21/02/2026: A wonderful lunch, friendly staff, and a priceless view, but not good. We chose this restaurant called "seafood," but the fish was scarce, subpar due to the presence of some frozen ingredients on the menu and clearly industrially prepared. I'm referring in particular to the stuffed anchovies, frozen, all the same and with an indigestible breading. In addition to the anchovies, we ordered two first courses called "Mediterranean-style." They were tagliatelle described as having mussels, scampi, and calamari. They were very helpful in substituting the tagliatelle for trofie, but the result was similar to plain pasta with very little fish unrelated to the sauce. From the open kitchen, while we were paying the bill, which was not commensurate with the product consumed, we unfortunately saw the chef throwing tomato sauce from a bottle into a pan with some pasta or similar: essentially no sauce prepared with genuine ingredients and perhaps a lack of skill on the part of the chef. I recommend adding a small sample of local focaccia to the cover bread, if not replacing it entirely: this would add quality and authenticity to a restaurant that could offer so much more.

06/12/2025: Tried it for lunch. The prices were reasonable, and the dishes were simple but tasty and well-prepared. Perfect for a business lunch break at a reasonable price while still being satisfied with the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back.

16/12/2025: Well, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A welcoming place for a simple coffee, lunch, or an aperitif. A pastry shop with delicious and beautiful desserts. They also offer tobacco services. A little bit of everything.

06/03/2026: We went to La Baracchetta last night and had a very positive experience. The place is simple, but the food and service are truly excellent. The stracchino-filled focaccias are fabulous, and the cheese focaccia is delicious despite the slightly smaller portions. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants of this type. Recommended!

15/02/2026: A place mostly for summer, but you can go there even in winter. Lately, the quality has deteriorated and prices are rising. Limited selection, the Recco cheese focaccia is raw and lingers in your stomach after an hour. Luckily, the portions were small. Friendly and helpful service, although a bit slow despite the low attendance. A while ago, the food was better and the prices were more affordable. It's pointless to charge €7 for a portion when you need to order another. But I think this is the norm in Recco. 2 cheese focaccias (raw!) 2 platters 1 portion of fillings (7-8 microscopic pieces) 2 desserts ½ wine Water 2 coffees €65. I understand why the place was practically deserted. 🥺

13/03/2026: For a ”pizzeria” the quality of pizza is extremely low as they serve frozen pizza dough that was burnt. You can get better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Also calculated the bill way higher than it should have been. Luckily we noticed and didnt get scammed.

13/03/2026: The pizzas were small and not very good; at the end they tried to charge us €95 instead of €83. We are international students and I find that very unfair…

17/03/2026: We started with the calamari which had a very light batter and was tasty and served with lemon although I would have liked an aioli for dipping. My partner had the carbonara which unfortunately had a split sauce that looked rather like scrambled eggs. I had the lobster fettuccine with a half lobster beneath the pasta. It was rather messy to eat and I’d rather have forgone the presentation and had lobster morsels. The tomato based sauce was a bit bland. We were literally the only diners in the restaurant and yet it took ages for our mains to arrive once our calamari was removed. The atmosphere is fine with a clean modern design but overall the meal was a disappointment.

06/03/2026: Everything was very tasty and filling. The interior is pleasant and beautiful, and everything is clean. The staff is also friendly - they allowed us to leave our suitcases for a couple of hours, which we are very grateful for, because we had nowhere else to leave them 😅 and of course we wanted to explore the city comfortably. I’m very surprised that the place doesn’t have the highest rating - for me it’s 10/10.

13/10/2025: For me, it's a benchmark. Both the focaccia and pizza are excellent, with a respectable selection of pastas and single-serving dishes, not to mention the cakes, and the staff are truly friendly.

20/01/2026: Lunch break for work, set menu for €13, excellent pesto, definitely a regular stop if I'm back in the area for work to try new delicacies. Recommended.

23/09/2025: I was passing through Busalla with friends, and after searching on Google, we found the osteria and decided to go. The smell outside was already very inviting. We went in and were immediately greeted by Michela, who smiled and seated us and brought us drinks. Within five minutes, she showed us the menu and we ordered. The first and second courses were excellent, with generous portions and all of them top-quality. She was a wonderful and very kind person. We weren't eating in a restaurant; it felt like we were staying with friends. It was a truly beautiful place, very welcoming, and with excellent food. If I were to ever be in the area again, I know where to go. Dear Michela, greetings from the Sardinian people. Keep up the good work, you're amazing.

09/01/2026: The place isn't very big, but weather permitting, there are tables outside. The food is really good; the meat I was served (quickly!) was delicious and tender; the coffee was also good. It's run by a young, friendly, and charming couple, and the decor is truly unique (you'll find busts of Marx and quotes from Montale, and I'm sorry if that's not much...).
