Le penne agli scampi erano fatte veramente bene e le fritture erano asciutte ..... porzioni abbondanti ..... ambiente accogliente personale simpatico e professionale consigliato

25/08/2024: Magical place with panoramic sea view. Fabulous insect-free garden. Light, inventive cuisine. Small portions. Pretty pink duck, juicy and tasty. Refreshing langoustine crudo. Perfectly portioned bottarga pasta. Interesting cheeses from Liguria. Desserts (baba) a little disappointing. Nice wine list, quite expensive. Courteous and efficient service despite small communication hiatuses.

04/10/2024: A typical Ligurian trattoria. Home cooking, informal atmosphere, friendly staff. The first ones are certainly the highlights but the rest doesn't disappoint either. In the current restaurant scene, where everyone seems to want to ape the great restaurants of the upper east side (and only succeed in doing so), places like this certainly deserve to be valorised.

22/10/2024: I recently tried the Manitoba pizzeria located near the famous Giardini Luzzati. The pizza itself was acceptable, not the worst I've ever eaten, but I've certainly had better experiences. The place is mainly designed for takeaway, although there are some seats for those who prefer to eat quickly on the spot. It is a practical option for those who are out and about with friends and want a quick pizza to grab and eat on the spot or on the go. As for the service, the staff were not particularly hospitable, not rude, but seemed quite annoyed. The welcome was superficial and the general service was rather lax. Overall, if I were in the area and needed a quick meal I would go back.

15/10/2024: Order pizzas at home...always excellent and fast service...really good Pala Napoli pizza, well cooked and well stuffed as in the photo, all to eat including crust, one tip is to order in time....it always arrives nice and hot! No stars for the obvious ambiance

07/09/2024: Ottimo cibo di qualità! Per quanto riguarda il servizio invece non ci siamo proprio. Due soli camerieri che prendono le comande che si sono completamente dimenticati di noi. Per avere il pane l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere almeno tre volte…per non parlare dell’acqua! Sotto questo punto di vista siamo rimasti ben delusi.

05/09/2024: A fuir, le paiement avec Google paie n’a pas fonctionné, la personne sur place nous a laissé avec nos glaces dans les mains le temps d’aller chercher de l’espèce (moi même) et les glaces ont fondue sur place le temps que je revienne. Une fois le paiement effectué je suis reparti sans manger la glace tellement déçu du comportement de cette dame, qui nous a regardé comme si nous étions des voleurs. À aucun moment la personne a demandé de prendre nos glaces et de les garder au frais le temps d’aller chercher de l’espèce sachant que nos paiements par téléphone ont toujours fonctionné sauf chez eux. Pour ce qui est de la glace impossible de vous dire si elles sont bonnes ou pas. Perso je ne risque pas de retourner acheter une glace dans cette boutique. Merci à cette dame d’une cinquantaine d’année de nous avoir aussi mal accueillie 🇮🇹

24/07/2024: I have often passed by this tiny place where you can have a sandwich prepared with the many ingredients available, but I have never entered. Today I was very hungry and not wanting to eat junk food I opted for a healthy sandwich and being in the area I decided to enter the place. I had a sandwich made with aubergines and anchovies... EXCELLENT!! (The only drawback was that I was incredibly thirsty 🤣) The boy who prepared it for me was really kind, he even gave me the napkins and the bag, kindness in these times is not to be taken for granted!! I didn't eat there, but if you want, even if the space is very limited, there is a small table available if you want to eat on the spot. The price is normal, considering that it's not about various rubbish, but a nice healthier sandwich and you can really choose from many ingredients and there are also special sandwiches marked on the tablet. I recommend it, when I'm in the area and want to eat something I'll definitely go back!🌭🌭

18/11/2024: Great food and friendly staff. The only flaw, at least for the evening I was there for dinner with my husband, is that the dishes are small appetizer that of first, they didn't arrive together, so each ate when the other had already finished. But the food and desserts are excellent.

31/12/2024: I thought it was a bar, but instead I found a pleasant surprise: it has a good offer of first and second courses, focaccia di recco and other specialties. The room is large and busy with people. The dishes consumed were pleasant. We chose the more classic trofie with pesto, I recommend them. The service is quick (always think that you are in Liguria! There is no rush!) and courteous. We will be back.

15/11/2024: Classic Genoese-style trattoria in the simple hinterland with friendly staff, it feels a bit like being with a family I always come back willingly because I always manage to taste simple traditional dishes

03/01/2025: Family lunch. The wait to be seated was slightly long, given the small number of staff in the room. The fish could be cleaned better (it's not possible to leave the casing in the prawns... bad bad) and in any case nothing exceptional. It says fresh fish, even if some doubts remain. Too many pigeons climbing on the tables. Sea view. Honest account.
