13/09/2025: Beautiful little beach we stumbled on and enjoyed it. The beach drinks were great and hand made. We rented an umbrella with 2 chairs for $17. Worth the price. Should have come earlier to get on the beach but we waiting until 1 and got upstairs. No problem. Loved this beach day.

21/10/2025: A tavern with delicious traditional dishes. We tried the tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms and the venison ravioli. Both were very good. The cheesecake was also excellent! The chef and waitress were very kind. Let them advise you 😊

19/09/2025: Absolutely fabulous idyllic place,set in a remote country village. It's got to be the best destination to eat a heart warming homely local dish for mountain bikers!! Serving the finest quality local dishes. For those of us who are celiac or gluten intolerant, this place is incredible!! Homemade by the Chef Cinzia who is also a celiac so knows how to cater for those with intolerance to gluten. Antipasti gluten free, beer,bread, Ravioli, Pansotti, tagliatelle and Gnocchi accompanied with delicious array of local and classic sughi. Main courses and exquisite desserts. Of course the restaurant caters for normal pallets too!! Absolutely homemade and fresh for the normal folk!! Super friendly and competent staff. Cosy interior,especially in the winter with a Stufa and a fireplace to create a heart warming and relaxed ambience. Thank you very much Cinzia. You really made me live again in the life of Celiac!!

17/08/2025: Sunday lunch, excellent quality cuisine, homemade pasta made by chef Cinzia, truly delicious with equally delicious sauces... I discovered a place that truly satisfied me, both for the food and the hospitality. A regular customer. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: Only frozen fish, no Ligurian dishes (the panissa is inedible), supermarket vegetables, amateurish table service (dishes are brought not in front of customers but behind them), and the price is unjustifiable given the beautiful view. One last note: if something has run out of menu items (at 1 p.m.), customers should be informed before or at the same time as the menu is delivered.

Qui la cucina non si limita a soddisfare il palato: racconta, emoziona, avvolge. Si inizia con gli antipasti, un vero e proprio omaggio alla tradizione Ligure-Toscana. Ogni assaggio è un’eco autentica del territorio, capace di evocare storie di confine, di colline che scendono al mare e di ricette custodite nel tempo. È un inizio che accarezza, preparando il palato con eleganza e calore. Il primo piatto è una vera rivelazione: gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare sono eseguiti con maestria, in un equilibrio perfetto tra la sapidità del mare e la delicatezza della pasta al dente. Ogni boccone è una melodia che si apre e si sviluppa con profondità, lasciando un gusto persistente e armonioso. I secondi di pesce sono la degna prosecuzione di questo concerto di sapori: piatti curati, intensi, cotti con precisione e rispetto per la materia prima. Il pesce è protagonista assoluto, raccontato con passione e servito in composizioni che uniscono semplicità e raffinatezza. La Lucerna di Ferro è un’esperienza che va oltre il pasto: è una serata accompagnata da sapori che suonano insieme, in perfetta armonia. 27/05/2025: Che dire un ottimo ristorante, ben curato, personale gentile e preparato ad ogni esigenza e pronto a consigliarti. Partendo dall'antipasto al dolce e una goduria per il palato. Piatti curati e ben presentati la qualità del cibo è ottimo e freschi.

12/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant directly overlooking the sea, with a splendid veranda offering breathtaking views. Located on the seafront promenade, it's easily accessible, even for those with disabilities, and is just steps from the train station—a truly convenient location! The staff is friendly (especially a young lady named Vanessa), quick, and polite: impeccable service makes the experience even more enjoyable. Today we enjoyed paccheri with anchovies, raisins, and pine nuts—simply out of this world! The seafood salad was also excellent, with fresh fish and authentic flavors. It was all accompanied by a good white wine, perfect for enhancing the dishes. For a sweet finish, some exquisite strawberries with cream—truly delicious! 🍓 If we really want to be picky, the only small point concerns the bathrooms adjacent to the restaurant: the wait is a bit long because they are used by people passing by, not just customers. That said, the experience was truly positive, and I absolutely recommend the place!

11/10/2025: We had a wonderful lunch here at the recommendation of a fantastic street artist. We couldn’t have enjoyed the food more, try the grilled prawns!

30/06/2025: Place with pros and cons: the good features include the fun karaoke system and the quality of the food (I tried the sgabei), but the portions are rather "minimal" and the "homemade" service leaves a bit to be desired. In addition, I find it absolutely necessary to increase the indications on the signs of the nearby streets, because, unless a person is very knowledgeable about the area, it will be difficult to get there based on the small signs present at the moment.

18/10/2025: The lady who is the waitress, along with her husband, who I assume is the owner. Excellent. They treat you well, everything is quick, without any mistakes, and they are very attentive (maybe they are a bit hasty in getting things off the table). The place has a nice atmosphere, a bit old but very clean. The food is excellent, as are the prices. All the pizzas are very good, not to mention the pasta and the fried seafood.
