17/12/2025: I know this place very well. I've always appreciated its good food, and whenever I'm in the Gaeta area, I always pop in. This time, despite my reservation being accepted for 12:45, the restaurant owner sent me away, asking me to wait a half hour to resolve a "problem" with the staff. I found him neither welcoming nor courteous. I hope this review helps improve customer service.

10/12/2025: We ordered three tagliata, a tagliolini allo scoglio (seafood tagliolini) and a tagliatella al ragù (boiled tagliatelle). Everything was delicious. The waiters were very kind, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. All recommended, we had a great time.

20/11/2025: Quiet and pleasant place. Very kind and professional staff. A varied menu with truly delicious dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. We ate very well, appreciating the flavor and originality of the dishes. The bill was perhaps a little higher than average, but it was worth it.

I had a divine meal: truly excellent dishes, generous portions, and more than competitive prices. A place that surprises you, where quality is paramount. 15/08/2025: We visited this little gem on Ferragosto with our family. Despite the restaurant being full, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. They took great care to serve our small child promptly, and were kind enough to offer alternatives for those with intolerances. The appetizers were rich and high-quality, with local ingredients. The first courses were generous, with fresh pasta. We enjoyed the full menu. Everything was delicious, even the homemade desserts. Excellent value. We will definitely be back, especially for the kindness and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you ☺️

14/09/2025: I went to this restaurant last night. It's a very nice place and is located in the historic center of Terracina, in a charming spot just behind the cathedral and the Emilian Forum. The experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, and the host is a charming and original character. The food is excellent. The set menu allows you to try many excellent dishes at a very competitive price. I'll be back soon. It will be a must-try.

As for the location, it was a truly dream place, with attention to every detail. Finally, the menu features authentic and absolutely delicious ingredients. ❤️ Highly recommended!

A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful. We felt pampered from start to finish. An experience worth repeating and one we highly recommend to everyone, especially those looking for a place to eat excellently in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!

12/10/2025: You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of ​​Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.

11/12/2025: A very rustic place with a huge fireplace in full view, where they cook textbook meat dishes. I had a lovely medium-rare rib-eye steak, tender and juicy, accompanied by a focaccia cooked with lard. The place is very busy, and reservations are mandatory well in advance. I've been back three more times, and I can fully confirm my impressions.

08/12/2025: AMBIENCE: Last Friday I went to eat at this restaurant located at Via Appia 38. As soon as I entered, I noticed how spacious and well-maintained it was. A large fire was burning, its crackling sound seeming to set the pace for my steps. The tables were set, full of customers already enjoying the restaurant's dishes. I was greeted by a waitress who professionally led me to my table. EXPERIENCE: As a welcome gift, I was brought bruschetta drizzled with olive oil. The crunchiness of the bread and the acidic flavor of the olive oil were a pleasant start to my dinner. I ordered a pasta dish with creamed broccoli and sausage. The pasta's texture was pleasant, and the silky creamy broccoli paired perfectly with the bold flavor of the sausage. For my second course, I ordered rare sirloin steak and baked potatoes on the side. Even before the meat was brought to my table, I had the opportunity to watch the chef arrange it on the stove, an experience I found both interesting and enjoyable. Once ready, it was brought to me immediately. The sirloin was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the meat was rare, just as I'd requested, and the baked potatoes were perfect, seasoned with rosemary, which gave the potatoes a delicious aroma. To conclude my meal, I ordered a sorbet, whose sweet and tart flavor was a perfect end to my meal. BILL: I found the bill to be in line with the service received and the food ordered.

I simply had to try the octopus salad and was not disappointed. The main courses were very good. The fig-based cheesecake perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff provides a warm welcome. A place where you feel at home and can enjoy authentic Ponza cuisine.
