19/09/2025: The pizza was thinner than a piadina, the toppings fell off and the pizza was soft, and the service was poor. One waiter, perhaps the owner, looked at you like you were from Mars. And while you were eating, look at how long it took you if the others in the group were finished. The bill was steep, and we left feeling hungry after the thin, flabby pizza. Beautiful location, shame about the service and the poor food.

23/08/2025: We stayed there for 3 days in daily accommodation, cost 20.00 euros for 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds and 5 euros for parking, very nice establishment, clean and well kept, nice and friendly staff, possibility of using food at the bar, or even restaurant, beach of white sand mixed with pebbles.

05/10/2025: A very charming B&B set high in the mountains overlooking Levanto in the distance - the rooms are spacious and decorated simply, but comfortably. Mine had a day bed with views over the mountains towards Monterosso. The two ladies on reception were friendly and helpful and helped to steer us in the right direction when plans went awry due to the weather. The restaurant was reasonably solid - the pasta dishes were the standouts - the service inconsistent. Reaching breakfast at 10.03 am I was told that the chef had left so nothing could be done. After a bit of coaxing I managed to get a dry cake and a coffee. (Also there is no chef in the morning I later discovered ...) Relying on taxis is a pain - while the prices are ostensibly fixed, that is not the case. 'Speedy' - who seemingly lives up to his name by his driving and perhaps for other reasons - charged EUR20 over the odds per trip. So expect to pay circa EUR80 per day for two 15 minute trips. Great spot - but best to have your own transport and I'd suggest eating out, particularly if the breakfast is not included.

23/10/2025: Very nice view. Average frying. The noise of a wine cellar motor in the dining room really spoils the experience 🙄 A comment to the server doesn't change anything. What a shame!

20/09/2025: As I've written in other reviews, my mother-in-law wanted to buy a house in Lavagna over twenty years ago. We still have our house in Livorno on Via degli Scarronzoni, right in front of the two-story police station. From the two-story house, I can also see my beloved Torre Folgore and the sea, and memories spring to mind. I have my main office in Rome between Via di Forte Braschi and Via della Pineta Sacchetti. We often travel on the highway, and even though this Autogrill is quite close to home, we stop often. Sometimes, because we're almost always traveling with our 25-kg puppy, it's necessary. Sometimes, because we're rushing out of the house and it's convenient for breakfast. Sometimes, because it's too late to get home and make dinner. Always tidy and well-maintained Friendly and competent staff The selection at Autogrill restaurants is forcedly standardized, so the difference often lies in the staff's skill...making coffee or cappuccino...it's not that easy to make them good...and friendliness, a laugh, or kindness in their manners make for a good start to the day...or give you a boost after a hard day. Here, as I wrote, they are professional, competent, and friendly...they do their best because everything...even the restrooms, which depend heavily on the politeness of those who use them, are neat and clean. This is one of the ok Autogrill restaurants. Recommended Thanks

11/09/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the dress code was impeccable. I ordered a pesto pasta dish that was nothing short of fantastic in terms of quality and presentation, and good value for money. I will definitely stop by when I pass through that area.

11/10/2025: Only frozen fish, no Ligurian dishes (the panissa is inedible), supermarket vegetables, amateurish table service (dishes are brought not in front of customers but behind them), and the price is unjustifiable given the beautiful view. One last note: if something has run out of menu items (at 1 p.m.), customers should be informed before or at the same time as the menu is delivered.

03/12/2025: A corner of goodness and warmth: Bar Terralba ❤️ Greeted by sweet smiles and a family atmosphere, we immediately felt at home at Bar Terralba. The menu? A triumph of authentic flavors: the rich and hearty meat cannelloni are a tasteful embrace that captivates you from the first bite. And what about the torta della nonna with chocolate custard? A dream, perfectly paired with a coffee that tastes like a pampering treat. An experience that warms the heart and delights the palate. We'll definitely be back! Thank you! 🤗

27/08/2025: They offer light dishes every day, as well as sandwiches. It doesn't present itself as a restaurant or a bar, but it's a very welcoming place. Tranquilo, if you happen to be there, I recommend you go.

12/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant directly overlooking the sea, with a splendid veranda offering breathtaking views. Located on the seafront promenade, it's easily accessible, even for those with disabilities, and is just steps from the train station—a truly convenient location! The staff is friendly (especially a young lady named Vanessa), quick, and polite: impeccable service makes the experience even more enjoyable. Today we enjoyed paccheri with anchovies, raisins, and pine nuts—simply out of this world! The seafood salad was also excellent, with fresh fish and authentic flavors. It was all accompanied by a good white wine, perfect for enhancing the dishes. For a sweet finish, some exquisite strawberries with cream—truly delicious! 🍓 If we really want to be picky, the only small point concerns the bathrooms adjacent to the restaurant: the wait is a bit long because they are used by people passing by, not just customers. That said, the experience was truly positive, and I absolutely recommend the place!

29/06/2025: A charming place overlooking the crystalline sea. The owner is kind and offers a cuisine that intelligently revisits Ligurian cuisine. The gnocchi with clams are a must-try, really good.

31/10/2025: A wonderful Mexican restaurant, offering a wide range of excellent dishes in addition to its traditional fare. Impeccable service and a warm welcome await. Located on the waterfront between the pier and the beach, it's perfect for a pleasant stroll. Next door is a charming, well-managed and popular dance hall, perfect for a late-night getaway with pleasant music that changes depending on the evening's theme. We'll be back soon. 04/10/2025: A truly fantastic spot with a stunning view. Drinks may be a bit pricier, but in return, you get four snack bowls, including nuts, olives, chips, and a kind of house corn. Definitely stop by if you're passing by!
