The sourcing of raw materials (everything as it once was), the selection of wines, cured meats, and especially cheeses that truly make you cry with the explosion of unique and authentic aromas and flavors. The stars here are astonishing. Watch out for the amazing goat's cheese Blù, a unique recommendation. The waitress, Alice, is super knowledgeable. We're on another planet here. Nothing like the usual trattorias or renowned restaurants.

Attentive and friendly staff. Service is just right. The atmosphere is informal, pleasant, and relaxed. Excellent traditional meat-based cuisine, exceptional meats, and a tender slice of Fassona beef. Prices are in line with the quality of the offerings.

18/10/2025: Welcoming and well-kept restaurant with a glass veranda near the sea. We had lunch (early September) with two first courses and a second course. The first courses were delicious, but the fried fish was delicious, perfectly cooked, the fish was high-quality and fresh, and the value for money was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it. The quality of the fish is truly excellent.
01/10/2025: Clean location, dedicated staff, selection, freshness and refinement. Very friendly staff, seafood fried food is devastating. They have a superb cognac.
