26/09/2025: I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend for three days. I have to say that the staff were very kind and helpful. The bedroom was quite clean. The location was easy to reach and you have all the amenities nearby, and it's a 5-minute walk to the sea.

Returned on October 4th, same music, wonderful food, and the owner, Chantal, is a wonderful person, great guest management, maximum professionalism, excellent service in a family atmosphere. 06/09/2025: We stopped by chance and were more than satisfied, the staff were kind and attentive to customers, the food was excellent, the beer selection was good, the music was a little loud but not annoying, we were very satisfied.

17/08/2025: A small place, very cute and welcoming inside. If you're going with more than two people, it's best to book. To accommodate more guests, there's a street-facing terrace, with a veranda in the winter. They've added gluten-free options to the menu and offer gluten-free beer, which is great for us celiacs. The prices aren't cheap, but it's worth a try.

12/10/2025: We really enjoyed the amazing mushroom menu. As well as the ravioli, rabbit, and Russian salad. Welcoming place, highly recommended.

11/10/2025: A family-friendly atmosphere, a typical Genoese trattoria. It surprised me with a menu that's anything but ordinary and a wide variety of traditional and seasonal dishes. Add to that the friendliness. The tripe was exceptional, the stockfish very good. If I could, I would have continued trying a bit of everything, washed down with the sparkling house white wine. In short, I'll definitely return! And maybe even hungrier.

05/10/2025: I am, or rather, I was, a loyal customer of Trattoria La Regina. Today, after many years, I returned. Unfortunately, they've changed management. My choice today turned out to be completely wrong. For starters, it's located in a place surrounded by woods. I understand that, with a fixed menu, you have to make do with what they serve you. But there wasn't even a single mushroom dish, when at this time of year mushrooms can be found even in the middle of Via Venti. The food was good, but the quality/price ratio is absolutely out of line. The portions are small, the prices are high. 2 appetizers, 3 first courses, 2 desserts, 2 soft drinks, 1/4 cup of house wine, and a coffee, for the modest sum of €80. It seems normal to you, but not to me. Absolutely not recommended, and you'll see, I'll never go back. Goodbye, the good old days of generous portions and REALLY LOW prices!!!!!! NOT AS WRITTEN ON THE SITE.

20/09/2025: It's not easy to find kindness, good and plentiful food, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere in Genoa and the surrounding area, even though we've been coming back for years. But here, I can only compliment the kitchen staff for the borage ravioli with sauce, the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, and above all for the knife-cut tartare (which, unfortunately, I didn't ask about), the very tasty meat, the excellent blueberry tart, and the very courteous lady who looked after the dining room. Well done!!!
