16/04/2026: We reached this restaurant on our way back from Ponza, heading towards Civita. We chose it for the cuisine we'd glimpsed on Google. It's one of those dinners that leaves you feeling gratified and cherished. The owner's sincere hospitality and authentic food cooked with love by his wife. You leave with a 10-fold thank you. What can I say? Thank you and it's a pleasure to have met you. I hope to be of service to anyone passing through and looking for a restaurant.

12/04/2026: The pizza at Serafina in Terracina is truly excellent, no complaints there. Unfortunately, however, the service and reservation management were decidedly disorganized. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, I received my pizzas a full 50 minutes after ordering, while watching tables that had arrived after me being served. The most absurd thing was the place card on the table: on one side was my name, on the other that of another customer who had booked only an hour later. It's impossible to think of ordering and eating in such a short time, especially when the kitchen is slow. The real problem arose when the next customer arrived: the staff, instead of apologizing for their delay in serving us, explained that we "didn't leave the table," making me look like a rude customer who didn't want to get up. In reality, they had just served our pizzas after almost an hour of waiting! None of the staff explicitly asked me to leave, but the situation they created with the other customer was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The food is good, but the organization absolutely needs to improve so as not to pit customers against each other.

15/03/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at Antica Carrera, and I must say it was a truly special evening. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your dinner in peace. We started with the "Fantasia di Mare all'Antica Carrera" appetizer, truly rich and prepared with great care. Everything was fresh and well-balanced in flavor. The buffalo mozzarella with calamari and drops of pesto was also very interesting, an original combination that perfectly blends sea and land. Among the dishes that impressed me most was the seared salmon steak with mango coulis and Cyprus black salt: perfectly cooked, delicate flavors, and a truly pleasant balance thanks to the fresh note of the mango. To conclude, we tried the millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries and the tiramisu, both excellent, light, and prepared with great care. All accompanied by a good wine that made the dinner even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Massimo, who clearly puts passion, care, and attention to every detail of the restaurant. Congratulations on his work: creating a place where quality, hospitality, and professionalism meet is no given. Thanks also to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. 09/02/2026: On the road to Monte San Biagio, this restaurant boasts beautiful, well-preserved local architecture. It's spacious, warm, and welcoming, yet relatively quiet despite its crowds. The meat dishes are exquisite, and the first courses are unique and excellent. Top-quality ingredients and generous portions. The staff is professional and friendly. Good value. We'll return every season to sample their specialties.

22/02/2026: Excellent restaurant in Borgo Vodice, a hamlet in the municipality of Sabaudia, in the province of Latina. A very charming place with various indoor seating, many references to the history of land reclamation and ancient Pontine traditions. The open-view dry-aging room is a lovely feature. The food, in my opinion, is truly excellent: perfectly cooked steak, a good selection of wines, and, in my opinion, fair prices for the quality. Friendly staff.

05/01/2026: For meat lovers, this is a must-try. The truffle tagliata and the steak were delicious. I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it. The service was excellent and courteous.

08/04/2026: Taking advantage of a Sunday off work, on my brother's recommendation and being loyal to Dogana Golosa, we went to Ristorante Antico Vico, and believe me, what a better choice there couldn't have been. I'm grateful for the professionalism, hospitality, attention to detail, and service that the entire staff conveyed, even in the smallest details. The location is small but not stuffy, and the paintings and vaulted ceilings gave a sense of space and class. Furthermore, we'll definitely return in due course to enjoy the outdoor terrace. The simple yet meticulous presentation of the dishes provided the visual feast that the palate later appreciated. I could go on, but the best thing is to live in the moment and savor every moment. Thanks again to all the staff. N.B. 5 stars aren't enough 🤣

26/04/2026: I'll start by saying we only ate at the restaurant, so I can't rate the rooms. Dinner consisted of: 2 appetizers (artichokes were supposed to be included in the description, but they never arrived) with some local vegetables and a few poorly assorted cold cuts. 2 steaks, 600/700g (not weighed, so I'm not sure), simply grilled without any special seasoning or sauce. 1 wine for €19 Total €150 Homemade cuisine, bland and subpar service from one of the owners, and a spartan and unwelcoming atmosphere (the table hadn't been set, and given the low attendance, we had a table for 4/6 when there were only 2 of us). Compared to the past, the quality has dropped dramatically in favor of Michelin-starred prices. Not recommended

19/04/2026: The establishment is a bit dated, but the dining experience is excellent. The food is good and plentiful, and the ingredients are definitely top-quality, especially the appetizers. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Recommended!

12/04/2026: Lovely pizza, gorgeous location, very attentive staff. Sitting and enjoying traditional pizza here, we couldn't help but feel that "this is Italy". We felt looked after so well by Cosma and the team (what a guy), and everything was so tasty. My only regret was that we hadn't gone sooner in our trip, because we would have gone again!
