Every bite brings the taste of Sicily directly to your home. The quality of the ingredients is very high, and you can feel the passion for tradition in every preparation. The service is fast, friendly and always with a smile. Perfect for those who want to taste real Sicilian cuisine without leaving Latina. Highly recommended!

11/06/2025: I went to this place for the first time for my niece's 18th birthday. Nice and well-kept location with attention to the environment. It develops around the pool. I don't know if the organization of the event was internal or external so I will find out before expressing my opinion. Good table service, in good time. Good food.

I take it for granted that the manager will understand what problems were encountered at our table and I appreciated the courtesy and availability.

04/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato in questa splendida location la Cresima di nostro figlio. Tutto e' stato meraviglioso dalla qualita' del cibo alla professionalita' del personale di sala. Un ringraziamento particolare va alla signora Tiziana che dal primo momento si e' rivelata una persona splendida, attenta e professionale, ma soprattutto molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

17/06/2025: Our first time at Chosen, we were immediately struck by the atmosphere of the room: minimal and elegant furnishings, then the professional and courteous welcome of the maitre, who guided us with courtesy and professionalism throughout the dinner. But the dishes were the real stars of the evening. Refined and elegant dishes, you can perceive the attention to the search for ingredients linked to seasonality and the territory, all done with care, with elegant but not minimal portions. Excellent first courses, equally so the second courses. Really compliments!

20/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my girlfriend and the experience was truly excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and cared for in every detail, perfect for a special evening. The food was simply fabulous, each dish was a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Unfortunately I was unable to taste the wine, but knowing the quality of the rest, I am sure that the wine selection would also be up to par. Highly recommended!

04/06/2025: It is now customary to celebrate 02/06, our wedding anniversary, in the beautiful city of Gaeta, enjoying the delicious dishes of the restaurant La Salute with a view of the sea: seafood salad, sautéed mussels and clams, paccheri allo scoglio, mixed grill of fish... All exceptional... And to finish a fantastic lemon sorbet. Always great professionalism and friendliness of Ugo, now become our great friend!!!
