31/08/2025: We have been coming to this restaurant for lunch in winter for many years, having known it under several names and owners. We love the simplicity of the place, the excellent service and the quality of the pasta and fritto misto. All with a breathtaking view.

20/08/2025: We've been eating there every year for Ferragosto (August 15th) for 10 years, but in the last two years, everything has changed. Higher prices, smaller portions, and poor customer service (half an hour waiting for a digestif). I'm sorry to say something so serious, but after the mussels (appetizer), while I was eating the main course, I suddenly felt nauseous and had to vomit them in the restaurant's bathroom. In their favor, I have a weak stomach, but it's very easy to tell when mussels are good and when they aren't. It's a shame. I'm giving the atmosphere 4 stars because the bathroom was perfect for throwing up in peace.

30/06/2025: Our stay at Palazzo K was simply wonderful. The property is beautifully located in the hills north of Savona – far from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, and offering a breathtaking view all the way to the sea in the distance. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place. The rooms are tastefully decorated, cozy, and impeccably clean – we felt at home right away. The entire estate is a true oasis, with a lovely garden, a beautiful swimming pool, and that stunning panoramic view. We especially appreciated the tranquility of its secluded location. Another highlight was the warm and attentive host, who took great care of everything and offered a generous breakfast every morning – always fresh and delicious. Communication was smooth and friendly, both before and during our stay. A special mention also goes to the on-site restaurant, which is open on weekends and serves exceptionally good food – a real treat and definitely worth enjoying during your stay.

29/06/2025: We had the most wonderful stay at Palazzo K thanks to Lennie and her family, who were more than hospitable! The setting is idyllic (and just like the pictures!) - a most welcome respite after visiting larger cities. Lennie shared hot tips for the local area, and made sure our stay was seamless and relaxing. We loved our very wholesome taste of Liguria and can’t wait to come back! Big thank you Palazzo K family!

22/08/2025: Went there for a few cocktails and ice cream. The staff is super friendly and very funny. Prices are reasonable. I would come again!

19/08/2025: The staff is not at all pleasant. We waited a good twenty minutes for our food, even though I only ordered bruschetta. The bruschetta is quite expensive for its very disappointing quality: three slices of bread that aren't crispy at all, with a few tomatoes that don't even cover the entire surface. The dishes in general are far too expensive for what they offer. Another very disappointing point: we paid €3.50 per carafe of water, without this being specified. We had indicated that we wouldn't have a drink, and were simply told that water would be brought back. We were then brought two carafes, then a third, thinking it was a free service. At the checkout, a surprise: €3.50 per carafe, or more than €10 just for water. Frankly, we are very disappointed by this experience and will not be returning.

19/08/2025: Unexpectedly, in a corner facing the beach, a pair of traditional chefs serve exquisite fresh seafood. The best are the mixed seafood antipasti and spaghetti alla marinara. They also offer seafood rice.

11/08/2025: Started off well.. nice setting, beautiful view. Wine supposedly Chardonnay but lousy and not worth drinking. Food was just not well prepared and guaranteed not fresh. Asked for more bread and the owner gave us old dry bread. They gave us better bread but it should'nt be necessary to ask for. Bad experience.

19/05/2025: Small, beautifully designed restaurant, basically only locals... service a bit rude, always served with a full mouth, bread served at least from the day before... pasta more like packets, old recipes rather half-heartedly executed... we thought: here is some honest Italian cuisine... nop, but everyone has different expectations.

17/05/2025: A nice little restaurant with a lot of young people. It's a popular restaurant, as we could tell from the reservations. The specialties focus on Tuscany, which we wouldn't have expected in Liguria. We had the chance to try tripe in tomato bread. Of course, the food isn't freshly prepared, but the service was friendly and super fast. And above all: it tasted great. A bit pricey, but within reason.

09/07/2025: We had a Limoncello Spritz there, amazing! Served with little nibbles, perfect.

06/07/2025: Staff not responsive, the food is good but expensive compared to the quantity.

08/09/2025: Didn't get pizza, unfriendly staff, very small portions for the price

08/09/2025: Not recommended, extremely unfriendly, not very good food, and a very small portion for the price. Unfortunately, we didn't get a pizza at lunch at a pizzeria. We were charged an expensive flat rate for being the only table we weren't given water or bread, and unfortunately, we couldn't order them from the menu either, as the waiter said they weren't available at lunch.

13/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante, servizio celere, personale gentilissimo. Consigliati i piatti con pesce, buonissime anche le trofie alla genovese. Prezzi nella norma.

31/05/2025: É la nostra isola felice a Diano Marina. Cibo ottimo, personale cordiale e qualità sempre alta! Ogni volta che veniamo a Diano é tappa fissa!!! Bravi!!!

01/07/2025: Trattoria along the main street, very simple and with informal service, but offering well-prepared food at reasonable prices. The fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi are made on site and worthy of note. Among the second courses, the lamb is splendid. I recommend taking the menu, complete with appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, also these of the house and wines. If you think you can't eat it all alone, take one for two. And then, to digest, a walk to the old church and the panoramic terrace at the top of the village.

11/11/2024: Two pizzas 40 euros to take away, almost an hour of waiting, and then eating salty and drinking all night. People obviously don't know how to eat! Never again not for the 40 euros, but the mockery of thinking of eating a pizza. I can't recommend absurd things and make a bad impression!

11/07/2025: Nice place, but the outside tables are reserved for the promenade. Good and plentiful food, friendly and helpful staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

18/06/2025: Spotti is a lovely bar. We sat right on the promenade as a group of nine and got a seat right away. The prices are reasonable, but we didn't get anything to eat. If you want to be a bit more integrated into the city life, you can also sit across the street. The next day, there's even live music. From 8-9 p.m. onwards, it gets quite crowded, so it fills up quickly.

18/08/2025: I went for lunch on August 15th. We had booked a few weeks in advance. It was the first time my friends and I had eaten at the S Giovanni restaurant in Sassello. We had a great time...we'll be back.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience with the food I ate. The seafood appetizer was flavorless, the worst I've ever eaten. Followed by two first courses: pesto trophies, also to be avoided, and average-quality seafood spaghetti that enriched the dish, with the spaghetti completely hidden in the bottom. The bread they served wasn't fresh, probably from a few days ago. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
