27/07/2026: We tried two half-roasted chicken menus, one spicy and one citrus. It's a shame neither had a distinctive flavor; they both simply tasted like rotisserie chicken, lacking the aroma their names promised. The meat was good, however, and cooked to perfection. The fries included in the menu were excellent, the highlight of the meal. Overall, an average experience: nothing special, but not bad either. The cost for two menus was around €27. The hand wipes were a nice touch, and the cashiers were friendly.

18/06/2026: We had two focaccias with mozzarella, raw ham and raw arugula SPECTACULAR!!! Thank you very much..from this we deduce that everything is eaten well...also very kind 💯We were right, everything is eaten very well fresh..in any case for us the best at making fantastic pizza always!!
11/03/2026: Simple place, friendly and smiling, which is now an optional extra, wood-fired oven, and that says it all for pizza! Average restaurant, fair prices.

27/04/2026: I tried Il Panson and I must say it was a delightful discovery. Delicious, carefully prepared, and flavorful food, all served in the splendid central location of Piazza delle Erbe. Perfect for both a relaxed dinner or an evening with friends in the center of Genoa. Highly recommended!
11/04/2026: Make a reservation, it's the only place in the square where the pizzeria is closed on Saturday evenings at 11 p.m.
Luckily, all the other places in the square serve both local cuisine and pizza.

19/05/2026: A very cute and welcoming place with exposed brick walls, which I personally really like.
Good food, young and smart girls, quick service for those who don't have much time for a lunch break, and the chef who welcomes you with his infectious kindness that makes you feel immediately at ease. It's now my go-to place for daily dining, and something I really appreciate that almost no one does is that you pay for what you eat!

05/07/2026: The pasta with clams was delicious, but it was a shame about the drink. We asked for two glasses of Prosecco, but we received a simple brut sparkling wine of poor quality and overpriced! The place is truly characteristic, right in the center.
04/07/2026: We came to eat with my family. We ordered two pizzas and two spaghetti with clams. The first pizza arrived in a timely manner. The second pizza arrived after half an hour, and the first courses after another ten minutes. Apologies are fine, but I felt mocked by the constant delays. That's not how it's done. After a long wait, they came to tell us they'd lost our order. After posting the review, I didn't like the way they stared at me in the middle of the dining room.

11/08/2026: We visited this cafe with my family in the evening. The atmosphere is normal but honestly nothing special. But the service and the gelato were awful. Despite the not average price the mango ice cream had a smell of fish and the tiramisu gelato was watery and not creamy and rich in flavour at all. Overall the place is a total disappointment so I strongly recommend not to waste either time or money on this place.

19/05/2026: Excellent, we stayed in the new apartment hotel. Everything was brand new, clean, and equipped with everything you need. There's a private entrance with a video intercom, making it truly feel like home.
A cleaning service comes by every day, and breakfast can be enjoyed in the hotel, which is directly connected to the apartments. We stayed in the Pearl Suite with a sea view, overlooking the main square. Convenient to the shops and for watching local tourist events without even leaving the apartment. The windows are very soundproof, so if you close them, you're completely isolated. Super!!!
19/04/2026: Centrally located hotel just steps from the sea. The breakfast staff is friendly and simple, lacking in quality. But I must say the best soy cappuccino I've ever had! The room was small and poorly maintained, dusty, especially in the bathroom. It feels like it's been stuck in the past 20 years, a real nostalgic treat for those who love this kind of thing.

The service is punctual and attentive.

22/06/2025: Excellent pizza!!! Easy-to-digest, thin-crust pizza. The vegetable pizza with Scapece-style zucchini and mushroom-style eggplant is spectacular. We'll be back!

30/10/2025: Magnificent place. We discovered it last year for its beach service, and we loved it so much that we've returned several times this year, especially for evening aperitifs. The cocktails are delicious, as are the appetizers, the freshly made pizza, and especially the fried fish. We already know where to go next summer!

22/07/2026: At lunchtime, only sandwiches and with just 3-4 variations, all with cheese and a few biscuits here and there... we left.
16/07/2026: We were at MyChef on the ferry Nice-Bastia 9 July departing 12:30. The staff was rude, looked like they would like to be somewhere else, strange enemistic behavior. The food was bad, burger was already in the aluminum foil, the parts of the bun were wet and mushy. With Ceasar salad (date on it was from day before) they did not put any seasoning/oil, we had to chase it around from other ferry food places. Simply bad experience on otherwise nice ferry trip.
