individuato un tavolino fuori e già ci immaginiamo a cena quest'estate! Dentro il ristorante è squisito, tutto in legno con un camino che fa davvero atmosfera. Il cibo molto buono, in particolare la marmellata di pesche servita in abbinamento al gorgonzola: divina! Un grazie particolare a Giorgia che ci ha servito durante la cena: ha saputo unire professionalità e simpatia! Torneremo sicuramente!

16/05/2025: First courses with raw pasta, second courses to say the least 'minimal'. Dessert and drinks are not bad. Extremely high price for a restaurant that is 'nothing special'. I would never go back. No comment on the owners.... probably there were too many people for their standards. Terrible attitude. Too many lapses in style. 15/05/2025: Overall a welcoming and nice environment (I mean the location), the owners a bit hasty and not very attentive, but then again it is in the DNA of some Genoese DOCG; the wait while seated both to order and to eat was exhausting, from when I sat down to ordering 20 minutes passed and then I waited another 30 minutes for the first course, I don't know how many staff they have in the kitchen but having many waiters and an empty kitchen is of little use, even if there were 2 in the dining room serving plus the sporadic help of the owner; the second course was lost between one table and another, poor portions (priest's hat or holster), as for the dishes nothing to say about the quality of the fried food I have to say it was good, dry fried food "but poor" .... the icing on the cake was when I asked for the salt ..... the owner started asking in the middle of the room facing the guests who had the salt on the table, well .... taking stock, the food nothing to complain about, if you like waiting a long time, not being considered almost and paying NOT LITTLE this is the place for you, obviously this is my opinion but ..... based on the facts that happened to me that day, a Monday (closing day in the normal period of the year) with EUROFLORA 2025 in progress and at 2:00 pm still people waiting for a table; I understand the desire to have more seats/cash but not at the expense of seated customers
