31/10/2025: I was passing by for a business lunch. I looked at the menu and chose gnocchi with pesto. I asked the waiter if the pesto was made locally, and he said absolutely yes... "I'll start by saying, being Genoese, I know the product and its ingredients very well." For the main course, a stewed stockfish with potatoes. I noticed a cheap, industrial pesto with a lot of non-EVOO, so I asked the waiter again if he was sure it was their own, and he confirmed his previous answer (by the way, I found a plastic filament in the sauce and mentioned it). The stewed stockfish arrived... (a simple dish to prepare) no comment!!!! The dish was equally poorly prepared. A place where attention to cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Expensive given the poor quality of the ingredients. I wouldn't recommend it even to those who are passing by. Better to have a toasted sandwich or a sandwich!!!

13/09/2025: Rustica Trattoria never disappoints, truly excellent cuisine, fixed price at €12. Freshly caught sea bream, Ligurian style.

08/09/2025: Affordable and really good food - I had a huge salad for 8 euros! Friendly service, we drank the recommended local white wine which was very good.

09/11/2025: We reached the resort on foot, a walk of about 40 minutes facilitated by steps and ramps. It's worth trying at least once. Sleeping surrounded by nature and silence, a rare privilege these days. Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: The place is heavenly, the view and location are priceless. I'll start with this because I absolutely fell in love with it. Unfortunately, the hotel experience wasn't. The overall neglect of the place, with frayed curtains and crooked rods, slightly warped fake parquet floors, a plastic shower curtain, and questionable cleanliness. Given the difficulty in reaching the property (about 3 km of wonderful but not "easy" trail) with hundreds of steps and dirt roads, you're forced to dine in their restaurant, a room with a breathtaking view. There's a catch... the photos of the dishes published on the website don't reflect reality at all. We spent €100 for two people for a second course consisting of half a thin slice of swordfish, cooked to a slightly boiled effect, tossed on a base of bagged salad (a mix of radicchio and greens, very little), €27, along with two grilled eggplant and zucchini wafers. A cover charge of €7.50 each for pre-cooked sandwiches, half a liter of house wine (€15), a dessert such as Bindi, and a bitter liqueur. The red tablecloth was made of synthetic, non-iron material and wrinkled. In a place like this, I can pay even more for dinner, but everything has to be up to par. The same goes for breakfast, everything was defrosted and the cake was always packaged—€12 each. For a medium-sized dog, we paid €25 more (it was €35, which was a special price for us) than the price of the room booked through Booking.com, without having any utensils (a mat/bowl). As we very politely, merely as a suggestion, told the owner, simply charging high prices isn't enough to elevate the quality of the establishment; the factors that lead to that goal are multiple and interconnected. The exchange of opinions wasn't entirely pleasant, and the somewhat arrogant attitude and responses are what made me decide to write this negative review, something I never do. Advice: if you ever decide to go, don't bring a trolley, but a backpack.

08/09/2025: The bread, focaccia, and pastries are good, but the "CSI-style" barrier of chairs and tape to keep people away from the counter is TERRIBLE! Not even in the time of COVID. And if they mock us for our "typical Ligurian hospitality," let's not complain...

31/08/2025: Illegal Focaccia is so good! Even reheated the next day. Delicious bread. Excellent pastries: I love the Hollandaise pastries.

09/02/2026: I've been frequenting this place for years now and I can only leave a positive review for the quality, the flavors, and the service... The entire team is made up of kind, helpful, and competent people... And finally, the quality/price ratio is fair...! Highly recommended!!!!!

03/03/2026: Two excellent dinners in 10 days. I returned years after my son's confirmation, and I must say the quality and quantity of the dishes are always exceptional. Francesca and Francesco are unique in name and in nature!

27/01/2026: As new visitors to the Pineta, we went to this pizzeria restaurant. We found a family welcome, the local pizza was good and impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and the dessert was a homemade panna cotta, the TOP!!! We will return.

18/03/2026: I wonder, what does it cost these girls to smile every now and then? My goodness, what a tense atmosphere they create, it's like a boarding school... Smiling, even just professionally, is the best calling card, it's what makes a person decide whether to come back or not... Good luck to the owner.

12/01/2026: Unfair. I ordered a sandwich (of questionable taste) that was clearly priced at €3.50, and was then charged €4. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she told me it was €4 and the price displayed was incorrect, and she didn't refund me the 50 cents. I find this quite unfair, not because of the 50 cents, but because of the principle: if the seller makes a mistake, the buyer shouldn't pay! Or am I wrong?

24/01/2026: I ordered two pizzas at 6:30, they were supposed to arrive at 8:30/9 (before they couldn't) they arrived at 9:30 cold and burnt and we had to throw away half of each one

21/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance. The food was average, considering the reasonable price of the €13 fixed lunch menu. Table service was quick and courteous, with very friendly and competent wait staff. It was unfortunate that the owner was unprofessional, rude, and even ignorant. She loudly scolded the waitresses in front of the customers, inappropriately and without any real reason. This behavior inevitably impacted the overall experience.

19/12/2025: Good food, excellent value. Very efficient and, above all, very kind staff, especially Eleonora and Juri who served me. The atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept.

20/12/2025: If you want cold farinata, loud music in a place that's too small, people packed in like chickens in a coop, and disorganized service, this is the place for you!

16/11/2025: AWFUL experience, they ruined my graduation party. I had booked an 8:00 pm aperitif with a table upstairs more than two weeks in advance, but when we got there, they first put us downstairs in front of the kitchen and then shoved us onto the veranda. Only once we were seated were they told us the aperitif ended at 8:00 pm, a fact never communicated beforehand, and then served us paltry dishes that looked like leftovers, even a random fried squid on my plate; water only arrived after three requests. I had brought a large cake, and they threw out the packaging without asking, suggesting we put it in a pizza box and cut it into pieces. When it came time to pay the bill, the music was blaring, the waiters made signs of smiling at my guests, annoyed by the noise, and the receipt was only issued upon request, with the generic heading "miscellaneous": I paid 96 euros for 3 aperitifs, 6 plates of 3 cold cuts, 2 fried squid, 5 spritzes, 1 non-alcoholic drink, and 3 waters, without any details.

06/03/2026: Nice, airy venue, although it's located downstairs. There are emergency rooms in addition to the service rooms. That evening, two famous DJs, Farfa and Zappalà, performed.

18/01/2026: Nice atmosphere, but service is a bit poor. Mandatory cloakroom service, which is an extra charge (put it in your ticket price, since it's €3 anyway), watered-down drinks that cost more if you pay by credit card... Only go if you're interested in a particular genre of music, because unfortunately (and this is our fault) we chose to go during the trap music night, but we were surrounded by 18-year-olds (maybe younger?) and the music we'd never heard. If you're in your 30s, go to the techno room, which is better.

21/09/2025: Nice atmosphere but the stairs are impossible, the service is slow, and the food... A bug came out of the burger and the sandwiches look like they were made yesterday.

04/01/2026: We went in for a coffee, and a guy at the counter refused to make us a coffee. He told us that since someone was missing, he wouldn't be working at the counter. It's the first time in my life something like this has happened.
