09/09/2025: Sottoripa is a historic town, once filled with taverns and "scagni" (shops) brimming with merchandise from the old port. Today, it retains its charm, with establishments increasingly geared toward tourism, some continuing tradition, others reflecting Genoa's renowned multiculturalism.
03/09/2025: I had the pleasure of returning to this place, and I can confirm the excellent experience I've had in the past. Today I tried the gnocchi with pesto: a generous portion, authentic flavor, and truly delicious. On other occasions, I've tried the ravioli and the tiramisu made with focaccia, always fresh and delicious. The quality of the food is consistent, the prices are fair, and the staff is distinguished by their kindness and helpfulness. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Genoa who wants to eat well in a welcoming atmosphere.

29/11/2025: Sufficient experience, the pizzas arrived after an hour and forty minutes, the heaters inside the restaurant give you a headache and don't heat up very well, the train passes behind the tables and makes everything shake, the lights occasionally go out and don't work, the pizzas were undercooked. While it was cold on the patio, inside it's scorching hot.
02/11/2025: The restaurant is easily accessible from the city center. We ordered a Margherita and a seafood pizza—both excellent! The dough is thin yet firm, and the tomato sauce is rich in flavor. The portions are generous, and the price (around €10–12 per pizza) is truly reasonable.

We stopped for dinner with a burger, and I have to say they were excellent. The portions were decent and fair. Prices were reasonable.

27/10/2025: We found this place somewhat by chance and really enjoyed it.
The sea view, the relaxed atmosphere, and the helpful and kind staff were all excellent. We ordered the focaccia because we were short on time, and they were delicious and plentiful. We'll also try the rest of the food, which, judging from the other diners' dishes, looked really inviting. Recommended!

They seated us in one room and then moved us to another because they'd made a mistake, which is understandable, it can happen, but then they were taking orders from people who arrived well after us. The Neapolitan pizza was nothing special. The desserts, however, were excellent. The prices were fair.

30/08/2025: The service is excellent, especially when they slam the bowl on the table and say the sausage is ready and put it in your mouth.
An experience to repeat.
The hygiene is excellent. The other day I received a kebab with rotten rat meat and for dessert, homemade yogurt sauce with the wife's classic gionata from Lives on the Edge.

12/10/2025: A historic Genoese restaurant, the owner Viviana is extremely kind and professional, always smiling, which is truly rare in Genoa. P.S. The aperitif was made to order with simple but quality appetizers.
05/10/2025: Nooo where has the previous management gone because you feel abandoned, they tell you they'll bring you two chips for the ape and nothing.... The service is terrible, what a shame after the aperitif it was my habit to literally eat the world. It was my favorite place.

The mussels we started with were delicious, but the fish platter for two turned out to be a small sea bream with six potato wedges and some vegetables...and for €52!!! When we asked if that was all there was to it, the response was unfriendly.
