I have returned for a second time a week later to test some other dishes, and again all high quality. Experience would be even better if smoking would not be allowed on the terrace

10/08/2025: I went to this place a few weeks ago with friends. They welcomed us very warmly. The food wasn't bad, but in my opinion, I've found better. The place is welcoming, but we had a small problem with insects wandering around. There were lamps, but they didn't do much, and that didn't make the evening "unforgettable." Nonetheless, if I had the chance, I'd return to try other dishes, as the prices are good. Thanks

09/08/2025: I was a little hesitant to try the pizza from the new management because I was afraid I'd be disappointed, but it was a pleasant surprise. The owners are very kind and attentive to their customers, and the pizza and farinata are very good. Excellent value for money.

05/05/2025: Excelente restaurante cerca de la estación. El servicio era perfecto, comida de primera categoría. Muy ocupado (lunes por la noche) con una mezcla de lugareños y visitantes, todas las edades. Buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendar la pasta de calamatra de marisco y la pasta troife con almejas. Casa blanca perfectamente bebible.

27/08/2025: Gorgeous restaurant with a spectacular sea view. We had a square tagliolini with clams that was out of this world, and a delicious fried fish dish. We arrived there by dinghy, and once we docked offshore, a man comes to pick you up and drops you off at the dock. The only downside is the restrooms; perhaps they should be better supervised, because unfortunately (it's not their fault) the people are uncivilized!

23/08/2025: The drinks were really great, and the service was okay, but things got weird when it came to paying. The locals in front of us paid €12 for the same drinks, but we paid €14. Still a fair price, but still not okay.

26/08/2025: This is a seafood restaurant. The location is very pleasant, as you dine in a small square. The dishes weren't all successful: the raw and cooked fish appetizer was very good, as was the trofie and shrimp entree, while the paccheri with squid was disjointed and under-seasoned. Regarding the service, it could definitely be improved, as the appetizers were all served at once, while the first courses were served asynchronously. The desserts, which concluded the dinner, were very pleasant. I recommend providing waiters with a wine list to hand out to customers. Good value. In any case, despite a few imperfections in the dinner, I had a very pleasant evening. With a little more attention, the fourth star isn't far off. I will return and recommend it.

20/08/2025: La Rosa dei Venti Restaurant – Albissola A truly pleasant restaurant, located outdoors in a charming little square along the Albissola promenade. The atmosphere is relaxed and charming, perfect for an al fresco summer dinner. The cuisine offers traditional Ligurian dishes, carefully crafted and prepared with care: a wonderful discovery for those seeking authentic local flavors. The restaurant has great potential, but the experience was slightly marred by inattentive service: we had ordered a Vermentino, but were served another wine (by mistake) without any communication, no apology, or even asking if I wanted to change it. Furthermore, after requesting pepper for the first course, it never arrived. Special mention goes to the owner, who was extremely kind and attentive: at the end of the meal, she offered us an amaro and a typical dessert, a gesture that improved the overall impression and left a positive memory. Recommended, but with a small suggestion: improve the service and attention to the tables, because the setting and the cuisine deserve to be showcased to the fullest.

24/08/2025: I gave it 5 stars because this is a rare place in a world where people are tired of the traditional and constantly searching for new flavors at prohibitive costs. After tasting typical Ligurian home cooking, you sense the passion of this family, who for years, with their carpasina, have kept the heart of Carpasio alive. The dishes change constantly, but they all share the flavor of traditional cuisine. The simplicity and quality of the local products, in my opinion, make this an experience that grows more and more appreciated each time. Congratulations.
