If you're looking for a meal, it's important to pay attention to the kitchen's opening hours. We arrived expecting to have lunch because it says here that it's open, but we had to eat a sandwich – and it wasn't good.

They allow people smoke like chimney next to you while you are eating dinner… even though it is an open roof top , still the person behind you blowing their smoke your way for the entire evening one cigarette after another! Makes the dinning experience a crappy one here, You don’t get what you pay for fully…why should the smokers only enjoy the open view ? And we be told to sit indoors ????

My wife and I spent a late afternoon and early evening in Bogliasco on our way back from Portofino to Genoa in May 2026. Our visit coincided with “aperitivo” time - early evening drinks and food. After exploring the sights of this picturesque village, we decided that it was time to indulge in some aperitivo…so I turned to Google for a little inspiration. I searched for “best aperitivo in Bogliasco” and the AI-generated response gave me several options depending on preferred vibe, location and budget. “Just Peruzzi” immediately caught my eye. Renowned for its stunning panoramic sea views and great value “apericena”. I had no idea what apericena meant - but Google soon cleared that up; an enhanced aperitivo, somewhere between nibbles and a full evening meal. So we set off from the beach, climbed a steep hillside, enjoyed the panoramic views of the town, passed a small church and found ourselves outside Just Peruzzi a little over 5 minutes later. We were greeted by a friendly waiter who offered us the chance to sit on the rooftop terrace or inside in the air-conditioned dining room. The sun was still shining and the outdoor temperature was still in the mid-20s Celsius. I would have chosen the rooftop terrace, but my wife preferred the cooler indoor environment. So we sat inside. It was only half full, so we were able to sit at a vacant table by the large windows and still enjoy the fabulous sea views. At first glance the prices looked expensive. €8 for a glass of wine, or €18 “con il servizio aperitivo”. Similarly, all cocktails €18 “con il servizio aperitivo”. We needed the friendly waiter to explain what this meant. Basically, here the aperitivo isn’t a plate of olives and a bowl of peanuts…it’s pizza, pasta and pastries. Suddenly, it looked very good value (and so it proved to be!) We ordered our cocktails (a strong Long Island Iced Tea for me and a Pina Colada for my wife) and enjoyed the sea views. Very soon, the food started to arrive… First, a pasta dish each. Sheets of pasta and pastry in a cheesy sauce. Then along came a large pizza, topped with cheese, tomato and sliced sausage, for us to share. Then another pasta dish each; this time penne pasta in a cream sauce with salmon. Soon afterwards a sharing platter arrived with olives, pesto-filled pastries, salty dough balls, omelettes and an array of other savoury snacks. To finish, a couple of cream-filled profiteroles; one raspberry, one pistachio. 2 cocktails, a feast of pizza, pasta, pastries and profiteroles and breathtaking panoramic sea views. Total bill €36. Absolutely outstanding value for money.

Beautiful place, the menu is excellent and all the flavors are highlighted. The staff is friendly and helpful, although sometimes slow, perhaps due to the crowds. Excellent value for money, the seafood was the highlight. Breathtaking view directly overlooking the cove below.

Stunning place with a beautiful sea view. We had a truly excellent fish tartare and fish carpaccio. The gelato was good, but average. The restaurant prices were really high, while the pizzas were more average. Cover charge was €4.50!! They charge you for the view and the place.

Friendliness, attentiveness, and courtesy with a wonderful view! Highly recommended!

A short stroll around the village with a stop for an aperitif. The place is small, clean, and welcoming, the service 🔝, and the view breathtaking 😍, shame about the "capricious" weather.
