10/10/2025: The terrace has a beautiful view. The juices are delicious! The drinks are well-served. The service is friendly and welcoming. There are several tables, but there are only eight seats at the bar to enjoy the view. The restaurant is located up the stairs from the terrace, which is also where the restrooms are. I liked it and recommend it for a drink after climbing the stairs and cooling off.

22/09/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza with sausage and fries for dinner. Good pizza if you like it thick. The idea of ​​choosing the size of the pizza is a great one. I ordered a small one, but it still turned out great, and I'm happy with that. I wasn't expecting the fries to be that good, but they make them special, similar to chips, and they're delicious too.

21/07/2025: Spend the weekend at this recently renovated hotel; great pool, rooms recently renovated. We happened to be there when they organized a dinner with live jazz music at the Terrazza. this dinner was among the highlights of our trip. Well done Monte Rosa team !

The only flaw: the portions, in my opinion, were a bit small. The quality-price ratio was fair, but it was the quantity-price ratio that didn't quite convince me.

T Seating: Indoor seating, multiple dining rooms. Setting: this place has wine decorating the walls and subdues lighting. Service: Service is at leisurely pace, they assume you are going to be sitting all day. The staff was reserved and very professional. Dress Code: business casual Food: Food was very tasty. We began the meal with a spinach terrine, then Pear Ravioli then grilled salmon. We had warm pear cake for dessert. Beverages: There is not a “bar” in the classic sense, but they seem to have a fully stock liquor area. They have a separate wine list. We had a crisp white pinot gris.

05/10/2025: Pizzeria in the historic center of Albenga, with a very nice and well-kept atmosphere. Large outdoor space in the small square in front, shared with other restaurants. Truly delicious pizza with excellent ingredients. The menu offers a great variety of local products, and the farinata is delicious! Very good desserts. Service is a bit slow, distracted, but friendly. It was a Saturday night, and that's okay... but it's a bit long... Overall, I'd happily go back because it's worth it.

After tasting typical Ligurian home cooking, you sense the passion of this family, who for years, with their carpasina, have kept the heart of Carpasio alive. The dishes change constantly, but they all share the flavor of traditional cuisine. The simplicity and quality of the local products, in my opinion, make this an experience that grows more and more appreciated each time. Congratulations.
