27/07/2024: Levante è sempre una garanzia. Porzioni oneste e qualità sempre al top. Ti senti subito coccolato da tutto lo staff e il gestore una vero padrone di casa. I primi buonissimi e per la mia fidanzata che era a dieta Le hanno fatto un pescetto alla griglia fuori menu. A presto. 10++++

24/07/2024: Ottima posizione, personale cortese e prezzi giusti. Un po’ limitata la scelta dei vini. Diciamo che abbiamo cenato bene, ma gli spaghetti alle vongole.. pur usando ottimi prodotti, sono un’altra cosa, non sapevano di vongole!! Comunque ci tornerei..

08/12/2024: We had delicious pizzas with very thin dough and well garnished. Very good value for money.

04/11/2024: Family dinner on a Monday evening. The pizzas are excellent and well garnished, as are the vongole pasta! Very good value for money. And having read the comments of poorly informed people, yes the service is chargeable (€1.50 per person) which is customary in Italy (tablecloth and cloth napkins) and no we will not serve you a carafe of water but still or sparkling bottled water is not expensive.

19/12/2024: We called for a week, wrote on WhatsApp and wrote on Instagram without ever receiving a response. We called again today before going with no response. Once we arrived at the bathrooms we were told that "it was better to book" in a sarcastic manner. We turned around. The place is certainly beautiful but this is not how customer relations are managed.

20/09/2024: Assolutamente la migliore pizzeria di Chiavari, l'ambiente è accogliente ma piccolo per cui è meglio prenotare. I fans di Vasco ne possono andar fieri. La pizza Portofino e la pizza Silvia sono le migliori, a mio avviso. Se passate per Chiavari dovete assolutamente passare da I Verdi.

06/08/2024: Une petite cour agréable et des plats frais, faits maison et surtout très très bon. Accueil au top avec une jolie traduction des plats. Un très bon moment passé en famille.

22/10/2024: I had lunch here in July 2018 and it was a wonderful experience. The seafood pasta and pesto gnocchi were delicious. The service was great and we enjoyed the outdoor seating by the water. I’ve recommended to friends and family. I am looking forward to eating here again when I visit this fall.

20/10/2024: Very nice location, but dilapidated place, normal pizzas and very long wait... shame

22/08/2024: 8 of us had dinner (3 children and 5 adults). We ate very well, and - listen to us - spending the right amount and receiving excellent service from kind and attentive staff. In my opinion it's a rarity lately. Abundant portions, among other things. Highly recommended.

15/12/2024: Tutto molto buono Mi sono sempre trovata benissimo in tutto colazioni gelati aperitivi pranzi tutto molto buono di qualità con prodotti sempre freschi, Alessio Erika molto accoglienti e simpatici e bravi. Ci ritorno molto volentieri.

20/08/2024: Gelato ottimo e locale carino. La ragazza che ci ha servito era molto gentile. Hanno sia alcuni gusti per vegani, ma soprattutto hanno il cono VEGANO, cosa molto rara da vedere nelle gelaterie. Prezzo: 3,50€ per via del cono vegano. Quello classico costa 2,50€ (2 gusti) Ci tornerei sicuramente.

01/01/2025: I was disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Genoa City. The hotel appears to have seen better days and is showing its age. While the rooms look decent, there are several drawbacks: worn-out linoleum, poor cleaning - lots of dust. The area around the hotel, opposite the port, is filled with marginalized individuals, making it quite unsafe at night. There's a risk of car break-ins and theft. Be extremely cautious and avoid leaving your car parked on the street overnight - only a secured garage can protect against vandalism. Hotel parking costs €16 per night. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children or young women, as it can be a safety concern.

22/10/2024: Let me start by saying that I have always frequented this restaurant since 1998 (therefore, I have seen multiple managers pass by). I would also like to point out that I am from Santa Margherita, therefore not a tourist unaware of the prices of Tigullio. At the time they even took me to visit the fishing boat, moored right in front. Honestly speaking, the quality has dropped dramatically, as has the competence and friendliness of the staff. From a restaurant of this kind, I don't expect fast-food style prices: I'm willing to pay whatever they want, but I demand that the service is corresponding. Don't come and tell someone from Santa that that mixed fried food is fresh!!!! You can say this to a Milanese, but not to me. I draw a veil of pity on the so-called "prawns". Lastly, it would be a good idea to hire a serious cleaning company. Unfortunately, as happened with the "Polpo Mario" in Sestri Levante, the new managers believe they can live off the income, thanks to the fame that the restaurant has acquired in the previous decades. It's not like that at all. Big shame. P.S. The owner's sarcasm and arrogance in responding to other negative comments (and it has nothing to do with our Ligurian attitude) speaks volumes about the lack of humility in recognizing one's own flaws.

11/08/2024: Abitando in Svizzera ogni volta che vengo in Liguria, il SanMarco da Max è una tappa fissa. Il posto è incantevole, il proprietario e lo staff sono premurosi, gentili e simpatici. Il cibo è superlativo con pesce fresco e piatti curati. Arrivederci!!!

We went for the work lunch menu Service: They make us sit down and there was an ok newspaper on the table The waitress arrives with the paper placemats and cutlery and puts the placemat and cutlery on top of the newspaper, but madness. We ask if he can take the newspaper away, he takes it in a hurry and drops everything. First course: tomato pasta, Tasteless, overcooked pasta. Second course: fish and chips The chips requested were fried, I received a mix of baked and fried potatoes (if you haven't had any more, let me know!) but at least they were good The fish: I have never seen a fish so small and dry but really dry The coup de grace: wherever I went for a work menu, water and coffee were included, not here, only the cover charge For the same price there are many other places that have a business menu with even larger and tastier portions, cooked better. I do not recommend it to anyone

03/12/2024: I've been going to this place for years and I have nothing to say about the pizzas and farinata, they are delicious! Tonight I decided to eat something else and with a friend we had 2 slices with potatoes. The potatoes arrived 20 minutes later and the meat 20 minutes after the potatoes. Result... we didn't touch the potatoes but we would have eaten them cold, or we ate them but it was certainly no longer a side dish. When the requested meat rare arrived, it was a tow! Overcooked, dry and one was not a piece of meat to cut. We didn't eat it, when the waiter arrived we explained the reason but despite all this they made us pay the bill in full and last but not least I had to ask for the receipt. Very disappointed
