18/06/2025: Piatti "essenziali" Ho ritrovato un antico sapore...melanzana con cioccolato fondente! Perfetta! Ho purtroppo potuto gustare pochi piatti per un piccolo problema sanitaria che mi ha impedito di sperimentare altri piatti e vino! Da non perdere Gentilezza,gusto, ricerca e curiosità! Da provare Ritorneremo!

Special mention goes to Andrea, who accompanied us throughout the evening with exceptional service: attentive, warm, and professional. It's just a shame that tipping by card wasn't possible – that should be changed urgently, because someone like Andrea deserves every recognition! 27/07/2025: We spent two fantastic weeks in Calice Ligure in July and had dinner at Sciamadda twice. I must admit that each time it was really delicious, excellent food made from high-quality local ingredients (the lemon and rose risotto and the black garlic and zucchini risotto deserve a separate mention ) and impeccable service. The owner is really helpful, he is theperson in the right place and you can see that he does his job with great passion. It's really worth it, I highly recommend it!

08/07/2025: Very good place, very friendly staff. 2 pizzas, 2 desserts, and 1 bottle of sparkling water for €36.... Unbeatable value for money, especially since the quality is on the plate 😊 The only downside was that we would have liked to have pasta, but it wasn't on the menu. We realized too late that all we had to do was ask. Nevertheless, the pizzas were very good, and we highly recommend this restaurant.

17/08/2025: It was the best seafood dinner I've ever had! Such fresh fish paired with just the right flavors to create unique dishes! The fried fish and tuna tartare were second to none. The place was beautiful, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

11/08/2025: We made a reservation a day in advance. When we arrived, we were given a table inside, where there was a strange smell. The air conditioning wasn't working, and it was barely breathable. The food was like everywhere else, nothing special, but the prices were higher. I don't understand at all why this restaurant is so famous—for us, it was the worst restaurant we've ever been to in Ospedaletti. It was very hot, I felt sick, and the smell was simply awful.
