Possibility of doing the fixed price menu at 14 euros (first course, second course, side dish, water and cover charge). First courses at 7.50 euros each, second courses at 8 euros. 13/07/2025: Located on a narrow street parallel to the main street of Cogoleto, this restaurant may not particularly impress you from the outside with its neon signs or advertising, but as soon as you enter, you'll feel a little at home. I can't help but start with Signora Ada, the true story of this place. She welcomes us as if we were regulars, family friends, neighbors. And that's exactly how you feel after spending a few minutes together. The detailed explanation of the menu isn't the usual rigmarole of dishes, ingredients, or a list of raw materials... each dish is described to us along with its history, its anecdotes, the recipe, and the way Signora Ada (or simply Ada, as she prefers to be called) cooks it at home. This welcome, so different from any other place I've frequented in all these years, made me fall in love with this place before even tasting a single dish, and my mouth is already, surprisingly, watering. There are four of us, and we each choose a different starter. The mussel stew (mussels for non-Ligurians), the Cenonno, a series of small plates with hot and cold seafood and mountain appetizers, octopus, and potatoes, while I chose the dish I'd already seen on their website: shrimp tails wrapped in Arnad lard with burrata stracciatella. Simply out of this world, cooked to perfection, with the highest-quality ingredients, it's now firmly in my personal top 10 of the best dishes I've ever eaten! Ada, please share the "homemade" recipe for this dish—very simple, very quick, but with ingredients that must be top-quality! We continue this exceptional culinary experience with burrata ravioli with cherry tomatoes, basil, and Cetara anchovies—delicate, perfectly prepared, and cooked al dente, just the way I like them. We finish with the "Palette of Desserts," all sourced from Campania and Sicily, each one better than the last. I, however, chose the lemon delight all for myself, and I was right to do so, as it was truly too delicious to share. One thing I'm now convinced of: Nonno Cuoco is definitely my first choice in Cogoleto.

Servizio attento, sorridente e caloroso. Un’esperienza autentica, ci si sente in famiglia. Consigliatissimo!

The menu offers a wide choice, with pizzas for all tastes: from classic to more creative, without forgetting the vegetarian and intolerance options. The ingredients are top quality: you can immediately taste the freshness and care with which they are selected. The staff is kind, helpful and very attentive to customer requests, always responding with courtesy and efficiency. An impeccable service that makes the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for those looking for a good pizza, made with passion and accompanied by excellent service: among my favorites.

11/03/2025: Very comfortable lunch spot under the WTC tower Very kind staff, very honest prices and quality ingredients. Endless offer of sandwiches, toasts and focaccias for all tastes. The furnishings are a bit spartan and there aren't many seats. Excellent discovery.

13/07/2025: Santa Pizza was a delightful surprise: the pinsa is truly delicious, light and easy to digest, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful pairings. The place is charming, intimate, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed dinner. But the real plus is the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and friendly, they made us feel welcome. A wonderful experience, definitely worth repeating.

02/04/2025: Pinsa delicata, impasto leggero. Semplicemente squisita! Finalmente una pinsa " ricca": non una, non due..ma tante tantissime fette di bresaola ( ottima), rucola a volontà e grana a non finire! Over the top! Locale piccolino ma pulito e molto carino! La signora è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e alla mano. Sicuramente ritornerò! Voto 10 e lode

14/07/2025: Un week end in Val Trebbia, l'hotel Miramonti una piacevolissima scoperta, in mezzo al verde, sulla riva del fiume, in un paese minuscolo ma delizioso, da vedere il Palazzo Centurione, purtroppo in rovina. Se siete pescatori da non perdere la riserva "la riva di Hemingway". Il personale dell'hotel è gentilissimo e disponibile anche per illustrare il territorio, una menzione particolare per Paolo. Ottima la cucina, da provare il risotto al Castelmagno. Andateci, starete bene!

21/07/2025: The cappuccino was absolutely excellent — one of the best I’ve had. We paid €4.40 for two cappuccinos, which felt fair considering the quality. However, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly, which slightly affected the overall experience. Great coffee, but the service could be warmer.

26/06/2025: A must-see for our holidays here in Urbe. Very good ice cream and also the granita. Delicious! My son loves the cremino and we don't go anywhere else, according to him it's the best!
