08/01/2026: All prices were way too high. The pasta was either sticky or way too cooked, bathed in a sauce that tasted like canned food and way too salty. The pizza, although "gourmet" on the menu, had a rubbery crust and ingredients that were a dime a dozen. Bored waiters who make you feel like you owe them something for bringing you water (which costs the same as a cocktail elsewhere). The music was too loud and the tables were so cramped that I involuntarily joined in the conversation of my neighbors.

27/07/2025: I celebrated my wedding here a month ago, and choosing Oxana and Cosimo was the best choice we could have made! They made all our ideas a reality, and were the only ones who offered us valid suggestions for the type of menu we envisioned, even offering vegan options with no problem. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Anyone who wanted it could have a second helping, and of course, the cake was a masterpiece to look at and a delight to eat! We decided to spend the first night in the treehouse, and the night there was magical, surrounded by nature. Breakfast the next day was delicious, as always. Agriturismo Intatto is absolutely recommended to everyone, and we'll definitely be back for their aperitifs!

19/04/2026: I visited this restaurant with my partner during a short vacation in Genoa. The atmosphere is very pleasant, informal, and yet intimate. The dining room is small, but we were lucky to find a free table. The lady taking orders is very friendly and has a manner I found pleasant. There's also a young woman learning the trade, with a warm and sweet smile. At first glance, the menu prices may seem high (though it must be said that they're in line with local prices), but I noticed that the portions justified the cost. I ordered fried anchovies, which were "just right," plump and flavorful (I've worked in Roman restaurants for twenty years and know a thing or two about fried anchovies), and a fish fry, also expertly prepared. I was very impressed with the appetizer, octopus tripe, prepared in a way I'd dare call masterful: tender, flavorful on the palate, truly exceptional. Another thing I appreciated was my companion's order of branda cujun (which I'm sure I misspelled, don't be offended), a sort of creamed cod (and cod is also considered sacred in Rome) that was truly delicious. The place is located near the port and therefore the old town of Genoa. I'll be back.

12/04/2026: A place that smells of real, local pizza, the kind that reminds you that Italy has never needed marketing to be irresistible. And all at a price that would make any French restaurateur green with envy: €24 for such quality is practically culinary indecency. As for the service, let's put it politely: you come here for the food, not for emotional cuddles. Sometimes you have to choose your priorities. I chose the pizza. Without hesitation. The crust is remarkably thin, the service is lightning-fast, and the whole experience is bathed in an absolutely delightful Italian hubbub, the kind where you don't understand everything, but where you strangely feel right at home. You could almost believe the chef is having a conversation with the dough itself. In short: a place where you come to eat very well, very local, very authentic food—and where you readily accept that a smile isn't always included in the price.

30/09/2025: I went to a meeting with friends in Verdeggia on a Sunday in late August. I was with a friend and we were disappointed. Not even a paper tablecloth, just two tiny placemats. For the first courses: the pasta was plentiful but with scant sauce. For the second courses: the roast was really small; two small, thin slices plus a few baked potatoes. It tasted like yesterday's roast reheated. We didn't order anything else. The bill was reasonable for the quality and the small quantity. We didn't spend much, but I'm sure I'll find a restaurant in the same area in the future where I'll leave satisfied.

At Ines's, we found good food, good wine, and understanding of the girls' needs in terms of timing and methods, as well as a lot of patience with our parents, who were clearly a bit exhausted. Thank you for everything, and we hope to return!

03/05/2026: I updated my review after dining here on both May 1st and 2nd, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was decidedly disappointing. I'll start by saying that the quality of the food is beyond question: what we ate was good. But everything else leaves much to be desired. The place was packed (even though it's not yet the height of summer season), but that doesn't justify such disorganized service. Slow service, forgetful and inattentive waiters: confusing orders, wrong dishes, and completely out of control timing. Of the four entrees ordered, two arrived after an hour and the other two after another 15 minutes... the result? Everyone ate on their own. Unacceptable. Also on May 1st, they brought us two portions of fries while we were still waiting for our entrees... completely nonsense. As for desserts: we ordered profiteroles on the first night and they were served with three cream puffs. The next night, the exact same dessert... but with two cream puffs, at the same price. Zero consistency. Details that make the difference: for fries, you always have to ask for mayonnaise and ketchup; nothing is brought spontaneously. The waiters' uniforms are practically nonexistent, so much so that they blend in with the customers. But the worst comes at the end: it's unacceptable to start clearing the table while we're still seated just to make room for other customers. If at 10:30 PM we were still waiting for four coffees that never arrived, it's only due to your disorganization. One waitress completely forgot to tell them, as well as a tiramisu that never arrived. More attention, more organization, and above all, more passion for this job is needed. Because if this is the service during a long weekend at the beginning of the season, I can't imagine what could happen in August. There's so much room for improvement. Review August 2025 One of the most popular pizzerias/restaurants in Ceriale, I've dined there in previous years, and it didn't disappoint. Excellent service with top-quality products. Hospitality and courtesy are the hallmarks. Prices are average compared to other competing establishments. Excellent cleanliness. The photos show the high quality of the food, even the entrees are plentiful and excellent. I always recommend making a reservation, especially in the summer, as it's always busy. The restaurant is located on the seafront promenade, with tables right on the street, which can be a bit annoying when people walk by and look at your food. There's little privacy. All in all, it's worth at least one dinner during your stay in Ceriale (Savona).

03/05/2026: Ten of us, including a little girl, went to this restaurant. It wasn't my choice, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a truly negative experience. I'll start with the most serious aspect: we found hair in the fritto misto. There was one in the first dish, which was already disgusting. We reported it, and to prevent it from simply being put back into circulation, I squeezed lemon juice over it. I was also told not to do that, which I found absurd. In the second fritto misto, two hairs were even found hidden under the food. At that point, we decided not to send it back and everyone stopped eating. Regarding the service, part of the group had arrived about 20 minutes earlier and had already ordered. Once we were seated outside, we waited over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. In the end, we were forced to get up and go inside to order. It can happen, but it's certainly not a good start. The food was awful. We ordered three appetizers, including two seafood salads. They had an unpleasant smell, like dishwasher-cleaned plastic, and tasted completely bland. We then each ordered a dish: a first course, pizza, and two mixed fried dishes. We sat down at 12:30, and the first course didn't arrive until 2:35: a truly unacceptable wait. The pasta sauce was sour and dry. In conclusion: terrible organization and, above all, poor hygiene. I absolutely do not recommend it.
