24/05/2025: Should have read reviews before choosing this place on a whim.Definitely not a warm and friendly welcome. Hubby wanted a coffee but the owner gave his loud animated opinion that Italians don’t drink coffee with pizza so hubby had a coke.We ordered 2 pizzas, 4 drinks,they were good at a nice table outside. Didn’t notice there was a cover charge 4 euros/person on the menu until I got the bill inside and inquired about it to the owner- Was embarrassed as he said in front of the restaurant patrons/ staff very loudly“Well in North America you tip for service so it’s the same, you have to pay it”was an aggressive tone. We just paid and laughed it off and that was our first meal in Italy. Grazie

02/06/2025: There is a swimming pool, a five-a-side football pitch, a rather expensive restaurant, a large array of sun loungers and umbrellas. The new management has filled the establishment with prohibitions, ruining its atmosphere.

23/03/2025: Very good pizza in the historic center of Genoa. Thin and well-seasoned. Memorable service: you take the order and leave it on the counter, they serve you the pizza in the box and off you go. Everything very nice, I will return. Compliments to Pino and the lady who work there.

07/09/2024: If you are looking for a clean and quiet campsite immersed in the cool and nature of a romantic forest, where you can recharge your batteries, you have found it! Le Fontanelle offers all this together with the possibility of taking beautiful walks in the surrounding area in the shade of centuries-old chestnut trees and very tall fir trees, large rocks covered in very green moss then, give those places the appearance of Nordic forests where only the elves are missing but there are deer! Giovanni then, the owner, may seem perhaps a little gruff, but do not be fooled, he is simply someone who cares a lot about preserving the natural beauty and peace that reigns supreme in that corner of paradise, and who can blame him? We with our camper and our dog had a great time, we arrived for a weekend and stayed almost two weeks! Elisa and Rudy

12/11/2024: Elegant atmosphere, a little retro (we ate in the internal room, but it has a nice outdoor area on the seafront), but certainly pleasant. Selected tasting menu for €85, excluding drinks. All very fresh fish, caught in the sea between SRemo and Arma di Taggia (the owner buys directly, he explained to us, from local fishermen). Everything was excellent, the wild sea bream (NOT farmed) cooked in salt is noteworthy for the fragrance and taste of the meat. Attentive and classy service. Absolutely recommended.

10/06/2025: Both the pasta and the Ligurian-style fish, as well as the dessert, meet expectations. The service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant offers views of the unremarkable harbor. However, the value for money is comparatively poor.

07/06/2025: As we didn’t have a reservation, the lady was very nice to assist and give us a table as we won’t take too long anyway to have the food. The food was amazing and it’s all great. The portions aren’t that big but it was fine. They charged for our 7month old a cover charge though. Anyways! I guess that’s how it goes in some places. At least we had a table in this town where everywhere seems to be fully booked! 😅

03/06/2025: We ordered for four, and what they served was a gigantic bun with three tiny, dry, and poorly portioned pieces of chicken. Each piece didn't even weigh 25 grams. A complete scam. This isn't a one-time glitch; it's clearly a strategy to control costs by deceiving customers, especially those who order through apps like DELIVERO, where the quality drops even further because they know they won't notice you. The burger comes with a HUGE bun and they hide the fact that there's nothing inside. Not only is it expensive for what they offer, it's outrageous. There are fast food places a thousand times better and more honest. Don't waste your time or money here, and it's recommended by someone who travels the world. DEFINITELY, THE PHOTOS THEY PROMOTE AND WHAT YOU GET DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE SAME FAST FOOD PLACE.

03/06/2025: We ordered 3 times and they were all terrible! They're called Chicken Rooster, and the last thing they send you is chicken 🤷‍♂️ The value for money is a rip-off. The bread was dry, the fries were burnt, and I could go on! I recommend ordering anywhere but here!

24/02/2025: Non lontana da piazza de Ferrari (un pò più in basso verso il mare x intenderci) merita una visita: da segnalare la loro crema ed il pistacchiotto. A chi interessa anche un buon caffè con molta panna!

05/02/2025: Affascinante localino super gestito da simpatica coppia di giovani con professionalità ed efficienza non comuni. Caffè con panna "paradisiaco" di qualità non comuni. Consigliatissimo!!!

12/05/2025: I came there as a child with my parents and I still go there often with my wife, my children and friends. The staff is friendly, the place is large and welcoming and the food is very good. The cheese focaccia, the pizza but also the sea and mountain cuisine are excellent.

26/01/2025: I tried to leave a review on Tripadvisor, but I don't know if I succeeded, so I'll try here too... Delicious pizzas (even if there are too many on the menu and you feel confused before choosing), delicious cuisine, we tried both. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit but the service was very attentive. The girl with the tattoo on her forehead came to make sure everything was fine, which wasn't a given in Genoa, in fact she had a Tuscan or Roman accent, very pretty and friendly. Extra points for the desserts and beer, we will be back to try all the desserts, pistachio cheesecake? I would eat a whole one. I recommend the truly excellent pinsas. We would like to live closer to come more often. If you have the chance go there.

04/05/2025: I would say the ingredients are quite good but in my opinion the pasta could be improved, I found it a little rubbery but seeing as we were more than 20 people (sometimes with large numbers of people at the table the food is worse) I reserve the right to re-evaluate it better next time.

31/03/2025: Very good and plentiful cheese focaccia. Farinata with sausage equally good and plentiful, slightly greasy. A good corner of Pegli where, beyond the pizzas, you can taste a bit of Genoa! 😁

02/04/2025: Pinsa delicata, impasto leggero. Semplicemente squisita! Finalmente una pinsa " ricca": non una, non due..ma tante tantissime fette di bresaola ( ottima), rucola a volontà e grana a non finire! Over the top! Locale piccolino ma pulito e molto carino! La signora è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e alla mano. Sicuramente ritornerò! Voto 10 e lode
