08/01/2026: This restaurant is located in San Rocco di Camogli, right at the start of the trail to Punta Chiappa/San Fruttuoso. The restaurant has a veranda with a beautiful view (unfortunately unheated) and an indoor area. But the real highlight is the homemade food, including the pasta and sauces, which are simply excellent! The Pansoti are among the best I've ever eaten. The quality/price ratio is more than fair!

11/10/2025: Unfortunately, despite the delicious food, I strongly advise against this place. The reason is the very unpleasant owner. From the moment we entered the restaurant, her expression said it all. She gave the impression that we were bothering her. She wouldn't let us sit at a table with a view because, as she stated, it only seats four, not two. Even though we only ordered tiramisu and coffee, they charged us €4 per person. The tiramisu, while very tasty, was tiny pieces, like half a normal portion. Interestingly, the owner was very nice towards the other Italian diners. We felt very uncomfortable there, and I absolutely don't recommend this place.

15/03/2026: I had the best pizza I've ever had...and a fabulous raspberry sorbet! Fast and friendly, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

16/02/2026: We ordered an appetizer to share, a first course each, and the crispy octopus as a second course to share. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. We also really enjoyed the entrée, the rosemary breadsticks, and the homemade chiacchiere, which were part of the experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special lunch.

13/10/2025: Excellent veggie pizza. Crispy crust, well-seasoned with excellent ingredients. Unfortunately, it was crowded when we went, and the service was a bit slow. Still, you have to try it; it's worth it!

20/09/2025: Nice outdoor seating, but the food is of questionable quality...the waitress isn't at all friendly... Smoking isn't allowed outside either...except in a small corner...this ban could be seen as a plus or a minus...but you're outdoors with tables well spaced apart... The price was high for what you ate... I wouldn't recommend it.

01/03/2026: Yesterday at lunch, we politely asked if they had a table for three. We were invited to sit inside, and they very calmly took our order. After 40 minutes, we asked the waiter present for information about our dishes, but he barely responded, or rather, I quote, "What do I know?" and didn't ask the kitchen for information. After another 10 minutes, 50 in total, we asked a lady who kindly responded and this time informed the kitchen, amidst the din coming from the fully open and visible kitchen, about our order. We were informed that our order had never been sent to the kitchen, with the mistake being explained by the presence of Rai staff. I should point out that there were about 10 people in total besides us, all of whom had already been served. The lady apologized and offered a solution, which we didn't accept due to imminent commitments. The waiter present (who took our order) didn't even look at us and, with a satisfied expression, continued doing his job. According to the lady I quoted, "Thank goodness you asked," I understand that no one would have given us any news, even though the place was almost empty. Treated by the gentleman present as if we were unworthy of being served by him, I thank you for the public humiliation, enjoy your gold tokens xD.

20/02/2026: Although the food is reasonably good, albeit with a very repetitive menu, I don't recommend it due to the terrible service. I think it's the only place in Sarzana where, if you make a reservation, they assign you the worst seats. The waitress who welcomed us and who currently works the dining room is completely lacking in empathy, almost annoyed, and unreasonably inclined to underwhelm customers. We've been frequenting this restaurant occasionally for a while, and the staff used to be much friendlier. The service is truly embarrassing. After mentioning the service issues, I'll list a few technical flaws: incorrect orders sent back, cutlery not changed between meals, and the waitress moving it from the plate to the tablecloth, dirtying the surface. Soapstones cracked from cooking raw meat (they were intact before). I advise the owner to review the staff, perhaps supporting them with psychotherapy. Personally, I prefer to spend my money in more worthy places. This is not the case here. P.S. I see from the reviews that this is a fairly common negative opinion. It's easy to lose customers.

27/12/2025: Excellent dining experience. The servers were attentive and always smiling! The view must be magnificent at sunset or during the day, with the sea right in front of the bay windows.

16/09/2025: Amazing restaurant in a beautiful location, with super friendly staff and an innovative kitchen. The view is perfect which is why I don’t understand why it strictly (!) only opens at 19:30 — any decent entrepreneur would sell an aperitif from 6pm onwards on the beautiful balcony outside for people to enjoy the sunset (which otherwise will have happened already when you start your meal). There were tiny issues with the service (for instance they brought a beef butter to a completely vegetarian table, only to take it away and not replacing it with something vegetarian instead, and a couple next to us was waiting for having their wine with their food) but all in all the service was impeccable otherwise and I would have loved to give a tip unless these sneaky corporate people in the finance department wouldn’t have already built that tip into my bill, at which time and out of principle I crossed it out! I would have voluntarily given more than the „suggested tip“ if you hadn’t kinda forced my hands on it. I guess few people realize it so mathematically they end up with more, but not in style! Apropos style: the worst part of this restaurant is the music. The manager swore he couldn’t change the music or turn it down. Guys. We are in the 21st century. Forcing the same tasteless and unnecessary loud music on all people who have a very different and highly individualized dining experiences is just unprofessional and quite frankly costs you a star. If the CEO of the hotel can’t fix that, I‘m sorry for him (or her) as this is a matter of willingness only, everything else is an excuse.

27/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was deeply impressed. Each dish told a story of freshness, care, and passion for cooking. The ingredients were top-quality, enhanced by surprising and never boring combinations. The undisputed star of the evening was the black truffle, masterfully used in several courses. The balance of flavors was perfect: the truffle did not overpower, but elegantly enhanced each dish. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic, creative cuisine deeply rooted in the local area. I will definitely return.

It's a truly extraordinary restaurant: exquisite, carefully crafted, and surprising dishes, accompanied by impeccable service and a warm, professional welcome. Every detail was carefully considered, and everything far exceeded our expectations. From the very first moment, we knew we were in exceptional hands. And we weren't disappointed! 🤩 First of all, the service was impeccable: incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire meal. The beautiful setting and cozy atmosphere were perfect for us. The food also lived up to the enchanting surroundings: everything was fresh and homemade. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience! 🙌

26/01/2026: We entered, drawn by the 4.4 Google rating, but our first impression was immediately negative: the room was deserted and the atmosphere dull, which should have been concerning. The decor is decidedly dated and ugly, with those red and black rose-patterned tiles that make the space heavy and unwelcoming. As for the food, we were completely disappointed. The prices for the appetizers are very high, which is unjustifiable given the quality. We ate frozen fish and flavorless first courses. The menu is too extensive: there are too many dishes on the menu, and the quality suffers significantly. It's much better to offer a few well-made dishes than thirty poorly executed ones. Paying €40 per person for this experience is a real shame. It seems the chef has lost his passion for good food. A restyling of the restaurant and a thorough overhaul of the menu are absolutely necessary. Not recommended. ————- His response is as childish as it is revealing. You confuse hunger with enjoyment: we finished the (mediocre) ravioli simply because we were hungry, but the tagliolini were left there precisely because they were inedible. Instead of lashing out at the customers' style or making absurd comparisons to France, you should ask yourself why a "historic" establishment serves frozen fish and tasteless dishes. Attacking guests' clothing is the last resort of those who no longer know how to cook. Best regards to you and your rudeness.

29/09/2025: If you need a drink that's out of the ordinary, come here. Unprecedented combinations, a bartender who knows his stuff, and the quality of the "classics" is commendable. Very friendly: when a nearly full glass spilled, they immediately offered to refill it for free.

13/03/2026: We only stayed one night, but given how we enjoyed it, next time we'll definitely stay longer. Excellent location in the city center, close to everything. Super tidy and clean room. And most importantly, the host was super kind and friendly. Definitely a place to return to!!

02/03/2026: Perfectly maintained rooms in the heart of La Spezia. A 10-minute walk from the Central Station, ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre. Excellent service, even upon arrival outside reception hours, and thoughtful touches in the room. Definitely worth repeating!

10/03/2026: This restaurant is completely uninteresting. We had a long wait before our order was even taken. We were served a salad without being charged, and it cost €5 for two. To our surprise, they didn't offer any pizza at lunchtime. The escalope costs €12 each, and the side dish is extra: €5 for frozen fries 😅 Avoid this place.

07/01/2026: Never go to this place! Tourists, or even French people, aren't welcome. We wanted to avoid touristy restaurants and had chosen a typical, family-run one. What a disappointment!
