10/04/2025: The quality of the food was very poor compared to the prices, especially for the first courses; the waiter was very kind but I would avoid collecting the unfinished bread from other tables and putting it in the new baskets in sight of the customer, at least do it in the kitchen

17/03/2025: I ate a very poor quality cacio e pepe pasta, I don't think I even saw the cheese in the photograph. Burger with egg, poor quality meat. Really excessive price for place and quality. I wouldn't go back.

29/12/2024: It can be said that it is a historic place in Rapallo, if not almost in Zoagli, being located in the extreme east of the town in the San Rocco area in front of the very delicate, almost a wedding favor, chapel of the saint of the same name from the seventeenth century. in fact in a strategic location: the Aurelia arrives here which from Chiavari to Rapallo runs along one of the most panoramic and light-filled coasts in the world, the streets that ascend to via San converge at this point Rocco, in the green locality of Pianello and the most popular one towards Sant'Ambrogio with its two enormous oak trees and centuries-old plants in the churchyard. In short, the Aurelia bar offers refreshment to everyone, to those who get on board, to those who get off, to those who go to Chiavari or come from it, to those who stay in Zoagli and don't want to get into the chaos of Rapallo traffic. And to the inhabitants of the surrounding area who do the same , sometimes even the expense. Yes, because there is everything and more like in the bars of real villages... Even games for children and a large newspaper stand. In short, here you can relax at the outside tables. You can even have lunch on the veranda... Just don't go into the bath . Yes, that remained similar to that of the 50s/60s countries but as it is, barely acceptable, (oh my!) it is part of the whole package. On the other hand, however, you can top up your child's postpay at any time of the day or play the lottery or experiment with some "scratch cards" and here a bit of luck seems to be in place because many winnings are exposed! Whether it's the proximity of the magical little chapel of San Rocco right in front It's a multifunctional bar but it has a village feel and that's why it's popular.

10/02/2025: We had dinner here with friends 4 adults and an 8 year old child. October 2024 on a Saturday evening. Very busy place. Easy to find parking anyway. The service a bit so very confusing, probably due to too many people. In my opinion I expected something more in the portions. Good, pleasant quality food.

13/03/2025: Credevo la tipica "ospitalità ligure" fosse ormai solo un mito e un argomento per monologhi di comici genovesi, ma qua è ancora autentica... La signora che mi ha servito farinata (ottima ) e focaccia (pessima, spessa e pesante, immangiabile già dopo 5 minuti), lo ha fatto con un tale garbo che pensavo invece di incartarle mi avrebbe direttamente tirato le fette che ho osato chiedere di dividere a metà. Un cliente vicino a me si è persino messo a ridere, tanto i modi di chi serviva facevano pensare allo sketch di qualche comico locale...

Unfortunately accompanied by cold or reheated food, and with the salami of acidic focaccias.. I remembered fresh and very good side dishes... Too bad...

We went for the work lunch menu Service: They make us sit down and there was an ok newspaper on the table The waitress arrives with the paper placemats and cutlery and puts the placemat and cutlery on top of the newspaper, but madness. We ask if he can take the newspaper away, he takes it in a hurry and drops everything. First course: tomato pasta, Tasteless, overcooked pasta. Second course: fish and chips The fries requested were fried, I received a mix of baked and fried potatoes (if you haven't had any more, let me know!) but at least they were good The fish: I have never seen a fish so small and dry but really dry The coup de grace: wherever I went for a work menu, water and coffee were included, not here, only the cover charge For the same price there are many other places that have a business menu with even larger and tastier portions, cooked better. I do not recommend it to anyone
