21/03/2025: A trattoria that isn't a tourist trap. Great prices, super friendly waitresses, and the pizza is to die for. I 100% recommend it. I'm sad to have discovered it on my last night in La Spezia. 2 gourmet pizzas, 1/2 liter of white wine, 1L of water, and a tiramisu: €35. There were pizzas starting at €4.50!

19/03/2025: Definetaly a 5 star dining experience. Food quality is above expectations, service is friendly with good recommendations both on food and wines. On the negative side: avoid seats next to the rest room; the songs playlist is way too short, it repeats in about an hour:) Prices are generous for such quality. Highly recommended place. Do not worry, it is a bit hidden after a narrow alley, but it is a safe place.

20/02/2025: Sabato sera, Cucina Valoria è stata un’incredibile scoperta. Appena entri nel ristorante comprendi che non sei in un semplice ristorante, ma sei al RISTORANTE, nel quale sei accompagnato alla scoperta del sapore e della novità , insomma da Valoria puoi provare un’esperienza unica , incentrata su un’escalation di profumi. La cena inizia con un entrée di benvenuto, accompagnato da pane e focaccia e proseguiamo con il polpo su una delicata purea dello stesso, semplicemente ed incredibilmente squisita. Il massimo lo raggiungiamo con i ravioli di pesce e con la zuppa di pesce , preparati dallo chef in persona e aveva tutto un gusto sublime. Inoltre, il contesto risulta suggestivo e il personale si manifesta accogliente e disponibile .

05/04/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance on a Sunday lunch. We were very intrigued by the table in front of the window and the tasting menu displayed outside. We were warmly welcomed and seated. We chose the tasting menu with fried anchovies accompanied by vegetables, linguine with squid and seasonal vegetables all accompanied by an excellent glass of white wine. We also tasted the apple crumble with ice cream (divine!), the tiramisu was also excellent. The only flaw was perhaps the slightly slow service since the gentleman was alone in taking orders, clearing the table and bringing the dishes. Another flaw is that at our table there was still the wine bucket with an empty bottle inside that had never been taken away. Perhaps precisely due to the fact that he was alone. For the rest everything was really good, clean bathrooms and an elegant place. we will be back!

14/02/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant on the way to San Remo, where we were very welcome by a young but very knowledgeable girl with a reassuring and very kind smile, if I may add one of the few waitresses who uses a bottle opener with great dexterity; the dishes: very simple but excellently presented with balanced and very very tasty flavours. Applause to the chef but a big compliment to the waitress. Definitely and highly recommended.

28/12/2024: Elegimos este restaurante por sus opciones vegetarianas - el propietario nos aseguró que había un montón. Los había, y todos estaban deliciosos y cuidadosamente preparados y presentados. También muy buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendamos las papas trituradas, la ratatouille descompuesta, los ñoquis castaños, el filete de falda y el atún. Los postres eran menos interesantes, pero en general este es un excelente restaurante con una anfitriona y cocinera elegante.

24/03/2025: Sono stato invitato da amici ad un pranzo domenicale (23 marzo 2025). Locale informale ed agreste, così come si addice ad una trattoria di campagna. Personale gentilissimo e servizio senza grandi attese, noostante il pienone. Abbiamo degustato un antipasto misto, degli ottimi ravioli con il "tuccu" genovese, brasato con purea, fritto misto all'italiana e punta di vitello con patate al forno. Per concludere tiramisù, caffè ed "ammazzacaffè". Tutto ottimo e di qualità, prezzo contenuto. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!
