05/06/2025: The place is very simple, with wooden tables and the menu written in chalk on the blackboards. Good service, slightly long wait after ordering. Excellent quality and care of the dishes, especially the fish ones (spaghetti with anchovies and black garlic, black tagliolini, anchovies with green sauce, mixed fried food). Good and fragrant desserts, decent wine by the glass. Prices are not cheap, but intense flavors that remain in the memory.

08/06/2025: Terrible experience, money wasted. We had grilled fish if we can call it that, because for them grilled was 3 prawns and two pieces of uncleaned calamari and mixed fried fish that was not. We ate because when we cleaned the prawns we noticed that they were all black, even the French fries were burnt. The poor waiters didn't even know what they were supposed to do. This place needs a good check by the ASL

08/06/2025: We are not there! There were 6 of us, we entered at 8pm and left at around 11pm. Three hours of constant waiting for farinata (unfortunately poor, tasteless and soft) and then pizzas. Poorly cooked pizza, poor leavening. Decent toppings. Strawberries finished. Pizza chefs arguing among themselves. The poor waitresses, despite doing their best, were completely at the mercy of the disorganization that reigns supreme in this place that has sadly remained in the 80s when people came to eat pizza at the end of the year. I won't comment on the toilet... The final bill was made at random, the result of chaos and orders that were a bit loose and a bit verbal, left who knows where and the manager who in the end passed the responsibility for the delays on the pizza chefs... Which says it all.

16/05/2025: Pizzeria Fuori Campo is a charming place surrounded by greenery, perfect for spending a quiet evening, especially in the company of the family. The outdoor space is large and well-kept, with a playground that allows children to have fun safely while their parents relax. A truly special detail is the presence of the "freedom rabbits", who live freely in the outdoor area: an adorable attraction for the little ones, who can observe them up close and, delicately, even pet them. The pizza is truly excellent, prepared with light dough and fresh ingredients. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes. The staff is kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and serene. A unique place, where good food and nature meet. Highly recommended!

With great regret I skipped the dessert that was not even offered to me and for the coffee and the bill we had to ask several times. Too bad, since the food seemed inviting

18/06/2025: Ended up here based on Michelin website. Beautiful location right at the top of a mountain village. Friendly welcome. We order an aperitif. 2 minutes later our starter was on the table, the chef did not want to wait. Starter was tasty, main course absolutely not. Price quality insufficient. Unfortunately

17/06/2025: We stayed at La Sosta Di Ottone III for 3 nights. The arrival instructions that come via email are definitely worth reading. Parking and the monorail ride were straightforward. The room with the view was fantastic. The food and breakfast are excellent. And if you're looking for peace and quiet with a fantastic view, this is the place for you. If you want to, you can only hear the church clock every hour, and that's about it in terms of noise. The advice we received about possible excursions and activities was very friendly and personalized. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend La Sosta. A typical "pretty hotel" decorated with great attention to detail. We certainly don't understand why this hotel only received 2 stars in the country's hotel category. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful 3 nights!

11/06/2025: The ambiance attracted us. The service was rather poor. Drink selection for children...water and Coke or Coke Zero. But they were out of Coke Zero upon request. So, water. A beer for the men, a wheat beer was served. Of course, without a glass. Upon request, we were given a white wine glass. We asked again...we only have these glasses. So a 0.5 l wheat beer from a 0.2 l white wine glass. Well...that's possible, but not tasty. The food was quick, but you shouldn't order steak. Why should you...it's Italy. Price-wise...4 adults and 5 children. One didn't want anything. €190. That's okay. But not when one of the meals was actually inedible and both steaks were mediocre. Very dry for a 1 cm thick beef steak. Not again. But thanks.

18/05/2025: The focaccia pesto tomato and stracchino that we had was delicious! You could taste the pesto that was really local and not the one bought. The dough is well cooked crispy with bubbles! And then it was a really big piece because around they give you a small piece for the same price!

03/05/2025: Abbiamo provato vari tipi di focaccia ( pesto e pomodori, stracchino e prosciutto, stracchino e formaggio): veramente da leccarsi i baffi! Alta, morbida e soffice. Anche la farinata super buona. Il personale -un signore- era gentile e molto bravo a gestire innumerevoli clienti da solo.

10/03/2025: purtroppo avrei voluto fare una bella recensione, ma x la seconda volta ad un’ora decente (19.15 l’8 marzo scorso una volta e 12 la precedente qualche settimana fa) abbiamo chiamato x prenotare ma… “eh mi dispiace ma stiamo chiudendo… (??) “ e “ no siamo pieni” allora mi affretto a dire… siamo solo due e ci basta un insalata…. e la risposta … da ligure … come solo io che sono ligure capisco… no mi spiace …e niente ….non RIUSCIAMO. mah ok .. ho capito !!siamo alle solite! accoglienza genovese… peccato. credo che non proveremo piu … ho abitato a pra quando prima del porto c’era il mare … quello bello!! ci ho imparato a nuotare … lì davanti…volevo tornarci… anche solo x un pasto veloce. ma credo che non chiameremo più! in bocca al lupo di passaggio!!! 😃🥹
