04/06/2026: I'm eight months pregnant, and just yesterday I was treated very poorly by a nearby restaurant because of my dietary restrictions, so I was a little hesitant to come in. What? LUXURY treatment (and at the same prices, to boot). As soon as I walked in, the very kind waiter told me before even seating me that they only wash their vegetables with water, if that's okay with me, because they don't disinfect with bleach or anything else. I'm fine with that as long as everything is cooked, but I really appreciate the attention paid to the customer before even sitting down. For him, the priority was that I was comfortable, even at the cost of losing the customer. We sit down, and the attention continues, in addition to the enormous kindness of the person who welcomed and served us (whose name, if I'm not mistaken, is Fabrizio). He brings me the lemon separately from my plate because it was raw, so as not to contaminate my dish. He adjusts the menu according to my needs and asks me several times what I can and can't eat. There are three of us, all treated equally. But the almost obsessive attention to my well-being, in a positive sense, pleasantly surprised me. What can I say? I'll be back again and again. During a delicate time like pregnancy, feeling listened to and respected is worth more than any dish. The food was excellent, the view splendid, and the venue beautiful. But what I'll take home with me is the way I felt welcomed. And that is priceless.

07/04/2026: We ate at Capanno on Easter Sunday and it was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were tasty and very attentive, even to those who don't eat fish or have food intolerances. Highly recommended!

30/04/2026: April 29, 2026 After several years, we returned to our favorite restaurant in Celle (the highway construction in MI is ALWAYS A BIG PROBLEM!!), but the cuisine, the quality and freshness of the products, the good prices, the hospitality, the smiles, and the friendliness of the owner Franco, his son Alessandro, and Germana are always a MUST!! We enjoyed a plate of small squid sautéed with good Ligurian olive oil and local artichokes, the classic and always excellent "Amore Mio" spaghettini dish, with chopped squid, octopus, and shrimp, a baked sea bream fillet with potatoes and artichokes, and a new homemade dessert... Stroscia...., some diet biscuits with hot zabaglione to dip in... mouth-watering, even for those on a diet.....with a quart of Mionetto sparkling white wine, a bottle of filtered still water, and a decaf coffee.....for a final bill of €67!!.....an excellent quality/price ratio, even compared to many local restaurants, which have significantly higher prices, even compared to Milan. I have added the photos of the dishes described to the previous ones from over 4 years ago. I recommend it if you're coming to enjoy the sea, the sun, and the pure, salty, and iodine-rich air of beautiful Celle Ligure. October 2021 After many months, we returned to our favorite restaurant in Celle, run by the charming Franco and his son Alessandro, where the delicious, original, and imaginative seafood cuisine has been top-notch for years! As an appetizer, we enjoyed three portions of boiled octopus with parsley potatoes and a mix of marinated, fried, and stuffed anchovies and caramelized Tropea onions; "Grand'Italia" spaghetti with chopped seafood (octopus, shrimp, tomatoes, pine nuts, and parsley); slightly spicy orecchiette with turnip tops and clams; mixed fried fish with calamari, shrimp, and anchovies; grilled calamari with sautéed vegetables; and for dessert, meringue tart with hot chocolate; warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream; and a wafer with chocolate, meringue tart, Chantilly cream, and Nutella; a bottle of Gewürztraminer white wine, mineral water, and two coffees, for a total of €140 (I've attached photos of the dishes). The friendly and prompt service is provided by the charming Germana and the young women who work alongside her. The restaurant is located in the center of Celle Ligure on the seafront. It has indoor dining areas with well-spaced tables to prevent COVID-19, and plenty of outdoor seating, where you can dine on warm, sunny days. Antonio and Marina

05/05/2026: A good trattoria, tasty food, fairly small tables, not the most comfortable. But it's recommended for a local tasting.

03/05/2026: Typical Genoese trattoria with excellent value for money. Amazing stuffed mussels, excellent mandilli with pesto, and ravioli au toccu. Reservations recommended as it's always busy.

22/05/2026: We went there on a Sunday, drawn by its reputation as an excellent trattoria with excellent value, and I can confirm everything! We ate wonderfully, with generous and carefully prepared portions, traditional cuisine with a modern twist, and, unexpectedly, many of the dishes were entirely homemade, like the pesto and stuffed pasta, bread, and panfocaccia in abundance. Both the meat and fish were delicious, and the homemade desserts were superb, all in a family atmosphere with a great sense of humor—a truly precious thing! The entire menu is definitely worth trying again and again. Congratulations!

08/06/2026: My partner and I went for dinner on Saturday night and chose the tasting menu. Everything was good, except for the fried fish, which was a bit soft and lukewarm. It's a shame otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. The staff was kind and helpful, but they were a bit rushed trying to clear the table for new customers.

06/06/2026: Everything was excellent. Good pizzas, fast and very friendly service. Reservations aren't possible, but thanks to the fast service, there's a constant turnover of tables.

13/05/2026: I feel sorry for the cook, because everything was good. But the drinks are in small glasses with standard prices, but the worst thing is the rudeness of the waitresses. There were three of us inside (without knowing each other), and we were all shocked by the rudeness.

07/03/2026: Right on the port and frequented by locals even out of season. The welcome was adequate. However, the prices were completely exorbitant: 1 decaf coffee, 1 hot chocolate, 2 croissants, and marmalade for 10 euros...either they've adopted the prices of their Monegasque neighbors or they're charging double for locals and tourists (I saw a note about FR on my bill)...a shame.

14/05/2026: I would like to express our great disappointment regarding our meal at your restaurant. The beef I ordered was cold and had a sour, bitter taste. Honestly, it gave the impression that the meat was spoiled. My children’s lasagna was also served cold, which is unacceptable for dishes served at the table. As for my wife’s pasta, it was simply average, nothing more. We are very disappointed with this experience and hope that you will take this feedback seriously.

06/04/2026: Outstanding hotel in a very convenient location, walking distance to the cruise port and train station. I wouldn't consider the rooms to be 5-star, but the common areas of the hotel definitely are. The tub/shower in the room was a miss, but everything else was fantastic.

02/04/2026: A first class 5 star hotel, with marvelous decor. Our room was queen size, bed was very comfy, coffee and tea is provided with minibar. The bathroom was clean and spacious with towel robes also provided. Breafast was superb. Close to shops and resteraunts, and train station few minutes walk away. Highly Recommended this hotel.
